Technical Field
The invention relates to the field of circuit breakers, in particular to a connecting assembly and a combined circuit breaker.
Background
In some applications, some accessories are required to be added to the Circuit Breaker to extend the function of the Circuit Breaker, for example, a Residual Current Device (RCD) is added to a Micro Circuit Breaker (MCB). Accessories on the circuit breaker can be installed inside the circuit breaker, but in the case of a small circuit breaker, the accessories are often installed outside the circuit breaker, connected with each other through a linkage rod combination, and linked with a mechanism inside the circuit breaker. In the case of a circuit breaker in which an accessory is mounted outside the circuit breaker, the electrical connection between the connection terminal of the circuit breaker and the connection terminal of the accessory is directly related to whether the accessory is normally operated.
A combined circuit breaker in the related art includes a circuit breaker and a circuit breaker accessory which are assembled together, the circuit breaker includes a plurality of output connection terminals and a plurality of output connection terminals; the circuit breaker accessory includes a plurality of accessory binding post, and every accessory binding post all is connected with the output binding post electricity that corresponds through the flexible conductor. When the accessory is installed, an operator needs to connect each flexible conductor between the corresponding accessory wiring terminal and the corresponding output wiring terminal, however, after the flexible conductors are led out from the shell of the circuit breaker, due to the influence of factors such as experience of the operator, the operator can hardly distinguish which output wiring terminal on the circuit breaker each flexible conductor is electrically connected with, so that the operator can easily connect the flexible conductor on the wrong accessory wiring terminal, thus connection errors between the output wiring terminals of the circuit breaker and the wiring terminals of the accessory of the circuit breaker are caused, and the accessory of the circuit breaker can not normally work and play a role.

In the description of the present invention, it should be noted that, unless otherwise explicitly specified or limited, the terms "mounted," "connected," and "connected" are to be construed broadly, e.g., as meaning either a fixed connection, a removable connection, or an integral connection; the specific meanings of the above terms in the present invention can be understood in specific cases to those skilled in the art.
The terms "first", "second" and "first" are used for descriptive purposes only and are not to be construed as indicating or implying relative importance or implicitly indicating the number of technical features indicated. Thus, a feature defined as "first" or "second" may explicitly or implicitly include one or more of that feature. In the description of the present invention, "a plurality" means two or more unless otherwise specified.
In a first aspect, as shown in fig. 6, an embodiment of the present invention provides a connection assembly 100, including a connection socket 1 and a plurality of conductive members 2, wherein the connection socket 1 includes an inner socket 11 and an outer socket 12 connected together, a portion of each conductive member 2 is located on the inner socket 11, another portion of each conductive member 2 is located on the outer socket 12, and the plurality of conductive members 2 are insulated from each other; as shown in fig. 3, 4 and 5, the inner holder 11 is for insertion into an accessory housing 310 of the circuit breaker accessory 300, and a portion of the plurality of conductive members 2 on the inner holder 11 is for electrical connection with an accessory connection terminal 320 provided in the accessory housing 310; as shown in fig. 7, the outer housing 12 is provided with a plurality of connecting terminals 3 at different positions, each conductive member 2 is electrically connected to the corresponding connecting terminal 3, and as shown in fig. 2, each connecting terminal 3 is used for electrically connecting to a corresponding output terminal 220 on the circuit breaker 200 (i.e., a terminal located on the load side of the circuit breaker 200).
