Abstract

A carrying device 1 may be moulded from plastic and may have a plurality of gripping areas 5. One or more bags may be suspended from a plurality of hook members 2. Resiliently biased locking means 3 spring closed and act to retain the handles of the bags into the hook members. Alternatively an elongate strap means 4 may be clipped into two of the two of the hooks and any device having an attachment means may be attached to said strap. In an alternative embodiment the carrying device may be inverted and a shoulder strap 6 may be affixed to a pair of said clips. Carrier bags, or the like, are then suspended from the grip means 5.

Description

Description.
The invention relates to a portable and lightweight plastic moulded device for the purpose of carrying multiple loaded carrier bags. The handle can also carry other handled objects with the use of an under strap which hooks over the hooks of the device. The device can also be turned on its head and a shoulder strap attached to take the weight off your hands if you so wish. The shoulder strap is attached the same way as the under strap.
The invention is designed to take the pain and discomfort away from hands and fingers when fully loaded carrier bags crush them together and pinch the skin.
The handle is ergonomically designed so it fits comfortably in the hand so that the weight of any object that you are carrying is taken by the handle and not the fingers or hands. Made from fully recyclable injection moulded plastic the handle is very lightweight yet extremely durable and can be stored in any bag or pocket.

Claims (4)

  1. Claims 1. An ergonomically designed plastic moulded handle 1 for the purpose of carrying multiple loaded carrier bags by placing the handles of the bags over four rounded hooks of the device 2 and locking them in place using the sealing clip 3.
  2. 2. An ergonomically designed plastic moulded handle! according to claim one, will also carry other larger handled and non handled products by attaching the under strap 4 to the outer or inner hooks 2 on the handle! and closing the sealing clip 3
  3. 3. An ergonomically designed plastic moulded handle! according to claim one allow the fingers to sit neatly into the purposely shaped under section of the handle S
  4. 4. An ergonomically designed handle 1 according to claim one that can be turned upside down and a shoulder strap 6 can be attached so you can rest your hands for a while. The carrier bags sit in the grooved section of the handleS where the fingers would normally sit and the shoulder strap 6 hooks over the hooks 2 of the device 1.
