Abstract

255,685. Tucker, T. May 5, 1926. Trouser-stretchers; coathangers.-A combined trouser-stretcher, creaser, and hanger comprises two converging strips 1, preferably of flat spring steel, connected at their ends by right and left handed screws 2, 3 pivoted to the strips and co-operating with turnbuckles 4 to stretch and crease the trousers after insertion therein. Pivotal connection of the screws with the strips 1 is effected by rivets, the strips being recessed at 8, Fig. 3, and formed as stops 9 to limit the movement of the screws. To act as a hanger, an arch shaped hook 5 is applied to the screws projecting from the trouser end.
