Description

UNDERWEAR WITH THE FUNCTION OF PREVENTING
GARMENT FROM SHIFTING
BACKGROUND OF INVENTION
I. Field of the Invention
The present invention relates generally to an underwear, and more particularly to an innovative underwear with the function of preventing garment from shifting, which is a structure type revealer.
2. Description of Related Art
In daily life, the people usually tuck the shirts or T-shirts into the waist of underwear in order to comply with the rules of work, wear etiquette or personal preferences. However, the people often find that after a period of work or physical activity, the upper garments previously tucked into the waist of underwear tend to shift upward and slip out, resulting in prominence, wrinkles and unequal aesthetic problems.
Based on the above problems, although the industry has developed some improved structure to solve the problem, but from a comprehensive perspective, there are still some imperfections. For example, the industry has adopted the method of opening horizontal strip holes in the upper section of underwear to provide a limited effect for the insertion of partial corners of the upper garment. However, such a conventional form causes the structural integrity of the underwear to be severely damaged, so that there is a drawback that it is not washable, easily broken, and the service life is greatly shortened, and the friction and slip resistance of the upper garment is not satisfactory; in addition, there are also some types of structures in the industry where the upper garment and the mderwear are provided with male and female buckles or male and female sticky fastening strips. However, this conventional structure is required because the upper garment and the underwear are required to be matched. The components are obviously too complicated in structure and the manufacturing cost is too high, and the service life of the upper garment and the underwear are different. When one of them is damaged in advance, the other function is relatively incapable; on the other hand, if the conventional underwear has a sticky member to produce an anti-slip friction effect on the upper garment, the design of the underwear does not consider how to change the shape if the function is not used. One of the problems with the related technology is not perfect.
SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION
The present invention mainly aims to provide an underwear with a function of preventing garment from shifting, and the technical problem to be solved is to think about how to develop a new type of underwear structure with innovation breakthrough which is more ideal and practical.
Based on the foregoing objects, the technical features of the present invention to solve the underwear problem mainly include: a waist opening, two leg openings, a crotch part between the two leg openings, and a waist ring belt disposed adjacent to the waist opening The waist ring belt has the flexibility in a circumferential direction, and the waist ring belt is connected with the upper end of the underwear by a connecting part; the waist ring belt includes a first belt part and a second belt part connected to each other, and a pre-fold line is arranged between the first belt part and the second belt part, so that the first belt part can be selectively folded and abutted against the outside of the second belt part, or the first belt part and the second belt part are in a state of being unfolded from each other; and the surface of either side of at least anyone of the first belt part and the second belt part is provided with at least one frictional anti-slip component; by means of the different folding states of the first belt part, the frictional anti-slip component can be formed in a hidden or exposed state. In the exposed state, the friction anti-slip component is used to abut against the garment at the outside of the waist ring belt.
The main effect and advantage of the present invention is that the type of the frictional anti-slip component is provided on the waist ring belt of the underwear to utilize the frictional anti-slip characteristics of the frictional anti-slip component, so that when the user tucks the upper garment into the waist of the underwear, the upper garment abut against the outside of the frictional anti-slip component, and the frictional anti-slip component can be used to prevent the upper garment from shifting upward and sliding out, the underwear can prevent the garment from shifting, so as to reduce production costs and not to affect the structural strength of the underwear with advantages and practical progress.
Another main object of the present invention is that the pre-fold line between the first belt part and the second belt part is provided with another feature, the user can selectively decide whether to use the friction anti-slip component, and can also use the selectable folded effect of the first belt part, thereby achieving the dual-purpose shape of the waist ring belt, and the advantages and practical progress more satisfying the multi-use requirement.

DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
As shown in Fig.1 and Fig.2, the present invention is a preferred embodiment of underwear with the function of preventing garment from shifting. However, such embodiments are for illustrative purposes only and are not limited by this structure in patent applications.
The underwear A comprises the following components: a waist opening 10, two legs opening 20, a crotch 30 between the two legs opening 20, and a waist ring belt 40 arranged adjacent to the waist opening 10. The waist ring belt 40 has the flexibility in a circumferential direction, and the waist ring belt 40 is connected with the upper end of the underwear A by a connecting part; the waist ring belt 40 includes a first belt part 41 and a second belt part 42 connected to each other, and a pre-fold line 50 is arranged between the first belt part 41 and the second belt part 42, so that the first belt part 41 can be selectively folded outwards and abutted against the outside of the second belt part 42, or the first belt part 41 and the second belt part 42 are in a state of being unfolded from each other; and wherein the outside surface of either side of at least anyone of the first belt part 41 and the second belt part 42 is provided with at least one frictional anti-slip component 60; when the first belt part 41 is folded down and abutted against the outside of the second belt part 42, the frictional anti-slip component 60 is in a hidden state, and when the first belt part and the second belt part are in a state of being unfolded from each other, the frictional anti-slip component 60 is in a exposed state. In this state, the frictional anti-slip component 60 is abutted against the outside garment of the waist ring belt 40 to prevent it from drifting.
As shown in Fig. 1, in this example, the first belt part 41 and the second belt part 42 of the waist ring belt 40 are in an upper and lower arrangement relationship, so that when the first belt part 41 is folded outward and downward, it is abutted against the outside of the second belt part 42 (as shown in Fig. 5), and the connecting part 05 is disposed below the second belt part 42.
