DESCRIPTION OF THE EMBODIMENTS
[0032] In order to more fully understand the technical content of the present application, the technical solutions of the present application will be further described and illustrated below in conjunction with the schematic drawings, but are not limited thereto.
[0033] As shown in FIG. 1, a lens (not shown) clamping device 1 comprises: a lower clamping portion 2 for fixing a lens (not shown), an upper clamping portion 3, and a hinge shaft (not shown) for hinge connecting the lower clamping portion 2 and the upper clamping portion 3 and a torsional spring 4 sleeved on the hinge shaft for generating a clamping force, and two clamping assemblies 5 set symmetrically at the ends of the upper clamping portion 3. The lower clamping portion 2 clamps the back of the shooting device 6, and the two ends of the torsional spring 4 respectively press the lower clamping portion 2 and the upper clamping portion 3, so that the upper clamping portion 3 exerts a clamping force on the clamping assembly 5.
[0034] The clamping assembly 5 comprises a telescopic rod assembly 51, a clamping rod 52 rotatably connected to the terminal end of the telescopic rod assembly 51, and an elastic element (refer to FIG. 3) set between the telescopic rod assembly 51 and the clamping rod 52.
[0035] The telescopic rod assembly 51 is provided with a final stage telescopic rod 511 at the terminal end, a first stage telescopic rod 512 fixed to the end of the upper clamping portion 3, and a plurality of stages of telescopic rods (not shown in the figure) for elongation sequentially nested in the first stage telescopic rod 512. When the clamping device 1 clamps the shooting device 6, sequentially pull out the telescopic rod assembly 51 to apply the width of the shooting device 6, and the upper clamping portion 3 does not contact with the screen of the shooting device 6, so that the photographer can completely see the entire shooting picture when taking picture.
[0036] The clamping rod 52 is provided with a clamping end 523, and the bottom of the clamping end 523 is provided with a soft rubber block (not shown in the figure), and when the clamping rod clamps the shooting device 6, the soft rubber block (not shown in the figure) is in direct contact with the screen or the housing of the shooting device 6, to reduce the clamping marks on the housing caused by the large clamping force. When the clamping rod 52 is used to clamp the shooting device 6, rotate the clamping rod to a position perpendicular to the final stage telescopic rod 511, and engage the clamping rod with the vertical chute (in conjunction with FIG. 3) under the top pressure of the elastic clement (in conjunction with FIG. 3). so that the clamping end 523 clamps to the edge of the shooting device 6. When people don't need to clamp the shooting device 6, rotate the clamping lever 52 to a position collinear with the final stage telescopic rod 511, and retract the telescopic rod assembly 51 into the first stage telescopic rod 512, so the volume of the whole clamping device 1 is not big, and does not take up a lot of space.
[0037] The upper end surface of the lower clamping portion 2 is provided with a cushion 21, and when the clamping device 1 clamps the shooting device 6, the cushion 21 comes into contact with the housing of the shooting device 6, which will not generate clamping mark on the housing.
[0038] As shown in FIG. 2, the lower damping portion 2 is provided with a mounting hole 22 for mounting the lens (not shown in the figure), and a light transmission hole 23 at the upper end of the mounting hole 22. The inner wall of the mounting hole 22 is provided with internal threads (not shown in the figure) for mounting the lens (not shown in the figure), and the lens (not shown in the figure) and the clamping device 1 are connected and fixed by the internal threads (not shown in the figure), and the disassembly and the installation of the lens (not shown in the figure) are very convenient.
[0039] The lower clamping portion 2 is positioned by the inner wall of the light transmission hole 23 and the camera of the shooting device 6, and the optical path of the camera coincides with the optical path of the lens (not shown in the figure), to achieve an ideal shooting effect.
[0040] As shown in FIG. 3, the terminal end of the final stage telescopic rod 511 is provided with a transverse chute 513 and a vertical chute 514 which form an L-shape, and a fan-shaped mounting groove 515 located at the vertical end of the transverse chute 513 and the vertical chute 514. The two straight sides of the fan-shaped mounting groove 515 arc coincident with the extension lines of the transverse chute 513 and the vertical chute 514, and the fan-shaped mounting groove 515 are connected to the transverse chute 513 and the vertical chute 514. The fan-shaped mounting groove 515 is located at the lower part of the extension lines of the transverse chute 513 and the vertical chute 514 and is located at the outer part of the final stage telescopic rod 511.
[0041] The elastic element comprises a spring 53 and a slider 54 fixed to the terminal of the spring 53. The damping rod 52 comprises a front clamping part 521 and a rear clamping part (not shown in the figure) set symmetrically, and the two parts are fixed by screws (not shown in the figure). After installing the spring 53 and the slider 54, install the front clamping part 521 and the rear clamping part (not shown in the figure) on the transverse chute 513 or the vertical chute 514, and then fix the two parts together by screw (not shown in the figure).

The slider 54 is slidably connected to the chute 522A, and the slider 54 and the fan-shaped mounting groove 515 are slidably connected and are in close contact. The outer surface of the slider 54 matches the inner surface of the fan-shaped mounting groove 515. When the clamping rod 52 exits either of the transverse chute 513 and the vertical chute 514, the spring 53 is compressed in the chute 522A and does not bent by the rotation of the clamping rod 52.
[0043] When the clamping rod 52 is rotated to a vertical position, the spring 53 presses it into the vertical chute 514, so the clamping rod 52 cannot rotate any further, so as to form a stable structure capable of clamping the shooting device (in conjunction with FIG. 1). When the clamping rod 52 is rotated to a horizontal position collinear with the final stage telescopic rod 511, the spring 53 presses it into the transverse chute 513, and the clamping rod 52 retracts into the telescopic rod assembly 51 together with the final stage telescopic rod 511. When people switch the clamping rod 52 between the vertical state and the horizontal state, people need to pull the clamping rod 52 out of the transverse chute 513 or the vertical chute 514 and rotate it in the fan-shaped mounting groove 515.
[0044] The intersection end of the transverse chute 513 and the vertical chute 514 is transitionally connected by a circular arc structure (not shown in the figure, and it may also refer to that the middle portion of the outer end of the transverse chute and the vertical chute is provided with a circular are transition portion), so that when the clamping rod switches the state, it could smoothly enter or exit the transverse chute 513 or the vertical chute 514.