When installing the connection assembly 100, as shown in fig. 3 and 4, an operator may first insert a portion of the inner housing 11 into the accessory housing 310, and then electrically connect a portion of each conductive member 2 located in the accessory housing 310 to the accessory connection terminal 320, for example, as shown in fig. 4, each conductive member 2 is electrically connected to the corresponding accessory connection terminal 320 through a flexible wire 330; next, as shown in fig. 1, 2 and 5, the inner housing 11 is fully inserted into the accessory housing 310, so that at least a portion of each connection terminal 3 on the outer housing 12 is inserted into the circuit breaker housing 210 through the corresponding connection hole 211 and electrically connected to the corresponding output connection terminal 220, thereby achieving electrical connection between the plurality of accessory connection terminals 320 and the plurality of output connection terminals 220;
in the connection assembly 100 according to the embodiment of the present invention, when the connection terminal 3 is inserted into the connection hole 211, the connection hole 211 corresponding to the connection terminal 3 at each position is determined, and then the output connection terminal 220 corresponding to each connection terminal 3 is also determined, because the outer base 12 is provided with a plurality of connection terminals 3 at different positions, and each conductive member 2 is electrically connected to the corresponding connection terminal 3, so that which output connection terminal 220 on the circuit breaker 200 corresponds to the conductive member 2 can be identified by which connection terminal 3 is connected to the conductive member 2, that is, each conductive member 2 is identified by the connection terminals 3 at different positions, when the conductive member 2 is connected to the accessory connection terminal 320, the corresponding conductive member 2 can be electrically connected to the corresponding accessory connection terminal, thereby ensuring that each conductive member 2 is electrically connected to the correct accessory connection terminal 320, the connection between a plurality of accessory connecting terminals 320 and a plurality of conductive pieces 2 is prevented from being wrong, and further the connection between a plurality of accessory connecting terminals 320 and a plurality of output connecting terminals 220 is prevented from being wrong, and the normal work of the circuit breaker accessory 300 is finally ensured.
In order to further reduce the probability of wrong connection between the multiple accessory connection terminals 320 and the multiple circuit breaker 200 connection terminals, as shown in fig. 9, the connection seat 1 is provided with multiple positioning slots 13, one part of each positioning slot 13 is located on the inner seat 11, and the other part of each positioning slot 13 is located on the outer seat 12; as shown in fig. 6, each conductive member 2 is disposed in the corresponding positioning groove 13. By forming a plurality of positioning slots 13 on the connecting base 1, the conductive elements 2 connected with the corresponding connecting terminals 3 can be correspondingly arranged in one positioning slot 13, the positioning slots 13 can further identify the conductive elements 2, thereby allowing the operator to recognize the connection terminal 3 corresponding to the conductive member 2 provided in each positioning groove 13 through the different positioning grooves 13, and thus recognizes that the conductor 2 provided in each positioning groove 13 is connected to the corresponding output terminal 220, when the conductor 2 is electrically connected to the accessory terminal 320, it is possible to easily electrically connect each of the conductive members 2 to the corresponding accessory connection terminal 320, thereby greatly reducing the probability of the conductive member 2 being misconnected to the accessory connection terminal 320, thereby reducing the probability of misconnecting the plurality of accessory terminals 320 with the plurality of circuit breaker 200 terminals.
The form of the positioning groove 13 is not exclusive, for example, as shown in fig. 9, each positioning groove 13 may be formed by two positioning ribs 131 which are arranged on the connecting seat 1 and are spaced apart from each other. In addition, each positioning groove 13 can also be directly arranged on the connecting seat 1. Compare every constant head tank 13 and directly open on connecting seat 1, every constant head tank 13 is set up on connecting seat 1 by two and is separated by the location muscle 131 that sets up and form, and connecting seat 1 sets up the bottom plate of constant head tank 13 just need not so thick that sets up like this to be favorable to practicing thrift the preparation material of connecting seat 1.
