Abstract

A cylinder styled cutlery cleaner attached to a base fig 2, accommodating of an internal cleaning system fig 1. An entrance point shown in fig 3 is designed to allow entry of all cutlery shapes and styles. The entrance point fig 3, provides access in the cleaning chamber that includes an oscillating hard sponge pad cleaning system fig 2. Two rolls of specific sized and style cloth fig 4.1, are attached to the pads fig 2. Cleaning fluids and water are provided from a compartment figs 5, 5.1. A safe electrical system is enclosed internally which is intended to be used with mains power to drive the oscillating pads and the cloth rolls. At the end of the cleaning phase a blast of hot air is provided to dry the pads and the cutlery. The external casing fig 6, can be either a metallic chrome version or a coloured plastic version.

Instant/Rapid H_ygienic Cutlery Cleaner -Before, After, During
Background
This invention relates to the ability to hygienically clean your cutlery without the use of the sink in the non traditional ways. E.g. Washing in the Sink, Dishwasher etc. Further extension can be applied for clear, hygienically wrapping to be applied to cutlery.
Many people use cutlery for application in preparing food and eating food e.g. Knives used for buttering toast or applying spreads and cutting I preparing meat etc, tea spoons used for tea or coffee and yoghurts etc, Spoons used for cereal and puddings etc and forks used for salads and pasta etc. All cutleries can be used in other applications.
Cutlery kept in storages can attract germs, dirt, dust etc and therefore not be hygienic to use. Cutlery can become unhygienic when used both during and preparing and eating food and further to that after food has been prepared or eaten.
This can be very unhygienic and also require cleaning. Many people use cutlery in quick succession and thus need to have cutlery readily available. Rather than cleaning using the same clothe for cutlery using with meat and butter or waiting for items to be cleaned in the dishwasher or sink, this product will become a rapid hygienic replacement.
For E.g. student's repeatedly use the same knife over and over again or take a new one from their apparent clean set' causing all the knives to be used in different applications and left in the sink unhygienic and unclean.
Statement of Invention
To overcome the need to constantly wash cutlery, the wait for a full dishwasher load, have to waste time and hassle of cleaning cutlery in the sink / with washing up liquid. To further enable rapid access to clean / hygienic cutlery and be able to use fewer items during after and before food eating and preparation.
The product presents an innovation to push! place an item or items of cutlery into the innovative designed product to be cleaned hygienically and protectively to a government agency standard. The cleaning process will be quick ideally lasting a maximum of 10-15 seconds from entry to exit of the cutlery. The product will be designed that all wastage / germs' are disposed of and the item of cutlery is hygienically clean and safe to use.
An internal cleaning system will ensure the hygienic status off the system so it can be used repeatedly and constantly. An injection of the correct cleaning fluids will be applied for each time the product is used to ensure hygienic status internally and for the cutlery.
An extension of the product will allow a clear packaging to be applied to the cutlery to fully cover each item for storage.
The unique internal system will have a detachable role of industry hygienic wash cloths pieces that are detached each time an operation has occurred.
At the end of cleaning an internal blast of hot air will be used to dry the pads and the piece/pieces of cutlery.

Detailed Description
* Fig 1 shows the outline for interior and exterior of the product.
* Fig 2 is removable tray' that will allow excess water, and wastage to be trapped and therefore transferred to easily and effectively.
* Fig 3 shows the entrance point for the cutlery to be laid side on. This shape will be accommodating for all cutlery shapes. A tray will be ejected from this point where the Item/Items of cutlery will be placed. This tray will then slide into the system pull' in the item and closing the hole behind with a shutter. The cutlery will be placed in the middle of the machine resting on the lower of the 2 clothes which rest on hard sponge. Here the 2 hard sponge pads' with clothe attached will oscillate whilst an injection of cleaning fluid and water is initiated as shown in fig 5 & 5.1. The top hard sponge pad will pressure sensitive to adapt to different size cutlery e.g. a flat knife compared to a spoon.
* Fig 4 shows the 2 sponge roles. They will be designed to cover the hard sponge pads. Before each item there will always be a piece of clothe on those pads. Once used once this clothe will be detached and disposed of into the wastage tray in Fig 1 causing a replacement clothe to be attached.
* The item exterior is shown in fig 6. This will be available in plastic and metallic options. The product will run on mains as it is designed to be in the kitchen. Therefore the electronics will be safely designed to industry specific standards.

Claims (5)

  1. Claims 1) Unique Instant/Rapid cutlery cleaner inside designed casing designed specific to cutlery and specific to time response.
  2. 2) A set of oscillating hard sponge pads designed to attach specific styled clothe in order to hygienically clean cutlery to standard as specified in claim 1.
  3. 3) Unique dispersing system for cleaning fluids and water linked into internal timing system in conjunction with Claim 2.
  4. 4) Unique designed cloth size and shape to attach to pads in claim 2 in order to operate effective cleaning system.
  5. 5) Collecting tray designed to accommodate clothes described in claim 4.