Further, wherein at least one frictional anti-slip component 60 is composed of any one of the following materials: silica gel, rubber, repeatable viscose or sticky buckle woven fabric.
Based on the above structure and technical characteristics, the underwear disclosed by the present invention has the function of preventing garment from shifting. The foregoing preferred embodiment is actually used as shown in Fig. 3 -Fig. 5, the waist ring belt 40 is divided into first belt part 41 and second belt part 42, and the frictional anti-slip component 60 is arranged above waist belt 40, and there is a type feature of the pre-fold line 50 between the first belt part 41 and the second belt part 42. When the user wears the underwear A (as shown in Fig.3), the user can choose whether to use the frictional anti-slip component 60 or not. When the first belt part 41 is folded upward and the frictional anti-slip component 60 is in an exposed state, as shown in Fig.4, the inner side of the upper garment 70 tucked into the waist of the underwear can be just abutted against the outside of the frictional anti-slip component 60, which can effectively prevent the upper garment 70 from sliding out upward. If the user chooses not to use the frictional anti-slip component 60, the upper belt part 41 can be folded downward and abutted against the outside of the lower belt part 42, so that the frictional anti-slip component 60 is in a hidden state (as shown in Figure 5). From the above description, it can be seen that the technical features of the present invention can indeed achieve the practical function of preventing garment from shifting, and the frictional anti-slip component 60 only needs to be located on the waist ring belt 40 surface of underwear A. The component is simple and can reduce the production cost, and the original structure of underwear A is not destroyed, so it does not affect the structural strength of underwear A; furthermore, the first belt part 41 can be selectively folded upward and downward, which makes the waist ring belt 40 with dual-purpose type, so that it can better meet the multiple needs of users.
As shown in Fig. 6, 7, in this example, the outside of at least one frictional anti-slip component 60 in at least one of the first belt part 41 and the second belt part 42 is in a spaced block arrangement type.
As shown in Fig.8 Fig.10, in this example, the outside of at least one frictional anti-slip component 60 in the first belt part 41 and the second belt part 42 is in a continuous circumferential arrangement type.
As shown in Fig. 11, in this example, at least one frictional anti-slip component 60 is disposed on the outside of the first belt part 41 and the second belt part 42 in a spaced block arrangement type, and the mutual dislocation state is arranged between the respective frictional anti-slip components 60 of a spaced block arrangement disposed by the first belt part 41 and the second belt part 42.
In addition, when the first belt part 41 is in a downwardly-folded state, it is abutted against all or a partial area of the second belt part 42, and the frictional anti-slip component 60 must be in a hidden state; this part, as shown in Fig. 12, is an embodiment in which the first belt part 41 is abutted against a partial area of the second belt part 42 in a downwardly folded state, to form a hidden state of the frictional anti-slip component 60; or, the first belt part 41 may also be in an inward and downward folded state, in this state, if the first belt part 41 is abutted against a partial area of the second belt part 42, the relatively small fold area can be obtained.
As shown in Fig. 13 -Fig. 16, in this example, the second belt part 42B and the first belt part 41B of the waist ring belt 40B are in the inner and outer arrangement relationship, and the connecting part 05 is disposed between the first belt part 41B and the second belt part 42B, which forms a arrangement type of the pre-fold line 50 adjacent to the connecting part 05. The first belt part 41B can be selectively folded upward (as shown in Fig. 14) or folded downward (as shown in Fig. 13) with the pre-fold line 50 as a support point. When the first belt part 41B is folded upwards and abutted against the outside of the second belt part 42B, the frictional anti-slip component 60 is in the shielded and hidden state. When the first belt part 41B is folded down, the first belt part 41B and the second belt part 42B are in a state of being unfolded with each other, and the frictional anti-slip component 60 is in a exposed state; wherein, Fig.15 Fig.16 are another variation embodiments.
The frictional anti-slip component 60 disclosed in this example is disposed respectively in the first belt part 41B and the second belt part 42B, and the frictional anti-slip component 60 disposed in the first belt part 41B and the second belt Part 42B is in the dislocation arrangement relationship from each other.
As shown in Fig. 17, in this example, the second belt part 42C and the first belt part 41C of the waist ring belt 40C are in an inner and outer arrangement relationship, and the connecting part 05 is disposed between the first belt part 41C and the second belt part 42C, which forms the arrangement type of the pre-fold line 50 adjacent to the connecting part 05. The first belt part 41C can be selectively folded up or down with the pre-fold line 50 as a support point, and at least one frictional anti-slip component 60C is disposed in the first belt part 41C. When the first belt part 41C is folded up and abutted against the outside of the second belt part 42C, the frictional anti-slip component 60C is in the exposed state. When the first belt part 41C is folded downward (as shown by the imaginary line in the figure), the first belt part 41C and the second belt part 42C are in the unfolded with each other, which forms the frictional anti-slip component 60C toward the inside and in the hidden state (note: that is, it is obscured by the first belt part 41C).
As shown in Fig. 18, in this example, the frictional anti-slip component 60B is in a spacing point distribution arrangement type; the frictional anti-slip component 60B of this example is only provided in the first belt part 41, but not limited to this, its changeable type is as described above.