As shown in fig. 6 and 10, the portion of each conductive member 2 on the inner housing 11 includes a conductive connecting portion 21, as shown in fig. 4, the conductive connecting portion 21 of each conductive member 2 is electrically connected to the corresponding accessory connecting terminal 320 through a flexible wire 330, for example, the conductive connecting portion 21 of each conductive member 2 is welded to the flexible wire 330, the conductive connecting portion 21 of each conductive member 2 is located in the positioning slot 13, and each flexible wire 330 is electrically connected to the conductive connecting portion 21 outside the positioning slot 13. Since the distance between each positioning groove 13 is not too large, the connection portions of the two adjacent flexible wires 330 and the corresponding conductive connection portions 21 are easily connected to each other to cause short circuit. In order to avoid short circuit between two adjacent flexible wires 330, as shown in fig. 9, for each positioning groove 13 provided with the conductive member 2, an insulating flange 14 is provided at the edge of the notch of the positioning groove 13, and the insulating flange 14 extends in a direction away from the bottom of the groove 13 and is provided close to the conductive connecting portion 21 in the positioning groove 13. Thus, as shown in fig. 4 and 5, the connection portion of each of the flexible wires 330 and the corresponding conductive connection portion 21 can be placed on the corresponding insulating flange 14, and the insulating flange 14 can separate the connection portion of the two adjacent flexible wires 330 and the corresponding conductive connection portion 21, so as to prevent the two adjacent flexible wires 330 from short-circuiting, thereby ensuring the normal operation of the circuit breaker accessory 300 and the circuit breaker 200.
In the case where each positioning groove 13 is formed by two positioning ribs 131 provided on the connector holder 1 and spaced apart from each other, as shown in fig. 9, the insulating flange 14 may be connected to the positioning ribs 131.
The embodiment of the present invention also provides the connecting assembly 100 in which each conductive member 2 is not unique in type, for example, as shown in fig. 6 and 10, each conductive member 2 may be a conductive metal plate. In addition, each conductive member 2 may be a conductive rod. Compare the conducting rod, the cross-section of conductive metal plate is the rectangle, and size on the thickness direction of connecting seat 1 is fixed, and the sectional area of conductive metal plate can be done bigger to can reduce the resistance of every electrically conductive piece 2, and then can reduce every electrically conductive piece 2's calorific capacity in the course of the work.
Wherein, each conductive member 2 can be insulated from each other by, for example, providing an insulating layer on the surface of each conductive member 2 to insulate each conductive member from each other; in addition, as shown in fig. 6 and 9, each conductive member 2 may also be disposed in the corresponding positioning slot 13, and the slot wall of the positioning slot 13 is an insulating slot wall, so as to achieve mutual insulation.
The insulating layer disposed on the surface of each conductive member 2 may be an insulating paint layer or an insulating plastic layer, and is not limited herein.
In the connection assembly 100 according to the embodiment of the present invention, the connection terminal 3 and the conductive member 2 may be integrally formed (for example, as shown in fig. 7 and 10) or may be separately designed and then connected together by a connection structure. Compared with a split design, the connecting terminal 3 and the conductive piece 2 are integrally formed, so that the number of parts can be reduced, the assembly process is simplified, and the reliability of connection between the accessory connecting terminal 320 and the output connecting terminal 220 is improved.
In the embodiment in which the connection terminals 3 are integrally formed with the conductive members 2, as shown in fig. 9, a plurality of through holes 15 are opened in the outer holder 12, and a portion of the plurality of conductive members 2 protrudes through the corresponding through holes 15 to form a plurality of connection terminals 3.
After the connection assembly 100 is assembled with the circuit breaker accessory 300 and the circuit breaker 200, the outer housing 12 is located outside the accessory housing 310 and the circuit breaker housing 210, and in order to protect the portion of each conductive member 2 located on the outer housing 12, as shown in fig. 6, the connection holder 1 further includes a shield 16, and the shield 16 is detachably connected to the outer housing 12 to cover the portion of each conductive member 2 located on the outer housing 12. In this way, the protective cover 16 can protect the position of each conductive member 2 on the outer seat 12, so as to not only reduce the erosion of the conductive member 2 caused by external moisture, impurities and the like, but also prevent people from contacting the position of each conductive member 2 on the outer seat 12 to cause electric shock.
