Meanwhile, since the hinge link mechanism 2 provided in this embodiment includes at least two links, a requirement for a larger distance between the external lens 5 and the fixing device 1 can be met by the overlapping length of the at least two links, and the overlong arrangement of a single link is not required, so that the requirement for a larger distance between the external lens 5 and the fixing device 1 can be met, and the lens connecting device can be suitable for devices with cameras of more sizes or types, and has a wider application range; the lens fixing device can also avoid the situation that the hinge link mechanism 2 still occupies a larger space when in a folded state due to overlong single link, namely, the space occupied by the lens fixing device 1 when in a storage state can be reduced more effectively, so that the lens fixing device is more convenient to carry or store.
The specific structure of the hinge linkage 2 may be various, as shown in fig. 1 to 6, in this embodiment, the respective links in the hinge linkage 2 are hinged to each other, and the hinge linkage 2 includes a primary link 21 and a final link 22.
The primary link 21 has a connecting portion 211 at one end and is hinged to the other links in the hinge link mechanism 2 at the other end.
The final link 22 has a movable portion 221 at one end and is hinged to the other links in the hinge link mechanism 2 at the other end.
As an alternative embodiment, the hinge linkage 2 may also comprise at least one intermediate stage link hinged between the primary 21 and the final 22 links.
In the present embodiment, the plane of the primary link 21 is parallel to the face of the fixing device 1 facing the primary link 21, and the plane of the final link 22 is parallel to the face of the fixing device 1 facing the primary link 21. As an alternative embodiment, one of the plane of the primary link 21 and the plane of the final link 22 may be parallel to the surface of the fixing device 1 facing the primary link 21.
The hinge linkage 2 is provided on the side of the fixture 1 facing away from the device with the camera. This prevents the movable part 221 of the hinge link mechanism 2 from interfering with the device having the camera when moving, and also prevents the hinge link mechanism 2 from being disposed so as not to affect the operation of the device having the camera. As an alternative embodiment, the hinge link mechanism 2 may be provided on the side of the fixing device 1 where the device having the camera is provided.
As shown in fig. 6, the locking structure 3 in the present embodiment has a plurality of locking structures 3, wherein one locking structure 3 is provided between the connecting portion 211 and the fixing device 1, and is adapted to lock the angle between the connecting rod having the connecting portion 211 and the fixing device 1; the rest of the locking structure 3 is arranged at the hinge joint of the two adjacent connecting rods and is suitable for locking the angle between the two adjacent connecting rods. The relative positions between the connecting rod and the fixing device 1 and between the connecting rod and the connecting rod can be flexibly locked according to the requirement, so that the movable part 221 can be locked at all positions in the movable range, and the device with cameras can be suitable for devices with more sizes or models.
The specific structure of the locking structure 3 may be various, and in this embodiment, the locking structure 3 includes a first locking member 31 and a second locking member 32.
The first locking member 31 has a fixed end 311 fixedly connected to the fixing device 1 or the link and a locking end 312 adapted to receive a corresponding link to be locked.
The second locking member 32 is disposed on the first locking member 31 and is separated from the fixed end 311 on two sides of the connecting rod to be locked, and the second locking member 32 has a locking state of being matched with the fixed end 311 to compress the connecting rod to be locked, and an adjusting state suitable for allowing the connecting rod to be locked to rotate between the fixed end 311 and the second locking member 32.
Therefore, only the distance between the second locking piece 32 and the fixed end 311 is required to be adjusted, the locking of the connecting rod to be locked can be realized, the operation is convenient, and the structure is simple.
