Abstract

A harness 1 to be used in sexual activities comprising a pocket like structure 2 wherein the pocket has an axial slot 3 that is closed at its lower end, and a flap 24, wherein the pocket houses an insert 25 which can be secured by the closure of said flap. The pocket like structure will preferably rest above the genitalia. The pocket like structure will be preferably tapered 4 with a wider section at the top and have a curved lower edge 19 which will extend both sides of the genitalia. The flap portion will be an integral part of the pocket structure and will fasten to the pocket by means of poppers 18. The harness will also preferably have an adjustable waist band 5 and adjustable leg straps 20. The insert that sits in the pocket like structure will preferably comprise of a projection 29, stem 34 and base plate 28 wherein the projection is located in the slot of said pocket and protrude to provide sexual stimulation to the vagina 37, anus 36 or clitoris 35. The insert will also preferably comprise of a vibrating mechanism, have textured surfaces and comprise a silicon or plastic exterior surface.

Description

The present invention relates to a strap on garment that is suitable for securing an insert that may be a sex toy.

Background

The problem is there are a high percentage of sex toy technologies and designs that provide extra stimulation to male and female sex organs. However only a small percentage of these toys work in a hands-free fashion. And those that do work in a hands free fashion for the same purpose are predominately focused on using or holding artificial penises, commonly known as dildos. A toy that is designed to allow the male body to offer more to a partner is needed. A different concept approach needs to be taken.

The sex toy industry needs more devices that offer a one device fits all solution. Just like how hand held devices fit so long as you have a hand. It's time to open up to a new concept of carrying devices that hold devices for sexual purposes, specifically carrying devices that are designed to be used on the human body.

An approach is needed that looks away from replacing the male penis with dildos in order to provide extra pleasure to a partner, an approach that works towards assisting in or making sex with a male human more interesting and pleasurable by providing a different place for sexual pleasure to occur on the male body. Another way to think of it is there needs to be a sex toy product that offers extra pleasure for her without 'replacing' the most important part of what makes him 'him'. Instead of focusing creating devices that only accommodate artificial penis inserts, a carrying device that allows for many different sexual pleasure concept designs to rest securely on the centre vertical axis of the body has been created.

Pat. No. US 20050278831 "Garment for enhancing male sexual performance" filed June 8th 2005, as invented by Daryl Dahlquist is much closer to the concept purpose of the invention. The concept of having an area of the product that provides sexual stimulation just above the hole designed for the penis is a step forward in adding pleasure to the experience of sex with a male partner. However this patented product has a few flaws the biggest of which is it is not designed to be used by nonwearers and it is designed as an underwear meaning it may be uncomfortable or too sweaty during sexual activity.

The problem with prior art Pat. No. DE 10 2012 018920 as cited is that the focus of the carrying device is to rest comfortably over the pubic bone this means that it's targeted mainly for a female wearer that has an absence of a phallus in the region, and although the referenced device and similar designed devices can be used by males they are not designed for them. They are not designed to specifically add an extra area of sexual pleasure onto the male body. The absence of a carrying device that is positioned purposefully over the pubic bone area is what makes this invention special. Yet still the cited patent does offer something different against public art, it offers the ability to change the dildo attachment using a ring to allow for and number of novel designed dildos to be secured in place.

Prior and public art shows many devices that are strapped on to the body to provide an artificial replacement phallus. All of the public art devices work on a one sex toy permanently attached to the strap on basis. And until the 20^*^ century the technology used in devices designed to stimulate a human sexually particularly vibrators have gotten a lot smaller, complex and range vastly in particular design shapes to achieve their purpose, for example the traditional penis shaped devices are becoming less common, replace by phallus's specifically shaped otherwise in order to 'break the mould.' This is all relevant because there needs to be a strap on apparel that offers interchangeability of actual sex toys to be used hands free, that isn't just specifically for holding artificial phalluses.

The final challenge is how to give a sex toy device the perfect place on the pelvic area of the body and keep it there, in addition to doing it in a novel way that allows for fast and safe interchangeability. Other devices in the field have utilized a ring method which is a very suitable device for artificial phalluses however works only to provide a replacement penis. So some inspiration was taken from Pat. No. US 2219807 "Flexible pocket receptacle" Published 19^*^ December 1940, invented by Buxton Warner R. The pocket allows for devices to be carried on a basis of gravity and secures objects by completely enclosing them. The pocket would not be a fit for purpose in its technical form but by focusing its concept in a way that allows for an inserted object to have full access to the outside it can be applied for use in holding sex toys.

