Specifically, the first clamping portion 302 and the second clamping portion 303 can both rotate relative to the clamping seat 301 under the action of an external force and are stacked on the clamping seat 301, so that the clamping device 30 is in a stacked state, after being stacked, the clamping hook 305 is received in the clamping seat 301 and is clamped to the clamping seat 301, and meanwhile, the ends, close to each other, of the first clamping portion 302 and the second clamping portion 303 are abutted against each other, so that the first clamping portion 302 and the second clamping portion 303 are limited to rotate relative to the clamping seat 301 and are unfolded to form a clamping space 306.
Meanwhile, the first clamping part 302 and the second clamping part 303 can be further released from abutting each other and the clamping hook 305 is separated from the clamping seat 301 under the action of external force, so that the first clamping part 302 and the second clamping part 303 rotate relative to the clamping seat 301 to be unfolded to form a clamping space 306, the clamping device 30 is switched from the stacked state to the open state, and the clamping device 30 can be switched back and forth between the stacked state and the open state.
It should be understood that, in other embodiments, the hook 305 may also be disposed on the first clamping portion 302, so the specific location of the hook 305 is not limited in the present utility model.
In summary, in the present utility model, since the first clip portion 302 and the second clip portion 303 can both rotate relative to the clip base 301 and are stacked on the clip base 301, the clip device 30 is in a folded state and can be used for installing a camera. Meanwhile, the first clamping part 302 and the second clamping part 303 can also rotate relative to the clamping seat 301 to be unfolded to form a clamping space 306, and at the moment, the mobile phone can be installed in the clamping space 306 to be connected with the clamping device 30, so that two functions of the clamping device 30 are realized, and the problem that when a user needs to shoot the mobile phone and a camera, the user needs to repeatedly disassemble and assemble accessories, and a lot of trouble is brought to the user is solved. Meanwhile, since the second clamping portion 303 is provided with the hook 305, when the clamping device 30 is in the stacked state, the hook 305 is clamped to the clamping seat 301, so as to avoid the second clamping portion 303 from rotating and expanding relative to the clamping seat 301 when the second clamping portion 303 is touched by mistake, and thus the stacked state of the clamping device 30 becomes more stable.
Referring to fig. 6 and 7, in an embodiment, the holder 301 includes a first clamping body 309 and a second clamping body 310 that are slidably connected, the first clamping body 309 is rotatably connected to the first clamping portion 302, the second clamping body 310 is rotatably connected to the second clamping portion 303, and the clamping device 30 includes an elastic member 311, where the elastic member 311 is disposed between the first clamping body 309 and the second clamping body 310.
When the first clamping portion 302 and the second clamping portion 303 rotate relative to the clamping seat 301 and move towards a state of being stacked on the clamping seat 301, the clamping hook 305 abuts against the first clamping body 309 to drive the first clamping body 309 to overcome the elastic member 311 to separate from the second clamping body 310, so that the clamping hook 305 is accommodated in the second clamping body 310, and the elastic member 311 accumulates a restoring elastic force at this time. After the hook 305 is received, the elastic member 311 releases the restoring elastic force to drive the first clamp 309 to restore, so that the hook 305 is clamped to the first clamp 309 to limit the second clamp 303 to rotate relative to the second clamp 310 and expand, and simultaneously, the end of the first clamp 302 abuts against the end of the second clamp 303 to limit the first clamp 302 to rotate relative to the first clamp 310 and expand, so that the clamping device 30 is in the stacked state.
Simultaneously, the user can apply an external force to the first clamp 309, under the action of the external force, the first clamp 309 overcomes the elastic force of the elastic member 311 to move away from the second clamp 310 relative to the second clamp 310, so as to release the contact between the first clamp 302 and the second clamp 303, so that the first clamp 302 can rotate relative to the first clamp 309 to be unfolded, and simultaneously, the first clamp 309 also releases the clamping connection to the clamping hook 305, so that the second clamp 303 can rotate relative to the second clamp 310 to be unfolded, and at this time, a clamping space 306 is formed between the first clamp 302 and the second clamp 303, so that the clamping device 30 is switched from the stacked state to the open state, and at this time, the elastic member 311 accumulates a reset elastic force, and at the moment, the elastic member 311 releases the reset to drive the first clamp 309 to reset when the first clamp 309 has no external force.