Specifically, the first locking member 31 is provided with an external thread, and the second locking member 32 is provided with an internal thread which is engaged with the external thread of the first locking member 31. Through the mode of threaded connection of the first locking piece 31 and the second locking piece 32, not only can the distance between the fixed end 311 of the second locking piece 32 and the first locking piece 31 be adjusted, but also the real-time locking of the relative distance between the second locking piece 32 and the fixed end 311 can be realized, so that the locking degree of the connecting rod to be locked by the cooperation of the second locking piece 32 and the fixed end 311 can be flexibly adjusted, and various requirements are met. As an alternative embodiment, the first locking member 31 may be provided with an internal thread, and the second locking member 32 may be provided with an external thread.
In this embodiment, the connecting rod to be locked is provided with a mounting through hole 212, and the connecting rod to be locked is sleeved on the first locking member 31 through the mounting through hole 212; the second locking member 32 includes a pressing structure having a cross-sectional area larger than that of the mounting through hole 212.
When the lens connecting device is required to be used, the second locking piece 32 is rotated, so that the second locking piece 32 moves in a direction away from the fixed end 311 of the first locking piece 31, the distance between the second locking piece 32 and the fixed end 311 of the first locking piece 31 is increased, the connecting rod clamped between the second locking piece 32 and the fixed end 311 can be rotated, so that the primary connecting rod 21 and the final connecting rod 22 can be rotated to a required angle according to the requirement, the hinge connecting rod mechanism 2 reaches a required unfolding state, then the second locking piece 32 is rotated, the second locking piece 32 moves in a direction close to the fixed end 311, and the unfolding state of the hinge connecting rod mechanism 2 is locked, so that the lens connecting device can be used;
When the lens connecting device needs to be stored or carried, the second locking piece 32 is rotated, so that the second locking piece 32 moves in a direction away from the fixed end 311 of the first locking piece 31, the distance between the second locking piece 32 and the fixed end 311 of the first locking piece 31 is increased, and the connecting rod clamped between the second locking piece 32 and the fixed end 311 can rotate, so that the primary connecting rod 21 and the final connecting rod 22 can be folded together with the fixing device 1, the hinge connecting rod mechanism 2 reaches a folded state, and then the second locking piece 32 is rotated, so that the second locking piece 32 moves in a direction close to the fixed end 311, and the folded state of the hinge connecting rod mechanism 2 is locked, so that the lens connecting device can be stored or carried.
The specific structure of the fixing device 1 may be varied, as shown in fig. 6 to 8, and in this embodiment, the fixing device 1 includes a housing 11 and two clamping structures 12.
The two clamping structures 12 are respectively arranged at two ends of the shell 11 and are close to or far away from each other so as to mutually match and clamp or loosen the device with the camera.
As an alternative, it is also possible that one holding structure 12 is close to or remote from the other holding structure 12, the other holding structure 12 being held stationary.
In this embodiment, the housing 11 is provided with a receiving cavity, the fixing device 1 further comprising a drive shaft 13, two slides and two clamping structures 12.
The transmission shaft 13 is rotatably arranged in the accommodating cavity, the shell 11 limits the transmission shaft 13 to move relative to the shell 11 along the axial direction of the transmission shaft 13, and screw thread structures with opposite rotation directions are arranged at two ends of the transmission shaft 13;
the two sliding parts are respectively arranged at two ends of the shell 11, and one end of each sliding part is arranged in the accommodating cavity and is in threaded connection with a threaded structure at the corresponding end part of the transmission shaft 13;
each clamping structure 12 is respectively connected with the other end of the corresponding sliding piece in the two clamping structures 12; the two clamping structures 12 are moved towards or away from each other by the corresponding slides and have a clamping condition for clamping the device with the camera and a release condition suitable for loading the device with the camera between the two clamping structures 12 or for removing it from between the two clamping structures 12.