Instead of taking the approach of designing the sexual stimulation carrying device more like an underwear which would cover the vast majority of the area from between the waist and thigh, the approach of using the two leg strap on device method was chosen for practicality reasons. During sexual activity there is a lot of bodily fluid production occurring as a result of body heat. Moisture build up will most certainly occur between the skin and the touching surface of any device attached to the body and although particular materials can work around this there is little point in creating more of a problem by providing excessive coverage. In essence less material coverage across the body is better for allowing free movement and comfort of the wearer. Therefore a strap-on method is used because it's less constricting and obstructive in comparison to underwear methods, especially when being used during sexual activity.

The problem(s) solved by the invention are allowing different forms of sexual pleasure to occur over the pelvis region on a male rather than the pubic region.

The primary focus of the invention is to hold in place on the centre of the pelvis an insert stemming a sex toy. These inserts slot in from the top and due to the design of the carrying device having an exposed surface running down the middle. This means they can be used for different sex toy designs attached to the insert base via stem to rest securely in place above the front layer of the carrying device as seen in Figure 2.

The invention is purposed to allow a partner (not the wearer) to please themselves sexually on top of the wearers body whilst only centimetres away from the genital area, allowing the sexual partner to please themselves or tease their partner. The arc on the bottom of the pocket like carrying device is to allow the carrying device to rest comfortably above the male genitalia. This gives the inserts the ability to reach where the top of the vagina would rest during sex where both parties are on the same axis as each other, allowing the insert to provide hands-free stimulation to the groin area during sex with the wearer. This means that the wearer has more stimulation to offer from their body during sex than just his penis. The arch and two strap design at the bottom also means the device allows unhindered access the genitals of the wearer.

The design and positioning of the carrying device is intended so that it rests above and around past the sides of the male genitals, offering the ability of providing extra sexual stimulation in the same region as the pubis but without focusing on replacing the male penis. The invention is an enabler of sexual pleasure closer to the psychological pleasures and teases of BDSM toys, like Gimp suits, handcuffs and chastity apparel, rather than direct bodily pleasure of dildos, clamps, vibrators and other strap on devices. Put simpler it allows the partner of the wearer to enjoy hands-free any number of sex toy functions whilst being positioned only centimetres away from the male genitals, providing the biggest tease of all. But again due to the positing of the invention, the inserts have the ability to provide extra pleasure where natural penis to vagina penetration is occurring.

The utility of the carrying device is to secure within its body inserts that fit its special shape and dimensions via a gap in the front layer of the carrying device. It is able to hold the inserts in place by having a greater amount of material covering the insert than gap. The utility is provided by the gap in the middle of the carrying device, which runs vertically down the carrying device allowing for an exposed area. It opens up a great many possibilities for exposed surface area usage by different types of sex toy design concepts. This means that there doesn't need to be a change of the device used by the wearer in order to achieve different kinds of pleasure through various sex toy designs. Because the device works on a pocket basis it allows for fast, easy access and interchangeability so long as the inserts meet the shape and dimensional requirements of the carrying device. Adding, removing or changing inserts is simply a matter of lifting the top flap from its fastening device on the inside layer of the carrying device in this case a button, and then re-securing the insert within the carrying device by doing the opposite.

The shape of the carrying device is characterized by the left and right hand sides. The inwards arch from both sides allows for the legs to be brought towards the body without obstruction. The above belt section of the rear material layer of the carrying device is a flap which is shaped specially so that when fastened down through hole in the top layer and inserts to the inside layer of the pocket, it also matches the shape of the left and right sides of the carrying device. There are four circular areas connected to the inside layer of the carrying device to allow for the flap to fasten to the front side of the rear layer, the method shown in the invention is metal hollow buttons that would allow the flap to pop into place securing the inserts within the carrying device from the top. The flap also has an arch in its top centre that aims down towards the centre, this allows the flap to fit comfortably under and around the stem of any insert that has a device utilizing the exposed surface area. The carrying device is characterized uniquely in that objects not designed for its dimensions will not fit in or be secured, ergo this is not a carrying device for generic objects that are simply relative to its size.

The inserts for the carrying device can make use of any number of designs and technologies on the surface of the carrying device via the gap to provide sexual stimulation. This can be achieved by giving the exposed surface a special texture for rubbing on or a vibrating mechanism for providing vibrations to certain areas of the insert. The inserts due to their shape that matches the between legs region have the ability of providing stimulation to the clitoris, labia, inner vagina, penis and anus. And because of the amount of space provided by the gap in the carrying device, inserts can utilize any number of reasonably sized mechanical features to do this, in addition to having enough space for a battery. Because the inserts are not permanently attached to the body or the carrying device it may even be possible to utilize mains powered devices.

