Plug-cocks.-A plug cock particularly applicable for controlling the supply of gas to gas cookers has no shut off position but is fitted with a stop on either side of the full open position. One stop permits a supply of gas sufficient to keep coffee or the like warm without boiling, while the other stop permits a supply of gas just sufficient to keep food boiling.