When the transmission shaft 13 is rotated, the two sliding parts are driven to be close to or far away from each other, and as the cavity wall of the accommodating cavity limits the rotation of the sliding block 14 in the accommodating cavity, the two limiting holes 111 and the two connecting pieces 15 are matched to limit the sliding block 14 to turn over, and the two sliding blocks are respectively connected with the two ends of the transmission shaft 13 in a threaded manner, the two sliding parts can only move along the axial direction of the transmission shaft 13 under the driving of the rotation of the transmission shaft 13 and cannot rotate along with the transmission shaft 13; meanwhile, as the screw thread structures at the two ends of the transmission shaft 13 are in opposite rotation directions, namely the two sliding parts are respectively in screw thread connection with the screw thread structures at the two ends of the transmission shaft 13 in opposite rotation directions, the two sliding parts can move towards or away from each other under the driving of the transmission shaft 13, so that the two clamping structures 12 are driven to move towards or away from each other, the two clamping structures 12 are switched between the clamping state and the loosening state, and the clamping fixation and the disassembly of the device with the camera are realized. Meanwhile, as the two clamping structures 12 are simultaneously close to or far away from each other, compared with the single clamping structure 12 which is close to or far away from the other clamping structures 12, the stroke of switching between the clamping state and the loosening state of the two clamping structures 12 is shortened, so that the state switching between the clamping state and the loosening state of the two clamping structures 12 is quickened, and the efficiency of clamping, fixing or disassembling a device with a camera is improved.
The specific structure of the sliding member may be varied, and the sliding member in this embodiment includes a slider 14 and at least one connecting member 15.
The slide block 14 is arranged in the accommodating cavity and is in threaded connection with the transmission shaft 13.
At least one connecting piece 15 connects the slider 14 with the corresponding clamping structure 12.
The chamber walls of the receiving chamber limit the rotation of the slide 14 in the receiving chamber. Specifically, it may be that the thickness of the accommodating chamber between two opposite chamber walls in the thickness direction of the slider 14 is smaller than the width of the slider 14.
In this embodiment, the number of the connecting members 15 is two, two limiting holes 111 are provided on the housing 11, and the limiting holes 111 are disposed corresponding to the connecting members 15 and are suitable for the connecting members 15 to pass through. Thus, the sliding block 14 can move more stably, and the two limiting holes 111 and the two connecting pieces 15 are arranged, so that the sliding block 14 connected with the two connecting pieces 15 can be prevented from overturning more effectively. As an alternative embodiment, the connecting member 15 may have one or three or the like, and the limit hole 111 on the housing 11 may have one or more limit holes or the like.
In order to facilitate rotation of the drive shaft 13, the fixing device 1 in this embodiment further comprises an adjustment knob 16 fixedly connected to the drive shaft 13.
In order to enable the clamping structure 12 to have a better and more stable clamping between the cameras, in this embodiment, the side of the clamping structure 12 contacting the device with the cameras is provided with the anti-slip pad 17, and the side of the housing 11 contacting the device with the cameras is also provided with the anti-slip pad 17. As an alternative embodiment, the anti-slip pad 17 may be provided only on one of the side of the clamping structure 12 that contacts the device with the camera and the side of the housing 11 that faces the device with the camera.
In order to connect the external connection structure such as the tripod head or the tripod stand 6 as required, the clamping structure 12 in this embodiment is provided with an interface 121 adapted to connect the external connection structure.
When a device with a camera such as a mobile phone is required to be installed, an adjusting knob 16 fixedly connected with a transmission shaft 13 is rotated, the transmission shaft 13 axially moves in a containing cavity of a shell 11 of the fixing device 1, so that two sliding parts are separated from each other to drive two clamping structures 12 to be separated from each other, then the device with the camera such as the mobile phone is placed between the two clamping structures 12, the adjusting knob 16 is reversely rotated, the transmission shaft 13 rotates to drive the two sliding parts to be close to each other to drive the two clamping structures 12 to be close to each other until the device with the camera such as the mobile phone is clamped, and the installation and clamping of the device with the camera such as the mobile phone are completed;
When the device with the camera such as the mobile phone is required to be detached from the lens connecting device, the adjusting knob 16 fixedly connected with the transmission shaft 13 is rotated, the transmission shaft 13 axially moves in the accommodating cavity of the shell 11 of the fixing device 1, so that the two sliding parts are mutually far away to drive the two clamping structures 12 to be mutually far away, and then the device with the camera such as the mobile phone is taken out from the position between the two clamping structures 12, so that the detachment between the device with the camera such as the mobile phone and the lens connecting device can be realized.
