Abstract
A connecting module (2) for a containment recycling filter comprises a main body (20), at least two elastic sheets (21), and at least two elastomers (22). The main body (20) comprises an upper wall (201) and a lower wall (202) that are opposite to each other as well as a first side wall (203) and a second side wall (204) that are opposite to each other. Two ends of the upper wall (201) are separately fixed at one end of the first side wall (203) and at one end of the second side wall (204). Two ends of the lower wall (202) are separately fixed at the other end of the first side wall (203) and at the other end of the second side wall (204). The first side wall (203) is shorter than the second side wall (204), and both the upper wall (201) and the lower wall (202) are approximately trapezoidal. Connecting flange parts (23) that turn and extend outwards relative to the upper wall (201), the lower wall (202), the first side wall (203), and the second side wall (204) are separately disposed at the openings at two ends of the main body (20). The elastic sheets (21) and elastomers (22) are disposed outside the two connecting flange parts (23), the inner edges of the elastic sheets (21) are fixed to the connecting flange parts (23), intervals are available between the outer edges of the elastic sheets (21) and the connecting flange parts (23), and the elastomers (22) are clamped between the elastic sheets (21) and the connecting flange parts (23). The connecting module (2) facilitates mounting and angle adjustment of a filter module, and has the effects of a pipeline module and a connecting piece, and meanwhile, a sealing structure is no longer required.

CONNECTING MODULE FOR CONTAINMENT RECYCLING FILTER
FIELD OF THE INVENTION [0001] The invention relates to pressurized water reactor nuclear power plant safety system, and more particular to a connecting module for a containment recycling filter.
BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION [0002] A containment sump configured at a bottom of containment in pressurized water reactor nuclear power plants is used for collect coolant from a primary circuit once a major leakage accident happens. After basis accidents such as LOCA (Loss Of Coolant Accident) or MSLB (Main Steam Line Break Accident) happens, the coolant will enter to the containment sump through the break, which will pass through a containment recycling filter in the sump, and then enter to a RIS (safety injection system) and EAS (containment spray system) for reactor cooling, so as to prevent severe damage of the reactor core and overpressure of the containment.
[0003] The coolant in the sump is mixed up with a large quantity of fragments of thermal insulation materials or other materials, which is required to filter by means of recycling filters, so as to ensure the safety of the RIS and the EAS. By this token, the containment recycling filter is critical equipment in water reactor nuclear power plant safety system.
[0004] A conventional containment recycling filter mainly includes multiple filter modules al which are arranged along the sump corridor b, as shown in Fig. 1. Apparently, an angle is formed between two adjacent filter modules al. For connecting the two adjacent filler modules al, the collector groove all of the filter module al is required to be formed in a trapezoidal structure with one straight side and an inclined side as illustrated in Fig. 2. Such filter module al with fixed trapezoidal structure can only he arranged in a fixed radius, which is applicable to only one type of containment sump with the certain standard and specification. Regarding to different sumps with different standards and specifications, multiple filter modules al with different trapezoidal structures are required, which increases manufacturing cost and brings inconvenient assembly.
[0005] Additionally, since the positions of the four recycling pump entrances (including two RIS entrances and two EAS entrances) in the sump are fixed, thus the quantity of the filter modules al configured between the two closer entrances is relative small, which may reduce the filtering area and filtering efficiency, and furthermore the filtered coolant quantity at the two entrances is smaller than the rest two. For eliminating the differences of filtering efficiency and filtered coolant quantity, a pipeline module a2 is required to set between the two entrances. This pipeline module a2 is connected with the filter modules al, further, a sealing structure is needed to be set between the pipeline module a2 and the filter modules al, and thus the assembly is inconvenient. [0006] Therefore, to solve the above problems, it is necessary to provide a connecting module, which is served as a pipeline module without an additional sealing structure, can adjust disposal angles of filter modules and has simple assembly.
SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION [0007] One objective of the invention is to provide a connecting module for a containment recycling filter, which is served as a pipeline module without setting an additional sealing structure, can adjust disposal angles of filter modules and has simple assembly.
[0008] To achieve the above-mentioned objective, the present invention provides connecting module for a containment recycling filter includes a main body, at least two elastic sheets and at least two elastomers. The main body comprises an upper wall and a lower wall that are opposite to each other, as well as a first side wall and a second side wall that are opposite to each other, two ends of the upper wall are respectively fixed at one end of the first side wall and one end of the second side wall, two ends of the lower wall are respectively side wall and another of the second side waH the first side wall is shorter than the second side wall, and both the upper wall and the lower wall are approximately trapezoidal; two connecting flange parts are respectively provided at openings at two ends of the main body and extended outwards relative to the upper wall, the lower waif, the first side wall and the second side wall; the elastic sheets and the elastomers are disposed outside the two connecting flange parts, inner edges of the elastic sheets are fixed to the connecting flange parts, a spacing is formed between outer edges of the elastic sheets and the connecting flange parts, and the elastomers are clamped between the elastic sheet and the connecting flange parts.