The pocket like carrying device with an insert present fulfils the greater function of the invention as shown in full use in figure 2. It's comfortable to use by all parties engaged. It's also comfortable to use whilst performing numerous different same axis sexual positions, for example missionary, cowgirl, reverse cowgirl or positions where the wearer is seated. The invention though intended for a male and female couple can be used and enjoyed by male couples and female couples. The design of the device also comfortably fit hermaphrodites.

The invention, although purposed to fit securely over the pelvic region, also has another purpose in being able to be secured to any surface the waist belt and leg straps which are adjustable in their length via strap adjusters can reach around. Because the leg straps work in a strap for each side basis, the invention still allows for the penetration of a female wearer. The leg straps have the ability to be crossed over the back of an object or surface and secure by reaching around to the opposite to normal side strap adjuster that are attached to the waist belt. In an example the invention could be used on the torso of the body, or anywhere on the body where there is enough surface area and the straps can reach around.

Invention 1 provides clear key features against prior art and public products of its category in that: 1. The invention is designed to fit comfortably past the male penis and scrotum 2. The invention is designed to be built in different sizes but still maintain the same pelvis like shape 3. The pocket like carrying device allows for multiple different purpose built inserts to be slotted into place 4. That because of the way the gap runs down a vertical axis the exposed area of the inserts are positioned perfectly for the area between the legs of the non-wearers human body 5. That because of the dimensions and shape of the carrying device having to be unique to the pelvis cannot carry generic objects, it will not securely hold any device or insert that is not otherwise shaped to its design. For example generic everyday objects like pencils, phones, keys etc. may fit within but not be secure because of the gap.

Detailed description of the invention

In figure 1, the image shows the invention 1 in its un-used state. The pocket like carrying device 2 is characterized by using one or even two layers of material depending on manufacturing method to create a partial pocket 3, 7,10. The best material for the pocket layers 7, 2, 24 would be a type of leather, preferably on the tougher rather than more flexible end of the scale. The pocket like carrying device 2 is given its shape 4 and structure by having the front and rear layer of material sewn or stitched together at the edges 4, 6,19 to also ensure the edges of the carrying device 2 are smooth. The carrying device 2 is further characterized to be pocket like 10 by having a gap 3 leading vertically down from the top on the front layer of material, resulting in a partial pocket 7,10. This allows for inserts 25 with stems 34 that match the shape of the gap 3 to have an exposed surface area above the front layer 29 as seen in figure 5, and subsequently access to the outside of the carrying device 3. The width of the gap 3 is important, it needs to be thick enough to allow for a reasonable thickness stem 34 on inserts 25, but thin enough to maintain enough surface area on the front layer 2.

There rear layer of material has a section that resides above the waist belt line 24, which secures inserts into place from the top 10 by using a fastening device in this example metal popper buttons 9 that fit through the holes of the front layer 8 of the carrying device 2 and the inserts 25. This stops the device from moving up and down during use.

The bottom of the carrying device 3 has an arch cut 19 that peaks towards the top of the carrying device 3, this allows the carrying device 3 to rest comfortably in place just above and around the sides of the penis 38. The waist belt 5 secures the pocket like carrying device 3 to the waist by being stitched or sewn to the inside 11 of the carrying device 3, this secures the carrying device 3 in place on the body 40 stopping the carrying device 3 from moving around the body during use.

The waist belt 5 also provides a base for sewing or stitching on the front side of the belt 23 strap adjusters 13 for the leg straps 20 to fasten to. The waist belt 5 has an end point 15 in order to completely come apart if needed and also has enough slack 14 to comfortably fit around wearers of differing waist 40 sizes, extra slack of which can be reduced using the waist belt strap adjusters 12. The carrying device 2 also has leg straps 20 connected to the carrying device 2 via stitching or sewing at the bottom 6 of the carrying device 2, and as such runs past the sides of the penis 38, between the legs across the underside of the buttocks and back up to the matching side of strap adjusters 13 connected to the waist belt 23. The leg straps 20 also have extra strap adjusters 22 to fine tune the tension. This prevents the device from moving left and right across the body during usage.

