Pianoforte keyboards; cases. -In a pianoforte in which the keyboard. pivoted at 3 folds upwards, the legs 7 are hinged to it at 8, so that they can be folded back against the underside of the keyboard as shown, being held in this position by hooks 14 engaging over the screw studs 9 which in the normal position enter holes 9<a> and are secured by nuts. In the folded position the keyboard is held by a hook 20.
