Abstract

A carrying device comprises a strap A which may be worn over the shoulder. Hooks C at either end of the strap A are provided for attaching carrier bags thereto. The device can either be work over both shoulders with a bag hanging from each hook C, or the hooks C can be clipped together (see fig. 2) and the strap A can be worn over a single shoulder. The strap A is preferably made of a synthetic material, and is adjustable using adjuster B to allow it to be lengthened or shortened.

Description
This invention relates to an aid to help and assist when carrying shopping bags or any other suitable items.
The following device aids by freeing up the hands and stopping the painful cutting motions caused by carrier bags or other items or containers.
1. The device consists of a length of strapping or belting 2. An adjuster to lengthen or shorten the length of the strap or belt 3. Two hooks which are attached one to each end of the belt or strap In Fig 1, by putting the strap or belt around both shoulders with a hook on the right and left side you can attach bags carrier bags or other suitable items to the hooks allowing you to carry items in the right and left hands simultaneously In Fig 2, by clipping the two hooks (C) together this invention can be worn as a single shoulder strap on the right or left shoulder for single handed use when carrying suitable items or can be worn diagonally across the shoulders for single handed use when carrying
suitable items Claim

Claims (5)

1. An adjustable carrying device worn around the shoulders for carrying and supporting bags orother suitable items
2. A carrying device according to claim 1 consists of a length of strap or belt (A) which may be made of a synthetic material or any other suitable material
3. A carrying device according to claim 1 has an adjuster (B) fitted to the strap or belt which allows the strap or belt to be lengthened or shortened which may be made of a synthetic material or any other suitable material
4. A carrying device according to claim 1 has two hooks (C) one fitted to each end of the strap or belt to allow items to be attached to the hooks which may be made of a synthetic material or any other suitable material
5. A carrying device according to claim 1 by clipping two hooks (C) together fig 2 this invention becomes a shoulder strap for single handed use