In order to further reduce the heat generation of the conductive device 2, as shown in fig. 6, a plurality of heat dissipation holes 161 are formed on the shield 16, and the heat generated by the portion of the conductive device 2 on the outer seat 12 can be dissipated through the plurality of heat dissipation holes 161, thereby preventing the temperature in the shield 16 from being too high.
The manner of detachable connection of the shield 16 to the outer base 12 is not exclusive, and for example, as shown in fig. 6 and 11, the shield 16 may be connected to the outer base 12 by a detachable snap structure 4. Alternatively, the shield 16 may be removably attached to the outer housing 12 by screws. Compare and to dismantle the connection through the screw, guard shield 16 is connected with outer seat 12 through dismantling joint structure 4, when guard shield 16 and outer seat 12 dismouting, just need not to screw up or unscrew the screw one by one to can save the dismouting time, improve dismouting efficiency.
In the embodiment where the shield 16 is connected to the outer base 12 via the detachable clamping structure 4, the detachable clamping structure 4 may be as follows: as shown in fig. 6 and 11, the detachable clamping structure 4 includes a positioning rib 41 disposed on the outer seat 12 and a positioning groove 42 opened on the shield 16, when the shield 16 is mounted, the shield 16 can move along the extending direction (for example, the X direction shown in fig. 6) of the positioning rib 41, so that the positioning groove 42 cooperates with the positioning rib 41 to realize the relative fixation between the shield 16 and the outer seat 12.
Of course, the positions of the positioning groove 42 and the positioning rib 41 can be interchanged, that is, the positioning groove 42 is opened on the outer seat 12, and the positioning rib 41 is arranged on the shield 16, so as to achieve the same technical effect.
In order to ensure that the inner housing 11 is firmly fixed with the circuit breaker accessory 300, as shown in fig. 9 and 8, the inner housing 11 is provided with a first engaging structure 111, and the first engaging structure 111 is configured to engage with a second engaging structure provided in the accessory housing 310 when the inner housing 11 is inserted into the accessory housing 310, so as to prevent the inner housing 11 from moving in a direction away from the accessory housing 310 (e.g., M direction in fig. 8). Therefore, after the inner seat 11 is inserted into the accessory housing 310, the first clamping structure 111 and the second clamping structure are clamped, so that the inner seat 11 and the accessory housing 310 can be ensured to be relatively fixed, the inner seat 11 is prevented from sliding out of the accessory housing 310, and the stability of electrical connection between the conductive piece 2 and the accessory wiring terminal 320 is ensured.
The first clamping structure 111 is also not unique, for example, the first clamping structure 111 may be the following structure: as shown in fig. 9, the inner seat 11 is provided with an elastic arm 112, the first engaging structure 111 includes a rib disposed on the elastic arm 112, and the elastic arm 112 can elastically deform in a height direction of the rib. In addition, the first clamping structure 111 may also be as follows: the first engaging structure 111 includes a rib, and the rib is directly disposed on the inner seat 11. Compare first joint structure 111 and include the embodiment of the protruding muscle of direct setting on interior seat 11, first joint structure 111 includes the embodiment of the protruding muscle that sets up on elastic arm 112, because elastic arm 112 can take place elastic deformation in the direction of height of protruding muscle, seat 11 inserts in annex casing 310 in this way, and after protruding muscle and the location step (being second joint structure) joint in the annex casing 310, exert the effort to elastic arm 112, through elastic arm 112 elastic deformation in protruding muscle direction of height under the effect of the power, just can make protruding muscle cross the location step, thereby realize directly outwards pulling out at least part in following annex casing 310 with interior seat 11, thereby make things convenient for the equipment of parts such as guard shield 16.
It should be noted that: the height direction of the bead in the "elastic arm 112 is elastically deformable in the height direction of the bead" means the height direction of the bead when the elastic arm 112 is not elastically deformed, for example, the Z direction shown in fig. 9.