As shown in fig. 9 to 12, the movable portion 221 is connected to the lens holder 4 provided with the external lens 5, and the lens holder 4 includes a fixed member, a movable member, and at least one biasing member 43.
The fixed member is connected to the movable portion 221.
The movable part is provided with an external lens 5 which is suitable for being matched with a camera on the device with the camera.
The biasing member 43 is disposed between the fixed member and the movable member and applies a biasing force to the movable member that moves the movable member toward the camera.
Through setting up biasing piece 43 between mounting and moving part, can adjust the distance between moving part and the mounting in a flexible way, can adjust the distance between external lens 5 and the mounting in a flexible way, thereby when external lens 5 cooperates with the camera on the device with the camera, for the various protruding heights of surface relative to the device with the camera, even sunken camera, external lens 5 can both exert the biasing force effect of biasing piece 43 under the moving part with the more inseparable laminating of camera, thereby can be applicable to the camera and have the various protruding height of surface of device with the camera, even sunken circumstances, the application is more extensive.
The specific structural forms of the fixed part and the movable part can be various, and the fixed part and the movable part in the embodiment are respectively annular.
The fixed member is formed with a ring-shaped receiving groove 412, and the movable member is movably disposed in the receiving groove 412 in an axial direction of the fixed member.
The fixing member includes a fixing body 41, and a blocking wall 411 extending from one end of the fixing body 41 to the other end of the fixing body 41 along an axial direction, wherein the blocking wall 411 and the fixing body 41 together enclose a receiving slot 412, and a gap communicated with the receiving slot 412 is disposed between the blocking wall 411 and the fixing body 41.
The movable member includes a movable body 42 and a flange 421 extending from one end of the movable body 42, and the flange 421 extends into the accommodating groove 412 through the notch and can move in the accommodating groove 412.
Therefore, the movable piece and the fixed piece can be installed, and the movable piece can be stably moved relative to the fixed piece.
The flange 421 is provided with at least one mounting hole 422, the biasing member 43 is mounted in the mounting hole 422, and one end extends out of the mounting hole 422 to abut against the bottom of the receiving groove 412. By installing the biasing member 43 in the installation hole 422, the installation hole 422 can radially limit the biasing member 43, so that not only can the movable member move relative to the fixed member along the axial direction of the fixed member be realized, but also the movable member can drive the biasing member 43 to rotate together relative to the fixed member, thereby realizing the rotation adjustment of the external lens 5.
In order to make the rotation of the movable member with respect to the fixed member smoother, in this embodiment, a planar thrust bearing is provided between the end of the biasing member 43 protruding from the mounting hole 422 and the bottom of the accommodation groove 412. The specific form of the planar thrust bearing is not limited, and may be, for example, a planar thrust ball bearing, a planar thrust roller bearing, or the like.
The specific number of the mounting holes 422 and the biasing members 43 is not limited, and in the present embodiment, the mounting holes 422 have a plurality and are uniformly distributed in the circumferential direction of the flange 421; the biasing members 43 have a plurality and are disposed in one-to-one correspondence with the mounting holes 422. Thus, the movable part moves more stably relative to the fixed part in the axial direction of the fixed part.
The specific structure of the biasing member 43 may be varied, and the biasing member 43 in this embodiment is a compression spring. As an alternative embodiment, the compression spring may be replaced by an elastomer such as rubber or silicone.
The side of the movable part facing the camera is provided with a buffer part 44. On the one hand, the movable piece can be in better contact with the device with the camera, and on the other hand, the device with the camera can be prevented from being worn. The cushioning member 44 may be of various structures, such as a rubber pad, a silica gel pad, etc.

