Abstract

Plug socket comprising a housing containing a circuit board 2 and socket terminal 3 which are connected via a connection terminal 4 rather than a cable. The socket terminal 3 and connection terminal 4 may both be made of phosphor copper. The housing may be formed of an inner housing 5 and outer housing 6, with blocks 8 of the periphery of the inner housing 5 fitting into slots 7 of the inner rim of the outer housing 6.

Technical Field:
The present invention is related to the technical field of electrical appliances, and is particularly related to an intelligent WFi socket.
Technical Background:
Sockets are a very common household power supply appliance. Sockets cooperate with plugs to complete the conduction of an electric circuit. However, in the sockets of the prior art, the circuit board is usually connected with the metal terminal of the sockets via a connection cable, which is not quite stable, cumbersome to install and increases the production costs. In addition, errors easily occur during cable connection. The present invention aims for resolving these problems.
Content of the Invention: The goal of the invention is to provide an intelligent VViFi socket structure in order to resolve at least one of the above described disadvantages of the sockets in the prior art.
In order to achieve the above goal, the present invention provides the following technical solution: an intelligent WiFi socket comprising a housing, a circuit board which is provided inside the housing, a socket terminal which is provided on the circuit board, wherein the socket terminal is connected with the circuit board via a connection terminal, wherein one side of the connection terminal is in fixed connection with the circuit board, and the other side of the connection terminal is tightly connected with the socket terminal.
As a further improvement of the present invention, the socket terminal and the connection terminal are both made of phosphor copper material.
As a further improvement of the present invention, the housing comprises an inner housing and an outer housing, wherein the outer housing is provided with recesses for accommodating the inner housing.
As a further improvement of the present invention, the inner rim of the periphery of the outer housing is provided with a plurality of slots, and the outer rim of the periphery of the inner housing is provided with a plurality of blocks which match with the slots.
As a further improvement of the present invention, a retaining plate is provided around the socket terminal.
As a further improvement of the present invention, the retaining plate is provided with a retaining groove.
As a further improvement of the present invention, the connection terminal and the socket terminal are integrally molded.
To summarize, the present invention has the following advantages: The intelligent VViFi socket of the present invention comprises a housing, a circuit board which is provided inside the housing, a socket terminal which is provided on the circuit board, wherein the socket terminal is connected with the circuit board via a connection terminal, wherein one side of the connection terminal is in fixed connection with the circuit board, and the other side of the connection terminal is tightly connected with the socket terminal. This design facilitates the correct installation and connection by the user, avoids errors which occur with cable connection, increases the safety and stability of the socket, and reduces production costs. The structure of the socket of the present invention is simple and reasonable and is easy to produce.
The present invention is further illustrated by the following embodiments as well as the figures.