In order to prevent foreign materials and the like from entering the inside of the circuit breaker case 210 through the terminal screw hole 212 of the circuit breaker 200, as shown in fig. 1, the connecting block 1 further includes a cover plate 17, the cover plate 17 is connected to the outer block 12, and the cover plate 17 is adapted to cover the terminal screw hole 212 of the circuit breaker 200. Through setting up apron 17 to apron 17 covers on the terminal screw hole 212 on circuit breaker 200, and like this, apron 17 just can protect terminal screw hole 212, prevents that external steam, dust etc. from entering into the inside normal work that influences circuit breaker 200 of circuit breaker housing 210 through terminal screw hole 212 on circuit breaker 200.
Wherein, the cover plate 17 can be directly connected with the outer seat 12; or indirectly connected with the outer seat 12, for example, as shown in fig. 2, the cover plate 17 is connected with the outer seat 12 through the shield 16, that is, the cover plate 17 is connected with the shield 16, and the above arrangement may be determined according to practical situations and is not particularly limited herein; as shown in fig. 1, the cover plate 17 may be bent to cover the terminal screw holes 212 after the connecting assembly 100 is assembled.
As shown in fig. 7, the cover plate 17 is provided with a plurality of positioning posts 171, and when the cover plate 17 is covered on the terminal screw holes 212, each positioning post 171 extends into the corresponding terminal screw hole 212 to position the cover plate 17.
Wherein, be equipped with buckle 1711 on the side of reference column 171, buckle 1711 is used for with the downthehole wall joint of terminal screw hole 212 to make apron 17 and circuit breaker 200 relatively fixed.
In a second aspect, as shown in fig. 1 and 2, an embodiment of the present invention provides a modular circuit breaker 200, including a circuit breaker 200 and a circuit breaker accessory 300 assembled together; the circuit breaker accessory 300 comprises an accessory housing 310 and a plurality of accessory connection terminals 320 arranged in the accessory housing 310, the circuit breaker 200 comprises a circuit breaker housing 210 and a plurality of output connection terminals 220 arranged in the circuit breaker housing 210, a plurality of connection holes 211 are formed in the circuit breaker housing 210, and each output connection terminal 220 corresponds to one connection hole 211; the modular circuit breaker 200 further comprises the connecting assembly 100 of the first aspect, wherein the inner housing 11 is inserted into the accessory housing 310, such that at least a portion of each connecting terminal 3 is inserted into the circuit breaker housing 210 through the corresponding connecting hole 211 and electrically connected to the corresponding output connecting terminal 220; the portion of each conductor 2 located on the inner housing 11 is electrically connected to the corresponding accessory terminal 320.
In the combined circuit breaker 200 provided by the embodiment of the present invention, the circuit breaker accessories 300 may be accessories such as a Residual Current Device (RCD) and an automatic recovery over-and-under voltage protector that need to be electrically connected to the output terminal 220 of the circuit breaker 200 correspondingly.
Before the connecting assembly 100 is installed, as shown in fig. 1 and fig. 2, the circuit breaker 200 and the circuit breaker accessory 300 are assembled together, for example, the circuit breaker accessory and the circuit breaker accessory can be detachably and fixedly connected by a buckle; when installing the connection assembly 100, as shown in fig. 3 and 4, an operator may first insert a portion of the inner housing 11 into the accessory housing 310, and then electrically connect a portion of each conductive member 2 on the inner housing 11 to the accessory connection terminal 320, for example, as shown in fig. 4, each conductive member 2 is electrically connected to the corresponding accessory connection terminal 320 through a flexible wire 330; next, as shown in fig. 1, 2 and 5, the inner housing 11 is fully inserted into the accessory housing 310, so that at least a portion of each connection terminal 3 on the outer housing 12 is inserted into the circuit breaker housing 210 through the corresponding connection hole 211 and electrically connected to the corresponding output connection terminal 220, thereby achieving electrical connection between the plurality of accessory connection terminals 320 and the plurality of output connection terminals 220.
