Abstract

The present invention relates to exercise devices, systems and related methods. In one embodiment, a substantially flat support member having top surface designed for contact with the user, a substantially rigid frame surrounding at least the majority of the circumference of the support member, two or more inserts attached to or incorporated into the substantially rigid frame and adapted to accept one or more elastic resistance cords and two or more elastic resistance cords adapted to attach to the substantially rigid frame and one or more accessories that allow the elastic resistance cords to be operably connected to the user of the device is provided.