Embodiments: It is to understand in the description of the present invention that, the terminology such as "length", "width", "up", "down", "front", "back", "left", "right", "vertical", "horizontal", "top", "bottom", "inner", "outer", and other terms related with directions or positional relations are all directions and positional relations based on the figures. They only serve to facilitate and simplify the description of the present invention, rather than indicate or imply that the device or component referred to must have a particular orientation or be constructed or operated with a particular orientation. Therefore, they shall not be construed as a limitation of the present invention.
According to Fig 1-3, the present invention discloses an intelligent WiFi socket comprising a housing 1, a circuit board 2 which is provided inside the housing 1, a socket terminal 3 which is provided on the circuit board 2, wherein the socket terminal 3 is connected with the circuit board 2 via a connection terminal 4, wherein one side of the connection terminal 4 is in fixed connection with the circuit board 2, and the other side of the connection terminal 4 is tightly connected with the socket terminal 3. The inner bottom of the inner housing 5 is fixed with a retaining plate 9. The retaining plate 9 is provided around the socket terminal 3, in order to limit the position of the socket terminal 3, which avoids the dislocation of the socket terminal 3 and avoids the dislocation caused by the mismatch of the socket of the upper lid and the socket terminal 3, and therefore serves the function of isolation. The retaining plate 9 is provided with a retaining groove 10, in order to clamp connect with the connection terminal 4. The connection terminal 4 is clamp connected in the retaining groove 0 of the retaining plate 9 to achieve the retaining function, so that the stability of the contact between the connection terminal 4 and the socket terminal 3 is further improved. The integrally molded phosphor copper connection terminal 4 is directly welded onto the circuit board 2, and the power is directly output from the circuit board 2 to the socket terminal 3. The socket terminal 3 comprises a live wire socket terminal provided on the circuit board 2 as well as a neutral wire socket terminal provided on the circuit board 3 and on the side closed to the live wire socket terminal. Both the live wire socket and the neutral wire socket terminal are fixedly soldered with the circuit board through the connection terminal 4.
The socket terminal 3 and the connection terminal 4 are both made of phosphor copper material. The integral phosphor copper material is used from the power supply to the socket outlet and to circuit board. The phosphor copper material can be tin-phosphor bronze material, which features high corrosion resistance and wear resistance and does not cause sparks during collision. Jack strips made of tin-phosphor bronze can be connected without rivets and can be without friction contacts, and can guarantee good contact, feature good elasticity and can be inserted and pulled out with high stability. Furthermore, such material has good mechanical processing property and fragmentation property, which can dramatically reduce the time for processing parts.
The housing 1 comprises an inner housing 5 and an outer housing 6. The inner housing 5 can be a plastics inner housing, and the outer housing 6 can be a metal outer housing. The outer housing 6 protects the inner housing 5. The outer housing 6 is provided with an outer rim, wherein the outer rim is provided with a plurality of installation holes, which can be fixed in the inner socket casing, which is pre-embedded in the wall, through screws.
The inner rim of the periphery of the outer housing 6 is provided with a plurality of slots 7, and the outer rim of the periphery of the inner housing 5 is provided with a plurality of blocks 8 which match with the slots 7, so that the inner housing 5 can be clamp connected to the outer housing 6. This facilitates the installation and dis-installation by the users, and the dismounting and replacement are easy and convenient. The repair efficiency is increased significantly and the maintenance costs are reduced.
In the present embodiment, all of the components are fixed inside the inner housing 5. Then the socket terminal 3 is connected with the connection terminal 4 via the circuit board 2 by soldering connection. Then the inner housing 5 is clamp connected on the outer housing 6. Finally the outer rim of the outer housing 6 can be fixed in the inner socket casing, which is pre-embedded in the wall, through screws.
Preferably, the socket terminal 3 is seamlessly jointed with the circuit board 2, which increases stability and reliability and the product quality.
Based on the above, the intelligent WiFi socket structure of the present invention facilitates the correct installation and connection by the user, avoids errors which occur with cable connection, increases the safety and stability of the socket, and reduces production costs. The structure of the socket of the present invention is simple and reasonable and is easy to produce. Furthermore, the assembly technology of the present invention is easy, which increases the production and installation efficiency. The present invention features simple and reasonable structure and is easy to use.
In the present invention, unless there are other regulations and limitations, terminologies such as "installation", "connected with each other", "connection", "fixed" shall be understood in a broader sense. For example, it can be a fixed connection, or a removable connection, or be integrally molded. It can be a mechanical connection, or an electric connection. It can be a direct connection, or a connection through an intermediate. It can be an internal connection between to components, or an inter relation between two components. There are multiple ways for removable installation. For example: it can be through a combined way of insertion or snap joint.
The design, detailed structure as well as the technical effect of the present invention has been illustrated clearly and completely using the above embodiments and figures, so that the goal, the characteristics and the effects of the present invention can be fully understood. Obviously, the above described embodiments are only part of the embodiments of the present invention rather than all the embodiments. Based on the embodiments of the present invention, all the other embodiments obtained by a person skilled in the art without inventive labor fall within the protection scope of the present invention. In addition, the connection relation mentioned in the present description does not refer to a direct connection between single components, but rather, can form an improved connection structure by adding or removing a connection accessory.
The detailed description of the present invention through the above embodiments is only a further description of the present invention, and cannot be understood as a limitation of the protection scope of the present invention. A person skilled in the art can make some non-essential amendments and adjustments to the present invention, which still falls within the protection scope of the present invention.

An intelligent WiFi socket comprising a housing (1), a circuit board (2) which is provided inside the housing (1), a socket terminal (3) which is provided on the circuit board (2), wherein the socket terminal (3) is connected with the circuit board (2) via a connection terminal (4), wherein one side of the connection terminal (4) is in fixed connection with the circuit board (2), and the other side of the connection terminal (4) is tightly connected with the socket terminal (3) 2. The intelligent WiFi socket according to claim 1, characterized in that the socket terminal (3) and the connection terminal (4) are both made of phosphor copper material.3. The intelligent VViFi socket according to claim 1, characterized in that the housing (1) comprises an inner housing (5) and an outer housing (6), wherein the outer housing (6) is provided with recesses for accommodating the inner housing (5).4. The intelligent WFi socket according to claim 3, characterized in that the inner rim of the periphery of the outer housing (6) is provided with a plurality of slots (7), and the outer rim of the periphery of the inner housing (5) is provided with a plurality of blocks (8) which match with the slots (7).5. The intelligent WiFi socket according to claim 1, characterized in that a retaining plate (9) is provided around the socket terminal (3).6.