Wherein, when a part of the inner housing 11 is inserted into the accessory housing 310, the part of each conductive member 2 on the inner housing 11 is electrically connected to the accessory connecting terminal 320 by: as shown in fig. 2, the accessory housing 310 includes an upper seat 311 and a lower seat 312 detachably connected together; when installing the connection assembly 100, as shown in fig. 3, an operator may insert a portion of the inner housing 11 into the lower housing 312, then electrically connect a portion of each conductive member 2 on the inner housing 11 with the accessory connection terminal 320, as shown in fig. 6, and then connect the upper housing 311 and the lower housing 312 together.
The combined circuit breaker 200 provided by the embodiment of the present invention includes the same connecting assembly 100 as the connecting assembly 100 described in the first aspect, so that the same technical problem is solved, and the same technical effect is achieved.
In the combined circuit breaker 200 according to the embodiment of the present invention, after the inner base 11 is inserted into the accessory housing 310, a part of each connection terminal 3 may be inserted into the circuit breaker housing 210 through the corresponding connection hole 211, or all of the connection terminals may be inserted into the circuit breaker housing 210 through the corresponding connection hole 211. Compare in connecting terminal 3 part inserts corresponding connecting hole 211, connecting terminal 3 all inserts corresponding connecting hole 211, can eliminate the clearance between outer seat 12 and the circuit breaker casing 210, avoids connecting terminal 3 to expose, not only can avoid the influence that external environment caused naked connecting terminal 3 in order to avoid adjacent connecting terminal 3 short circuit, also can prevent in addition that personnel from touchhing naked connecting terminal 3 and causing the electric shock.
In order to ensure that the inner seat 11 is firmly fixed with the circuit breaker accessory 300, as shown in fig. 9, a first clamping structure 111 is arranged on the inner seat 11; as shown in fig. 8, the accessory housing 310 is provided with an insertion slot 313, and the inner seat 11 is inserted into the accessory housing 310 through the insertion slot 313; a second latch structure 3131 is disposed on a wall of the slot 313, and the second latch structure 3131 is latched with the first latch structure 111 to prevent the inner housing 11 from moving away from the accessory housing 310. Therefore, after the inner seat 11 is inserted into the accessory housing 310, the first clamping structure 111 is clamped with the second clamping structure 3131, so that the inner seat 11 and the accessory housing 310 can be fixed relatively, the inner seat 11 is prevented from sliding out of the accessory housing 310, and the stability of the electrical connection between the conductive member 2 and the accessory connecting terminal 320 is ensured.
The first and second clamping structures 111 and 3131 are not exclusive, and for example, the first and second clamping structures 111 and 3131 may be the following structures: as shown in fig. 9, the inner seat 11 is provided with an elastic arm 112, the first engaging structure 111 includes a rib disposed on the elastic arm 112, and the elastic arm 112 can elastically deform in a height direction of the rib; as shown in fig. 8, the second clamping structure 3131 includes a positioning step disposed on a groove wall of the insertion groove 313, and the protruding rib is clamped with the positioning step, and the positioning step is located at a front side of the protruding rib along a direction away from the accessory housing 310.
In addition, the first clamping structure 111 and the second clamping structure 3131 may also be configured as follows: the first latch structure 111 includes a rib directly disposed on the inner housing 11, and the second latch structure 3131 includes a positioning step disposed on a groove wall of the insertion groove 313, and the positioning step is located at a front side of the rib along a direction away from the accessory housing 310. Compare first joint structure 111 including the embodiment of the protruding muscle that directly sets up on interior seat 11, first joint structure 111 includes the embodiment of the protruding muscle that sets up on elastic arm 112, because elastic arm 112 can take place elastic deformation in the direction of height of protruding muscle, insert in interior seat 11 to annex casing 310 like this, and after protruding muscle and the location step joint in the annex casing 310, exert the effort to elastic arm 112, through elastic arm 112 elastic deformation at protruding muscle direction of height under the effect of force, just can make the protruding muscle cross the location step, thereby realize directly outwards pulling out at least partly in following annex casing 310 interior seat 11, thereby make things convenient for the equipment of parts such as guard shield 16.
