Abstract

A water-filled eye shadow brush comprises a water reservoir 5 and a foam insert 2 of specific length contained in the water reservoir 5 adjacent the brush. A click mechanism 3 is pressed to compress the foam insert 2 and release water onto the brush head. The moistened brush is then used to apply powdered eye shadow. The reservoir 5 may be filled by unscrewing the end 6 and filling with water. The brush allows the user to apply eye shadow with a wet brush without the need for a bowl of water.

Description

Water-Filled Eye Shadow Brush
Background
This invention relates to eye shadow brush that will allow the user to wet the brush using the brush click, which dispenses water unto the brush.
When ladies or face painters needs to apply eye shadow powders on their faces, they sometimes needs to get a bowl of water or a wet tissue. The bowl of water or wet tissue is used to wet the eye shadow brush in order to pick the eye shadow powder that will be applied on their face(s). The users of eye shadow brush have been constrained to having water and eye shadow brush before they apply their eye cosmetic product.
Statement of Invention
To overcome this, this invention proposes a water-filled eye shadow brush with water tube, a specific length of foam, a screw-able end to open/close the tube to refill with water and a click mechanism to release water into the brush end of the eye shadow brush.
Advantages * It can be used as a wet or dry eye shadow brush.
* It can be easily wiped off with dry materials to avoid transferring of colour from one cosmetic product to another.
* It can be used on the go without additional need for water and wet tissue.
Introduction to Drawing
An example of the invention will now be described by referring to the accompanying drawings on Figure 1, which shows the water-filled eye shadow brush with all its components: * Figure 1 shows the water-filled eye shadow brush, labelled 1; * Figure 1 shows the foam positioned in the water-filled eye shadow brush, labelled 2; * Figure 1 shows the click mechanism positioned at the base of the water-filled eye shadow brush, labelled 3; * Figure 1 shows the brush positioned with contact to the foam in the water-filled eye shadow brush, labelled 4; and * Figure 1 shows the water-filled eye shadow brush where the water is stored, labelled 5; and * Figure 1 shows the screw-able end of the water-filled eye shadow brush positioned to the base of the click mechanism, labelled 6.
Detailed Description
A water-filled eye shadow brush 1, contains a foam 2 positioned inside of the tube to the brush end tip. Water can then be stored in the water-filled brush 5, which when compressed by the click mechanism 3 positioned at the base of the eye shadow brush, can release water absorbed by brush 2 through the hollow mouth-piece 4 on to the brush to create a wet effect that will hold the right amount of powder for it to be applied appropriately. The water-filled brush 5 is refillable by unscrewing click mechanism 3 to open the base at screw-able end 6 to fill the tube with water, which is then screwed back tightly.
A sheered brush tip, wet with one click button, absorbs the perfect amount of eye shadow and provides long lasting and intense colour saturation. Each brush has been ergonomically designed to fit perfectly into your hand and facilitate a flawless finish with every application.
The right amount of water will be dispensed through a specialized vessel which in turn will wet the brush tip enough for it not to be messy but just right for it to pick up the right amount of shadow for that intense colour look. The tube will be hollow, and as long as the normal eye shadow brush to contain water that will be used to wet the brush. The foam in the water tube will be long enough to allow the right water content dispensed into the brush to wet it appropriately. The click mechanism will release some water by compressing the foam to apply water unto the brush tip.

Claims (3)

  1. Claims 1. A water-filled brush holder that will hold water, connected to the end of the eye shadow brush.
