Abstract
The present invention discloses a retractable atomizer refilled from its distal end, the atomizer includes a bottle (1), an atomizing pump (2), a button (3), a filler (4) and an exhaust pipe (13). The atomizing pump is mounted on a thread on the bottle, a straw of the atomizing pump extends in the bottle, a nozzle of the atomizing pump is sleeved with the button, the filler with a filling opening (14) is mounted on the bottom of the bottle and the exhaust pipe is disposed in the bottle. Additionally the bottle may comprise an inner structure to locate and secure the atomiser in place. The outer wall of the of the bottle may comprise a protective sleeve 15 featuring a through hole 16 to allow access to the refilling part of the bottle. Finally the outer casing may have a decorative sleeve 17 which is disposed above the protective sleeve, where the protective sleeve may be provided with a window.

TECHNICAL FIELD
The present invention relates to an atomizer, in particular to a retractable rotary atomizer refilled from bottom.
BACKGROUND
With the improvement of people's living standards, the awareness of appearance maintenance becomes stronger and stronger, for example, perfume and moisturizer are widely used. For ease of use, solvent-based beauty products are usually placed in an atomizer to use. An existing atomizer comprises a bottle, an atomizing pump and a button. In order to ensure the hygiene of the nozzle of the atomizing pump, the outer of the atomizing pump is covered by a protective sleeve. To use the atomizer, it need to open the protective sleeve with both hands to expose the nozzle of the atomizing pump, the atomizer can't be used with a single hand. In addition, the current atomizer only can be used once, and is abandoned after the beauty products in the atomizer is used up, which wastes resources.
SUMMARY
The present invention aims at providing a retractable rotary atomizer refilled from bottom which may be opened and used to atomize with one hand, which allows a coherent action, simplify the procedure of operating the atomizer, and be refilled many times for repeated use so as to save resources.
The technical solution for the present invention is that: the atomizer includes a bottle, a atomizing pump, a button, a filler and an exhaust pipe, the atomizing pump is mounted on a thread on the bottle, a straw of the atomizing pump extends in the bottle, a nozzle of the atomizing pump is sleeved with the button, the filler with a filling opening is mounted on the bottom of the bottle, the exhaust pipe is disposed in the bottle.
A further technical solution for the present invention is that: the atomizer comprises an atomizing mechanism and a retractable rotary mechanism, the atomizing mechanism is mounted in the retractable rotary mechanism to form the retractable rotary atomizer; the atomizing mechanism comprises the bottle, atomizing pump, button, filler and exhaust pipe, two guide pins are symmetrically disposed on an outer wall of the bottle, the atomizing pump is mounted on a thread on the bottle, a straw of the atomizing pump extends in the bottle, a nozzle of the atomizing pump is sleeved with the button, the filler with a filling opening is mounted on the bottom of the bottle, the exhaust pipe is disposed in the bottle; the retractable rotary mechanism comprises a fork sleeve and a thread sleeve, an inner wall of the fork sleeve is provide with a number of ribs, a circumferential wall of the fork sleeve is provided with two chutes, a part of an outer wall of fork sleeve beneath the chutes is provided with a clamping pin, the inner wall of the thread sleeve is symmetrically provided with two guide grooves, a clamping groove is disposed beneath the inner wall of the thread sleeve, the bottle is mounted in the fork sleeve, the guide pins of the bottle are inserted into the corresponding chutes of the fork sleeve, the thread sleeve is mounted on the fork sleeve through the mutually matched clamping groove and clamping pin, the guide pins of the bottle are inserted in the corresponding guide grooves of the thread sleeve.
A further technical solution of the present invention is that: the outer wall of the bottle is sleeved with a protection sleeve, the bottom of the protective sleeve is provided with a filler through hole.
A further technical solution of the present invention is that: a decorating sleeve is disposed above the protective cover, the outer wall of the protective sleeve is provided with a window.
The present invention has a simple structure and convenient operation, the atomizing pump is received in a thread sleeve such that the atomizing pump is always protected and clean, the atomizer may be opened and used to atomize with one hand, which allows a coherent action and simplifies the procedure of operating the atomizer, and the atomizer may be refilled many times for repeated use, which can save resources.

DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF EMBODIMENT
As shown FIGS. 1-5, the atomizer comprises a bottle 1, an atomizing pump 2, a button 3, a filler 4 and an exhaust pipe 13, the atomizing pump 2 is mounted on a thread on the bottle 1, a straw of the atomizing pump 2 extends in the bottle 1, a nozzle of the atomizing pump 2 is sleeved with the button 3, the filler 4 with a filling opening 14 is mounted on the bottom of the bottle 1, the exhaust pipe 13 is disposed in the bottle 1.
As shown FIGS. 1-9, the atomizer comprises an atomizing mechanism and a retractable rotary mechanism, the atomizing mechanism is mounted in the retractable rotary mechanism to form the retractable rotary atomizer; the atomizing mechanism comprises the bottle 1, atomizing pump 2, button 3, filler 4 and exhaust pipe 13, two guide pins 8 are symmetrically disposed on an outer wall of the bottle 1, the atomizing pump 2 is mounted on a thread on the bottle 1, a straw of the atomizing pump 2 extends in the bottle 1, a nozzle of the atomizing pump 2 is sleeved with the button 3, the filler 4 with a filling opening 14 is mounted on the bottom of the bottle 1, the exhaust pipe 13 is disposed in the bottle 1; the retractable rotary mechanism comprises a fork sleeve 5 and a thread sleeve 6, an inner wall of the fork sleeve 5 is provide with a number of ribs 7, a circumferential wall of the fork sleeve 5 is provided with two chutes 9, a part of an outer wall of fork sleeve 5 beneath the chutes 9 is provided with a clamping pin 10, the inner wall of the thread sleeve 6 is symmetrically provided with two guide grooves 11, a clamping groove 12 is disposed beneath the inner wall of the thread sleeve 6, the bottle 1 is mounted in the fork sleeve 5, the guide pins 8 of the bottle 1 are inserted into the corresponding chutes 9 of the fork sleeve 5, the thread sleeve 6 is mounted on the fork sleeve 5 through the mutually matched clamping groove 12 and clamping pin 10, the guide pins 8 of the bottle 1 are inserted in the corresponding guide grooves 11 of the thread sleeve 6.
As shown in FIG. 10, a further technical solution for the present invention is that: the outer wall of the bottle 1 is sleeved with a protection sleeve 15, the bottom of the protective sleeve 15 is provided with a filler through hole 16.
As shown in FIGS. 11 and 12, a further technical solution for the present invention is that: a decorating sleeve 17 is disposed above the protective sleeve 15, the outer wall of the protective sleeve 15 is provided with a window 18.
During Production, firstly the atomizing mechanism is assembled, then the retractable rotary mechanism is assembled, the atomizing mechanism is mounted in the retractable rotary mechanism, and finally the solvent-based beauty products is filled in the bottle 1 through the filler 4, such that the retractable rotary atomizer refilled from bottom is formed. When the atomizer is in the retraction state, the protective sleeve 15 of the atomizer is held by the hand, the thread sleeve 6 is rotated counterclockwise by the thumb and index finger, the guide grooves 11 of the thread sleeve 6 push the guide pins 8 of the bottle 1 to move along chutes 9 of the fork sleeve 5, the fork sleeve 5 grips the bottle 1 through the ribs 7 on the inner wall of the fork sleeve 5 and then drives the atomizing pump 2 to extend outward, so that the button 3 is pressed to implement an atomizing operation. When the atomizer is in the elongation state, the protective sleeve 15 of the atomizer is held by the hand, the thread sleeve 6 is rotated clockwise by the thumb and index finger, the guide grooves 11 of the thread sleeve 6 push the guide pins 8 of the bottle 1 to move along chutes 9 of the fork sleeve 5, the fork sleeve 5 grips the bottle 1 through the ribs 7 on the inner wall of the fork sleeve 5 and then drives the atomizing pump 2 to retract, and the atomizing pump 2 is received into the thread sleeve 6.

- What is claimed is: 1. A retractable rotary atomizer refilled from bottom, characterized in that: the atomizer comprises a bottle (1), an atomizing pump (2), a button (3), a filler (4) and an exhaust pipe (13), the atomizing pump (2) is mounted on a thread on the bottle (1), a straw of the atomizing pump (2) extends in the bottle (1), a nozzle of the atomizing pump (2) is sleeved with the button (3), the filler (4) with a filling opening (14) is mounted on the bottom of the bottle (1), the exhaust pipe (13) is disposed in the bottle (1).
- 2. The retractable rotary atomizer refilled from bottom according to claim 1, characterized in that: the atomizer comprises an atomizing mechanism and a retractable rotary mechanism, the atomizing mechanism is mounted in the retractable rotary mechanism to form the retractable rotary atomizer; the atomizing mechanism comprises the bottle (1), atomizing pump (2), button (3), filler (4) and exhaust pipe (13), two guide pins (8) are symmetrically disposed on an outer wall of the bottle (1), the atomizing pump (2) is mounted on a thread on the bottle (1), a straw of the atomizing pump (2) extends in the bottle (1), a nozzle of the atomizing pump (2) is sleeved with the button (3), the filler (4) with a filling opening (14) is mounted on the bottom of the bottle (1), the exhaust pipe (13) is disposed in the bottle (1); the retractable rotary mechanism comprises a fork sleeve (5) and a thread sleeve (6), an inner wall of the fork sleeve (5) is provide with a number of ribs (7), a circumferential wall of the fork sleeve (5) is provided with two chutes (9), a part of an outer wall of fork sleeve (5) beneath the chutes (9) is provided with a clamping pin (10), the inner wall of the thread sleeve (6) is symmetrically provided with two guide grooves (11), a clamping groove (12) is disposed beneath the inner wall of the thread sleeve (6), the bottle (1) is mounted in the fork sleeve (5), the guide pins (8) of the bottle (1) are inserted into the corresponding chutes (9) of the fork sleeve (5), the thread sleeve (6) is mounted on the fork sleeve (5) through the mutually matched clamping groove (12) and clamping pin (10), the guide pins (8) of the bottle (1) are inserted in the corresponding guide grooves (11) of the thread sleeve (6).
- 3. The retractable rotary atomizer refilled from bottom according to claim 2, characterized in that: the outer wall of the bottle (1) is sleeved with a protection sleeve (15), the bottom of the protective sleeve (15) is provided with a filler through hole (16).
- 4. The retractable rotary atomizer refilled from bottom according to claim 3, characterized in that: a decorating sleeve (17) is disposed above the protective sleeve (15), the outer wall of the protective sleeve (15) is provided with a window (18).