Claims (25)

1. A lens connecting device, comprising:
the fixing device (1) is detachably connected with the device with the camera;
the hinge connecting rod mechanism (2) comprises at least two connecting rods, a connecting part (211) and a movable part (221), wherein the connecting part (211) is rotatably connected with the fixing device (1), and the movable part (221) is suitable for being provided with an external lens (5); the movable part (221) can swing relative to the connecting part (211), and the movable part (221) and the connecting part (211) are respectively arranged on different connecting rods;
a locking structure (3) adapted to lock the position of the movable part (221);
the individual links in the hinge linkage (2) are articulated to each other, and the hinge linkage (2) comprises: a primary connecting rod (21) with one end provided with the connecting part (211) and the other end hinged with other connecting rods in the hinge connecting rod mechanism (2); and a final-stage connecting rod (22) with one end provided with the movable part (221) and the other end hinged with other connecting rods in the hinge connecting rod mechanism (2).
2. The lens connection device according to claim 1, characterized in that the hinge linkage (2) further comprises at least one intermediate stage link hinged between the primary link (21) and the final link (22).
3. Lens connection device according to claim 1, characterized in that the plane of the primary link (21) is parallel to the side of the fixing device (1) facing the primary link (21) and/or the plane of the final link (22) is parallel to the side of the fixing device (1) facing the primary link (21).
4. Lens connection device according to claim 1, characterized in that the hinge linkage (2) is provided on the side of the fixing device (1) facing away from the device with camera.

The lens connection device according to any of claims 1-4, characterized in that the locking structure (3) has a plurality, wherein one of the locking structures (3) is arranged between the connection part (211) and the fixture (1), adapted to lock the angle between the connecting rod with the connection part (211) and the fixture (1); the rest locking structures (3) are arranged at the hinging positions of the two adjacent connecting rods and are suitable for locking the angles between the two adjacent connecting rods.
6. The lens connection device according to claim 5, wherein the locking structure (3) comprises:
a first locking member (31) having a fixed end (311) fixedly connected to the fixing device (1) or the connecting rod, and a locking end (312) adapted to receive a corresponding connecting rod to be locked;
the second locking piece (32) is arranged on the first locking piece (31) and separated from the fixed end (311) on two sides of the connecting rod to be locked, and the second locking piece (32) is provided with a locking state which is matched with the fixed end (311) to tightly press the connecting rod to be locked and an adjusting state which is suitable for the connecting rod to be locked to rotate between the fixed end (311) and the second locking piece (32).

The lens connecting device according to claim 6, wherein the first locking member (31) is provided with external threads or internal threads, and the second locking member (32) is provided with internal threads or external threads which are matched with the external threads or internal threads on the first locking member (31).

The lens connecting device according to claim 6, wherein the connecting rod to be locked is provided with a mounting through hole (212), and the connecting rod to be locked is sleeved on the first locking member (31) through the mounting through hole (212); the second locking member (32) includes a hold-down structure having a cross-sectional area greater than a cross-sectional area of the mounting through hole (212).

a housing (11);
two clamping structures (12) are respectively arranged at two ends of the shell (11), and at least one clamping structure (12) is suitable for being close to or far away from the other clamping structure (12) so as to be matched with the other clamping structure (12) to clamp or unclamp the device with the camera.

11. The lens connecting device according to claim 10, wherein the slider includes:
the sliding block (14) is arranged in the accommodating cavity and is in threaded connection with the transmission shaft (13);
at least one connecting piece (15) connects the slider (14) with the corresponding clamping structure (12).
12. Lens connection device according to claim 11, characterized in that the cavity wall of the receiving cavity limits the rotation of the slider (14) in the receiving cavity.

at least one biasing member (43) disposed between the fixed member and the movable member and applying a biasing force to the movable member that moves the movable member toward the camera.