The surface of the positioning step engaged with the rib may be perpendicular to the first groove wall 3132, or may be inclined with respect to the first groove wall 3132 (for example, as shown in fig. 8). The first groove wall 3132 is a groove wall of the insertion groove 313 provided with a positioning step. Compared with the vertical arrangement, when the surface of the positioning step clamped with the convex rib is obliquely arranged relative to the first groove wall 3132, the inner seat 11 is inserted into the accessory shell 310, and after the convex rib is clamped with the positioning step in the accessory shell 310, the force far away from the accessory shell 310 is applied to the inner seat 11, and the elastic arm 112 can be elastically deformed in the height direction of the convex rib under the action of the positioning step and the convex rib, so that the convex rib can cross the positioning step, and at least one part of the inner seat 11 can be directly pulled out from the accessory shell 310.
As shown in fig. 1 and 2, a plurality of terminal screw holes 212 are formed in one end portion of the circuit breaker case 210 in the length direction of the circuit breaker 200, each output terminal 220 corresponds to one terminal screw hole 212, and a screw is provided in each terminal screw hole 212 and used for pressing the output terminal 220, so that the connection terminal 3 and the output terminal 220 are relatively fixed.
Wherein, the width direction of the circuit breaker 200 refers to a direction parallel to the rotational center axis of the operation handle of the circuit breaker 200, such as the X direction shown in fig. 1; the length direction of the circuit breaker 200 refers to an extending direction of a connection line between both ends of the circuit breaker 200 where the connection terminals are disposed (i.e., the end where the output connection terminal 220 is disposed and the end where the input connection terminal 230 is disposed), for example, the Y direction shown in fig. 1.
In order to prevent foreign matter or the like from entering the inside of the circuit breaker case 210 through the terminal screw holes 212 on the circuit breaker 200, as shown in fig. 1, the outer holder 12 is located at one side of the circuit breaker case 210 in the length direction of the circuit breaker 200 and is disposed adjacent to one end portion of the circuit breaker case 210, and the cover plate 17 is covered on the plurality of terminal screw holes 212.
As shown in fig. 2, a plurality of connection holes 211 are opened on one end surface of the breaker case 210 in the length direction, each connection hole 211 being opposed to one output connection terminal 220. In the conventional combined circuit breaker, the connecting hole 211 is covered by a protective cover to prevent external water vapor, dust and the like from entering the circuit breaker shell 210 from the connecting hole 211, so that the normal work of parts such as the internal wiring terminal is influenced. The protective cover is fixed on the breaker shell through screws, however, by adopting the scheme, the protective cover is easy to deform under the pressure action of the screws, so that the gap between the protective cover and the breaker shell is larger, and the protective cover cannot form effective protection. As shown in fig. 2 and 7, the combined circuit breaker provided by the embodiment of the invention can be fixed with the output connection terminal 220 by inserting all the connection terminals 3 arranged on the outer base 12 into the circuit breaker housing 210, and then fixing the shield 16 with the outer base 12 through the detachable clamping structure 4, so that the shield 16 and the outer base 12 are not fixed with the circuit breaker housing 210 through screws, thereby preventing the shield 16 and the outer base 12 from deforming under the action of screw pressure, and further preventing a gap from occurring between the outer base 12 and the circuit breaker housing 210, thereby forming effective protection.
The above description is only for the specific embodiments of the present invention, but the scope of the present invention is not limited thereto, and any person skilled in the art can easily conceive of the changes or substitutions within the technical scope of the present invention, and the changes or substitutions should be covered within the scope of the present invention. Therefore, the protection scope of the present invention shall be subject to the protection scope of the claims.