In figure 2, the front of an insert 25, which is shaped uniquely 27 to match the carrying device 2 can be seen. As shown the insert is shaped to match the shape 27 of the carrying device 2, 4, especially following the dimensions and the shape of the sides 10, 4, 32, 27. The insert 25 as shown has holes 26 in symmetrical positions on the left and right that allow for the insert to rest naturally over whatever fastening device 18, 9 resides on the bottom front facing layer of the carrying device, in this example popper buttons 18, 9 on the flap 24 and inner layer 7. The inserts are intended to provide a vertically and symmetrical surface area 29 to allow for the stem of the insert 34. Because the gap 3 of the carrying device 2 allows for the insert to reach over the peak of the arch 19, 31 at the bottom, it allows for specially designed inserts to provide pleasure to the base of the penis 38 area which is also where the vagina 37 would rest naturally during sex as seen in figure 6. These inserts will do this with specially shaped or textured surface areas that are able to be grinded on, or even provide penetration. The tops of the insert 25 as shown in figure 4 is raised down the centre to allow for grinding on by the user. The device could be further enhanced by having a vibrating mechanism to further stimulate the clitoris 35 or the anus 36. The recommended material for the exterior of the inserts 25, 29 is safe for skin silicon or special plastic. The outside and edges of the insert need to be smooth to avoid digging into the skin, body or carrying device 2.

Figure 3 is an essential top view of the novel to carrying device 2 insert 25. It demonstrates how the shape 27, dimensions 32 and stem 34 will have to match the carrying device 2 in order to fit inside 10, as also seen in figure 2. As seen the insert base is thick enough to give it structural support but thin enough to fit 32 10, in this sense the carrying device 2 is limited to efficiently carrying inserts purposed for its design, ergo objects not designed for the carrying device 2 will not fit in or be secure. The insert has a stem 34 that links the base and sex toy device 29, the gap 33 between the base 28 and bottom of the sex toy 29 will be taken up by the front material of the carrying device 2. When the insert 25 is being contained within the carrying device 2 as shown in figure 5 there is no space for the stem 34 to be subject bending whilst the insert is being used, or falling forwards whilst the insert is unused.

Figure 4 shows the insert in line with the centre of the body as it would be in the carrying device 2, it has perfect access to the whole of the groin, taint and anus 36 area of another person. When the other person is seated on the device it will be comfortable to sit on and be supported by the pelvis region of the body.

In figure 5, the device in its used state is seen demonstrating the utility of the carrying device 2 to hold an insert 25. The novel shaped insert 25 fits nice and snugly within the carrying device 2 and the stem 34 of the insert 25 has allowed for the insert 25 to have a protrusion 34, 29. Also seen in the figure is how the device is designed around the male genitalia. The arch 19 in the bottom of the carrying device 2 means the male penis and scrotum 38 is not enclosed or obstructed, the leg straps 20 lead comfortably down past the sides.

Figure 6 shows a side perspective of how the user would use the device. As seen due to the shape the user can comfortably rest their body on the protruding part of the insert.

This inventions 1 purpose is to hold in place on the body an insert 25 with a base 28 that fits the shape 27 of the carrying device 2. These inserts 25 will have multiple different sex toy applications applied to their protrusion area 29, mainly specially textured surfaces for grinding and vibrating mechanisms for artificial stimulation. Allowing for the pelvis to become an area of sexual pleasure on the body.

The invention 1 is further purposed in its design in that the sex toy inserts can be applied to use in multiple different sex positons and different places on the body like torso or back. In addition to allowing for an easy removal, changing and securing of different insert designs that use the bases 28 unique to the garments pocket like 10 carrying device 2.

Claims

1. A strap on garment comprising: • A pocket like structure defining an axial slot closed at the lower end, the garment also comprising a flap at the upper end of the pocket so that an insert can be inserted from the upper end and be secured by the flap

2. As claimed in claim 1 wherein the pocket like structure is adapted to locate between a male wearer's waist and the top of the genitalia

3. A strap on garment as claimed in claim 1 and claim 2 wherein the pocket like device tapers so it is wider at the top

4. A strap on garment as claimed in any one of the preceding claims wherein the pocket like structure has a curved lower edge so as to be extend on each side of the genitalia

5. A strap on garment as claimed in any of the other preceding claims wherein the flap is integral with at least part of the pocket like structure

6. A strap on garment as claimed in any one of the preceding claims wherein the flap and at least part of the pocket like structure are made of leather

7. A strap on garment as claimed in any one of the preceding claims also comprising of popper buttons to secure the flap to the pocket like structure on either sides of the slot.

8. A strap on garment as claimed in any one of the preceding claims also comprising a waist band and two straps, wherein each strap is connected between the waist band and pocket like structure
