Abstract

The collapsible and stretchable storage bag comprises two end panels 11, 12 and a soft crib 13. The end panels 11, 12 have inner sides facing each other and a zipper 111, 121 that combines the end panels 11, 12 when in the collapsed state. The soft crib 13 is connected to the inner sides of the end panels 11, 12 with crib bumpers 131 extending upwards so that the soft crib 13 is surrounded by the end panels 11, 12 and the crib bumpers 131. This creates a space for a baby or young infant to be held when it is not able to walk and saves the parent from the strain of carrying them unaided. The expansion of the bag moves one of the ends panels 11, 12 away from the other 12, 11. A soft flap 4 may cover the opening at the top of the expanded bag.

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
1. Field of the invention
The present disclosure relates to a handbag in which some baby accessories are held for outdoor use, particularly a handbag structure as a temporary tool in which a baby lies down and rests for a while.
2. Description of the prior art
An infant, who is about 10 or 11 months old, starts toddling and further walks very well when he/she is one and a half years old. Thus, a baby who is neonatal or less than one and a half years old needs to be held in arms of a parent taking the baby and going out for a walk.
A parent who goes out with a baby has to bring lots of articles, for example, feeder, diapers, clothing, shoes, etc. along with the parent’s belongings and personal documents, when the baby is held in his/her arms. With the average weight between 2500 and 4000g gradually increasing within 7-10 days after birth, a neonate grows 18.5g every day (20g in the first half year and 17g in the second half year) before he/she becomes a one-year-old infant whose weigh is lOKg approximately. Thus, a parent who takes a baby out will consume much physical strength. Moreover, a parent who always holds his/her baby may prefer not to take the baby out alone because most sites are not equipped with facilities in which a babe lies down or rests except some specific venues.
Having considered the above problems and tried to create an innovative tool, the patent applicant finally developed a collapsible and stretchable storage bag hereinafter after years of research.
SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION
To solve problems in conventional storage bags, a collapsible and stretchable storage bag provided in the present disclosure functions as a handbag in which baby accessories are held and a simple crib in which a baby rests.
To this end, a collapsible and stretchable storage bag comprises a storage bag and a supporting structure: the storage bag comprises a first unit, a second unit, a soft crib and a soft flap; the soft crib installed between the first unit and the second unit has both ends connected to the first unit and the second unit, respectively; the soft flap is covered on the soft crib; the first unit and the second unit have specific sides opposite to each other and peripherally provided with connecting structures for enclosing or revealing the first unit or the second unit; the supporting structure installed between the first unit and the second unit is used to prop up the first unit and the second unit.

DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE PREFERRED EMBODIMENT
A collapsible and stretchable storage bag is described in but not limited to preferred embodiments hereinafter.
Referring to FIGS. 1 and 2, which illustrate a collapsible and stretchable storage bag in an embodiment comprises a storage bag 1 and two support rods 2: each of the support rods 2 consists of two connecting rods 21 linking each other;
the storage bag 1 comprises a first unit 11 and a second unit 12, both of which have inner sides opposite to each other, and a soft crib 13; the first unit 11 has one side which is opposite to the second unit 12 and peripherally provided with first zipper teeth 111; the second unit 12 has one side which is opposite to the first unit 11 and peripherally provided with second zipper teeth 121; the first zipper teeth 111 (the second zipper teeth 121) is able to enclose or reveal the first unit 11 (the second unit 12) with a zipper head 14; the soft crib 13 installed between the first unit 11 and the second unit 12 has both sides extending upward for development of crib bumpers 131 on which through holes 132 penetrated by the support rods 2 are opened; the soft crib 13 allows both ends to be connected to opposite sides of the first unit 11 and the second unit 12, respectively; the second unit 12 comprises a pocket 122 designed on the side opposite to the first unit 11.
A parent who takes a baby out for a walk can put various articles such as feeder, diapers, clothing, shoes, etc. along with the parent’s belongings or personal documents into the collapsible and stretchable storage bag. Arriving at a destination and placing the collapsible and stretchable storage bag on a desk or a floor, a parent pulls down the first zipper teeth 111 on the first unit 11 and the second zipper teeth 121 on the second unit 12 with the zipper heads 14 to separate the first unit 11 from the second unit 12, stretch the first unit 11 (the second unit 12) in the opposite direction away from the second unit 12 (the first unit 11), take the two support rods
2 from the pocket f 22 on the second unit 12, and penetrate the two support rods 2 into the through holes 132 on the crib bumpers 131 at both sides of the soft crib f 3 for supporting the first unit 11 and the second unit 12 by the support rods 2 and putting the baby inside the soft crib f 3.
The collapsible and stretchable storage bag depends on the first unit 11, the second unit 12 and the crib bumpers 131 at both sides of the soft crib f3 to enclose the soft crib 13 without danger to a baby turning over or crawling inside the soft crib 13. Moreover, the first unit 11 and the second unit 12 supported by the two support rods 2 neither collapse toward the soft crib f 3 nor squeeze a baby. To fold the collapsible and stretchable storage bag, a parent who has picked a baby up removes the support rods 2 through the through holes 132, separates each of the support rods 2 into two connecting rods 21 which are further held inside the pocket
122, stores the folded soft crib f3 between the first unit 11 and the second unit 12, and pulls up the first zipper teeth 111 on the first unit 11 and the second zipper teeth 121 on the second unit 12 with the zipper heads 14 for enclosing the first unit 11 and the second unit 12.
Referring to FIG. 3, which illustrates a collapsible and stretchable storage bag in another embodiment. In the embodiment, a supporting structure includes two linkage mechanisms at both sides of the soft crib 13 and each of the linkage mechanisms comprises a first crank 31, a second crank 32, a third crank 33 and a fourth crank 34: the first crank 31 and the second crank 32 intersect each other; the third crank 33 and the fourth crank 34 intersect each other. At the positions of the first crank 31 interconnecting the third crank 33 and the second crank 32 interconnecting the fourth crank 34 are provided with pivotal units 35, each of which is pivotally fitted at the first crank 31 and the third crank 33 or the second crank 32 and the fourth crank 34.
In addition, the first crank 31 has one end pivotally fitted at one side of the first unit 11 opposite to the second unit 12 and near an upper edge of the first unit 11; the second crank 32 has one end pivotally fitted at one side of the first unit 11 opposite to the second unit 12 and near a lower edge of the first unit 11; the third crank 33 has one end which is pivotally fitted at the other end of the first crank 31 (corresponding to one end of the first crank 31 pivotally fitted at the first unit 11) and the other end which is pivotally fitted at one side of the second unit 12 opposite to the first unit 11 and near an upper edge of the second unit 12; the fourth crank 34 has one end which is pivotally fitted at the other end of the second crank 32 (corresponding to one end of the second crank 32 pivotally fitted at the first unit 11) and the other end which is pivotally fitted at one side of the second unit 12 opposite to the first unit 11 and near a lower edge of the second unit 12.
In the embodiment, a parent who places the storage bag 1 on a desk or a floor pulls down the first zipper teeth 111 on the first unit 11 and the second zipper teeth
121 on the second unit 12 with the zipper heads 14 for separation of the first unit from the second unit 12 and draws out the first unit 11 (the second unit 12) in the opposite direction away from the second unit 12 (the first unit 11) to stretch the first cranks 31, the second cranks 32, the third cranks 33 and the fourth cranks 34 with the distance between the first unit 11 and the second unit 12 elongated. After the first cranks 31 and the second cranks 32 (the third cranks 33 and the fourth cranks 34) rotate about pivotal points on the first unit 11 (the second unit 12) and the pivotal units 35 to prop up the first unit 11 and the second unit 12, a baby can be placed inside the soft crib 13. A parent who intends to fold the collapsible and stretchable storage bag after picking the baby up should move the first unit 11 (the second unit 12) toward the second unit 12 (the first unit 11): the soft crib 13 is folded and held between the first unit 11 and the second unit 12; the first cranks 31 and the second cranks 32 (the third cranks 33 and the fourth cranks 34) rotating about pivotal points on the first unit 11 (the second unit 12) and the pivotal units 35 are held between the first unit 11 and the second unit 12 with both the first unit 11 and the second unit 12 shifted. Then, the parent pulls up the first zipper teeth 111 on the first unit 11 and the second zipper teeth 121 on the second unit 12 with the zipper heads 14 to enclose the first unit 11 and the second unit 12.
Referring to FIG. 4, which illustrates a collapsible and stretchable storage bag in a further embodiment. In the embodiment, the first unit 11 is provided with a soft flap 4 on one side opposite to the second unit 12; the soft flap 4 has a free end to be connected with the second unit 12 by a fixed structure (not shown in FIG. 4) on the free end and one side of the second unit 12 opposite to the first unit 11. When a baby is placed in the soft crib 13, the free end of the soft flap 4 can be dragged toward the second unit 12 and fastened on the second unit 12 with the fixed structure for covering the soft flap 4 over the soft crib 13. Referring to FIG. 5, which illustrates a collapsible and stretchable storage bag in yet another embodiment. In the embodiment, the crib bumpers 131 extending upward from both sides of the soft crib 13 comprise mesh structures 1311 through which the soft crib 13 is ventilated.
As previous descriptions mentioned, a collapsible and stretchable storage bag is a user-friendly tool that is taken as a simple crib in which a baby taken by a parent rests for a while and allows the parent to relax without physical load due to holding a baby. Additionally, the collapsible and stretchable storage bag is available to a pet taken by an owner in addition to a parent’s baby.
In summary, a collapsible and stretchable storage bag in the patent application, which is innovative work in technical ideas and features several effects in contrast to conventional storage bags, meets novelty and non-obviousness for patentability.
