Abstract

A modular footwear footbed assembly (12) has a base member (16) and a plurality of plug modules (18). The base member (16) is provided with a plurality of first engagement formations (28) by which the plug modules (18) can be releasably secured to the base member so that the footbed is reconfigurable by selectively positioning and securing the plug modules to the base member.
