Abstract

The invention relates to a floor plate system (B) that enables a reduction in weight, that is made up of perforated (aluminium) plates, that can be adjusted in accordance with the seating configuration of the passengers, that provides protection against mines and improvised explosive devices for armoured vehicles, that comprises at least one perforated plate (1) that can be described as the main platform, that enables it to be mounted to the body of the vehicle (A), that allows for the positions of the components that are attached to the upper surface to be changed, at least one knurled floor plate (2) that as far as possible prevents feet from slipping, at least one connection component (4) that enables the mounting of components, at least one dampening pad (3) that as far as possible, mitigates the pressure effect that can result in injuries to the legs of the personnel, at least one connection piece (5) that is placed between the knurled floor plate (2) and the perforated plate (1), at least one tape (6) that adheres the dampening pad (3) to the floor of the body of the vehicle (A), at least one passage hole (7) that enables the passage of equipment such as pipe and cables that need to pass under the vehicle floor.

Claims (6)

1. Floor plate system (B) for armoured vehicles that provides protection against mines and improvised explosive devices for armoured vehicles, that is made up of perforated (aluminium) plates, that can be adjusted in accordance with the seating configuration of the passengers, that enables a reduction in weight, that comprises, at least one knurled floor plate (2) that as far as possible prevents feet from slipping, that is mounted on the upper surface of the floor of the body of the vehicle, at least one dampening pad (B), that is connected to the upper surface of the floor of the body of the vehicle, that as far as possible, mitigates the pressure effect that can result in injuries to the legs of the personnel, at least one connection component (4) that enables the mounting of the knurled floor plate (2) to the floor of the vehicle, at least one tape (6) that is located between the dampening pad (3) and the floor of the body of the vehicle, characterised by comprising; â ¢ at least one perforated plate (1) that has multiple holes at equal distance to each other and that are of equal size, that is mounted to the upper surface of the floor of the vehicle, that allows for the positions of the knurled floor plate (2), the dampening pad (3) and the connection component (4) that are attached to the upper surface to be changed, by way of the holes, â ¢ at least one connection piece (5), that is located on the perforated plate (1), that enables the knurled floor plate (2) that is placed on it, to be mounted in the desired area, and that ensures that the dampening pad (3) and the knurled floor plate (2) are at the same height.
2. System of Claim 1, characterised by; comprising at least one passage hole (7) that is located on the perforated plate (1), that enables the passage of equipment such as pipes and cables that need to pass under the perforated plate (1).
3. System of Claim 1, characterised by; the perforated plate (1) having a hollow structure similar to that of a tray, and the depth of the hollow being adjusted in accordance with the height of the dampening pad (3) .
4. System of Claim 1, characterised by; the dampening pad (3) and the knurled floor plate (2) being sized to cover the same surface area
5. System of Claim 1, characterised by; the perforated plate (1) being manufactured out of aluminium.
6. System of Claim 1, characterised by; the connection components (4) being bolts, washers, distance rings or rubber gaskets.