[0009] In comparison of the prior art, the connecting module for a containment recycling filter of the present invention has the following advantages.
[0010] First, since the lengths of the first and the second side walls of the main body is different, and the upper and the lower walls are trapezoidal, thus the profile of the connecting module is in trapezoidal structure with two different-size ends. During the assembly process of a filter, the connecting module is configured between two adjacent filter modules, in such a way, the trapezoidal structure of the connecting module fits with the angle of the two adjacent filter module to accomplish the connection with the two filter modules, and it’s unnecessary to form the collector groove of the filter modules in trapezoidal shapes, thus the filter modules can be formed in uniform standard and specification, which reduces manufacturing cost and assembly difficulty. With using different connecting modules, multiple filter arrangements can be achieved by means of the same filter modules so as to meet different environment demands. Second, the main body of the connecting module plays the same role as conventional pipeline module, thus pipeline module with complex standards is omitted. Furthermore, after the connection between the connecting module and the filter modules, the elastic sheets and the elastomers are clamped between the connecting module and the filter modules, thus seal between the between the connecting module and the filter modules is achieved by means of elastic restoring forces, without setting additional sealing structures, which is beneficial to assemble.
[0011] Preferably, each connecting flange part is in a closed structure that embraces the opening of the main body, and the elastic sheets and the elastomers are in corresponding closed structure.
[0012] Preferably, cross sections of the elastomers are circular, and the outer edges of the elastic sheets are bent to receive the elastomers.
[0013] Preferably, the elastomers are metal net twines that are formed by rolling a metal net and connected end to end, [0014] Preferably, an upper enhanced rib is configured at the upper wall, and two ends of the upper enhanced rib are respectively fixed at the two connecting flange parts.

DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF ILLUSTRATED EMBODIMENTS [0023] Preferred embodiments of the present invention will now be described with reference to the figures.
[0024] As shown in Figs. 1-3, a connecting module 2 for a containment recycling filter used for configuring between and connecting two adjacent filter modules is provided. The connecting module 2 for a containment recycling filter includes a main body 20, at least two elastic sheets 21 and at least two elastomers 22.
[0025] Specifically, the main body 20 is a frame that defines a cavity, the main body 20 includes an upper wall 201 and a lower wall 202 that are parallel and opposite to each other, as well as a first side wall 203 and a second side wall 204 that are parallel and opposite to each other. Two ends of the upper wall 201 are respectively fixed at one end of the first side wall 203 and one end of the second side wall 204, and two ends of the lower wall 202 are respectively fixed at another end of the first side wall 203 and another end of the second side waH 204. The first side wall 203 is shorter than the second side wall 204, and both the upper wall 201 and the lower wall 202 are approximately trapezoidal. Specifically, the upper wall 201 and the lower wall 202 are planar, while the first and the second side walls 203, 204 are in a V-shape that is formed by two planes, and the protruding directions of the first and the second side walls 203, 204 are the same.
[0026] Two connecting flange parts 23 are separately provided at openings at two ends of the main body 20 and extended outwards relative to the upper wall 201, the lower wall 202, the first side wall 203 and the second side wall 204. Preferably, the connecting flange part 23 is a rectangular closed structure that embraces the end of the main body 20.
[0027] An upper enhanced rib 205 is configured at the upper wall 201, and two ends of the upper enhanced rib 205 are respectively fixed at the two connecting flange parts 23. A lower enhanced rib (not shown) is configured at the lower wull 202, and two ends of the lower enhanced rib are respectively fixed at the two connecting flange parts 23. Two side enhanced ribs 206 are configured at the side wall 203 and the second side wall 204 respectively, and two ends of the side enhanced ribs 206 are respectively fixed at the two connecting flange parts 23. In such a way, the strength of the connecting module 2 is enhanced. Additionally, a bolt 206a is provided at the side enhanced rib 206, for connecting with the filter module.