It should be noted that, in the present embodiment, the connection structure 304 is disposed on the second clip body 310, and it is understood that, in other embodiments, the connection structure 304 may be disposed on the first clip body 309, so the specific location of the connection structure 304 is not limited in this utility model.
Referring to fig. 5 and 7, in an embodiment, the second clamp body 310 is provided with a clamping groove 312, the first clamp body 309 is provided with a clamping block 313, and the clamping block 313 is received in the clamping groove 312. When the first clip portion 302 and the second clip portion 303 rotate relative to the clip base 301 and are stacked on the clip base 301, the hook 305 abuts against the clamping block 313 to drive the first clip portion 309 to overcome the elastic force of the elastic member 311 and separate from the second clip portion 310, so that the hook 305 can be received in the clamping groove 312, and after the hook 305 is received in the clamping groove 312, the elastic member 311 releases the restoring elastic force to drive the first clip portion 309 to restore, so that the hook 305 is clamped against the clamping block 313 to limit the second clip portion 303 to rotate relative to the second clip portion 310 and expand, and meanwhile, the end portion of the first clip portion 302 abuts against the end portion of the second clip portion 303 to limit the first clip portion 302 to rotate relative to the first clip portion 309 and expand.
Meanwhile, the user can apply an external force to the first clamp 309, under the action of the external force, the first clamp 309 overcomes the elastic force of the elastic member 311 to move away from the second clamp 310 relative to the second clamp 310, so as to release the contact between the first clamp 302 and the second clamp 303, so that the first clamp 302 can rotate relative to the first clamp 309 to be unfolded, and meanwhile, the first clamp 303 drives the clamping block 313 to disengage from the clamping hook 305, so as to release the limitation of the clamping block 313 on the clamping hook 305, so that the second clamp 303 can rotate relative to the second clamp 310 to be unfolded, thereby switching the clamping device 30 from the stacked state to the open state, and at this time, the elastic member 311 accumulates a reset elastic force, and when the first clamp 309 has no external force, the elastic member 311 releases the reset elastic force to drive the first clamp 309 to reset.
It should be understood that, when the hook 305 is disposed on the first clamping portion 302, the clamping groove 312 may be disposed on the first clamping body 309 and the clamping block 313 may be disposed on the second clamping body 310, so the specific arrangement of the clamping groove 312 and the clamping block 313 is not limited in this utility model.
With continued reference to fig. 6 and fig. 7, in an embodiment, at least one of the hook 305 and the clamping block 313 is provided with a slant 314, when the clamping device 30 is switched from the open state to the stacked state, the hook 305 can move along the slant 314 to drive the first clamping body 309 to overcome the elastic force of the elastic member 311, so that the first clamping body 309 is far away from the second clamping body 310, and the hook 305 can be received in the clamping slot 312. Due to the inclined surface 314, when the hook 305 abuts against the clamping block 313, no edge exists between the hook 305 and the clamping block 313 to prevent the hook 305 and the clamping block 313 from moving relatively.
It should be noted that, in the present embodiment, the hook 305 and the clamping block 313 are both provided with the inclined plane 314, and it is understood that, in other embodiments, only the hook 305 is provided with the inclined plane, or only the clamping block 313 is provided with the inclined plane 314, so the specific arrangement of the inclined plane 314 is not limited in any way.
Referring to fig. 7 and 8, in an embodiment, the second clamp body 310 is provided with a moving slot 315, the clamping device 30 includes a movable rod 316, the movable rod 316 is received in the moving slot 315 and connected to the first clamp body 309, the elastic member 311 is received in the moving slot 315, and opposite ends of the elastic member 311 respectively abut against the movable rod 316 and a slot wall of the moving slot 315, so as to limit the first clamp body 309 from being separated from the second clamp body 310.
When the second clamping portion 303 rotates and stacks relative to the second clamping body 310, the hook 305 abuts against the clamping block 313, so that the first clamping body 309 overcomes the elastic force of the elastic member 311 by the movable rod 316 to move relative to the moving slot 315, and the first clamping body 309 is far away from the second clamping body 310, so that the hook 305 can be received in the clamping slot 312.
It should be understood that, when the hook 305 is disposed on the first clip portion 302, the moving slot 315 is disposed on the first clip body 309, and the movable rod 316 is connected to the first clip body 309, so the specific arrangement of the moving slot 315 and the movable rod 316 is not limited in this utility model.
