Abstract

A child safety seat includes a seat body 110, a mounting component 150, and a telescopic adjusting mechanism (130, Fig.3) disposed between the seat body and the mounting component, where the telescopic adjusting mechanism includes a telescopic component 134, a pin component 133, and an operating component 131. The telescopic component is movably connected to the seat body along a retracting direction. A plurality of holes 1341 is formed on the telescopic component along the retracting direction. The pin component is driven to shift between a first position and a second position along an actuating direction intersecting the retracting direction by moving an inclined plane (1313, Fig.5), so as to restrain or release the telescopic component. The pin component may comprise a plate 1332 fixed on the seat body, deformed by the inclined plane to disengage a protruding column from the holes. The inclined plane may be disposed as an inclined slot 2314. Biasing means (232, Fig.9) may return the pin to an engaged position.