[0028] In the present embodiment, the elastic sheets 21 and the elastomers 22 are in rectangular closed structures that are corresponding with the connecting flange parts 23. One elastic sheet 21 and one elastomer 22 are configured at one connecting flange part 23, and another elastic sheet 21 and another elastomer 22 is configured at another connecting flange part 23. Specifically, the inner edges of the elastic sheets 21 are fixed to the outer side of the connecting flange parts 23 by means of welding for example, and a gap is formed between the outer edges of the elastic sheets 21 and the connecting flange parts 23, with the outer edges of the elastic sheets 21 are bent in a camber. Preferably, the cross section of the elastomer 22 is circular and received in the bent edge of the elastic sheet 21, furthermore, the elastomer 22 is clamped between the elastic sheet 21 and the connecting flange part 23. More specifically, the elastomers 22 are metal net twines that are formed by rolling a metal net and connected end to end, thus the elastomers 22 are elastic as well as rigid.
[0029] The bolts 206a in this embodiment can be molded directly, or thread through a hole on the rib 206 to form.
[0030] In comparison with the prior arts, the connecting module 2 for a containment recycling filter of the present invention has the following advantages.
[0031] First, since the lengths of the first and the second side walls 203, 204 of the main body 20 is different, and the upper and the lower walls 201, 202 are trapezoidal, thus the profile of the connecting module 2 is in trapezoidal structure with two different-size ends. During the assembly process of a filter, the connecting module 2 is configured between two adjacent filter modules, in such a way, the trapezoidal structure of the connecting module 2 fits with the angle of the two adjacent filter module to accomplish the connection with the two filter modules, and it’s unnecessary to form the collector groove of the filter modules in trapezoidal shapes, thus the filter modules can be formed in uniform standard and specification, which reduces manufacturing cost and assembly difficulty. With using different connecting modules 2, multiple filter arrangements can be achieved by means of the same filter modules so as to meet different environment demands. Second, the main body 20 of the connecting module 2 plays the same role as conventional pipeline module, thus pipeline module with complex standards is omitted. Furthermore, after the connection between the connecting module 2 and the filter modules, the elastic sheets 21 and the elastomers 22 are clamped between the connecting module 2 and the filter modules, thus seal between the between the connecting module 2 and the filter modules is achieved by means of elastic restoring forces, without setting additional sealing structures, which is beneficial to assemble.
[0032] While the invention lias been described in connection with what are presently considered to be the most practical and preferred embodiments, it is to be understood that the invention is not to be limited to the disclosed embodiments, but on the contrary, is intended to cover various modifications and equivalent arrangements included within the spirit and scope of the invention.
Claims (8)
1. A connecting module for a containment recycling filter comprising a main body, at least two elastic sheets and at least two elastomers, wherein the main body comprises an upper wall and a lower wall that are opposite to each other, as well as a first side wall and a second side wall that are opposite to each other, two ends of the upper wall are respectively fixed at one end of the first side wall and one end of the second side wall, two ends of the lower wad are respectively fixed at another end of the first side wall and another end of the second side wall, the first side wall is shorter than the second side wall, and both the upper wad and the lower wall are approximately trapezoidal;
two connecting flange parts are respectively provided at openings at two ends of the main body and extended outwards relative to the upper wall, the lower wall, the first side wall and the second side wall;
the elastic sheets and the elastomers are disposed outside the two connecting flange parts, inner edges of the elastic sheets are fixed to the connecting flange parts, a spacing is formed between outer edges of the elastic sheets and the connecting flange parts, and the elastomers are clamped between the elastic sheet and the connecting flange parts.
2. The connecting module for a containment recycling filter according to claim 1, wherein each connecting flange part; is in a closed structure that embraces the opening of the main body, and the elastic sheets and the elastomers are in corresponding closed structure.
3. The connecting module for a containment recycling filter according to claim 2, wherein cross sections of the elastomers are circular, and the outer edges of the elastic sheets are bent to receive the elastomers.
4. The connecting module for a containment recycling filter according to claim 3, wherein the elastomers are metal net twines that are formed by rolling a metal net and connected end to end.
5. The connecting module for a containment recycling filter according to claim 4, wherein an upper enhanced rib is configured at the upper wall, and two ends of the upper enhanced rib are respectively fixed at the two connecting flange parts.
6. The connecting module for a containment recycling filter according to claim 4, wherein a lower enhanced rib is configured at the lower walk, and two ends of the lower enhanced rib are respectively fixed at the two connecting flange parts.
7. The connecting module for a containment recycling filter according to claim 1, wherein two side enhanced ribs are configured at the side wall and the second side wall respectively, and two ends of each side enhanced rib are respectively fixed at the two connecting flange parts.
8. The connecting module for a containment recycling filter according to claim 7, wherein a bolt is provided at the side enhanced ribs.
