Description
Lift frame for an Industrial truck The invention relates to a lift frame for an industrial truck, in particular a thrust mast fork-lift truck or thrust fork-lift truck with a fixed mast and at least one lifting mast which can be extended in the fixed mast, wherein the fixed mast has two vertical mast profiles which are laterally spaced apart and a bracing device is arranged in the upper region of the fixed mast between the vertical mast profiles of the fixed mast.
Lift frames of this type with a fixed mast formed from two laterally spaced apart vertical mast profiles, in which one or more extending masts may be arranged and guided, are provided in the region of the upper end of the fixed mast with a bracing device, which holds the mast profiles of the fixed mast spaced apart from one another in the transverse direction of the industrial truck and braces them to one another.
The bracing device is used here to increase the rigidity of the fixed mast against a torsional rotation of the fixed mast about a vertical longitudinal axis of the lift frame and against bending of the fixed mast seen in the longitudinal direction of the vehicle to the front and rear.
Known bracing devices are formed from a plurality of plate-like transverse struts, which are arranged either horizontally and/or diagonally on the mast profiles of the fixed mast at their upper ends. Although the rigidity of the fixed mast can be increased with transverse struts of this type, because of the arrangement of the transverse struts of the bracing device, the view of an operator of the industrial truck located on an operator station may, however, be limited by the lift frame when looking up onto a load lifted with the lift frame.
The present invention is based on the object of providing a lift frame of the type mentioned at the outset, which has an improved view through the lift frame with high rigidity.
The object is achieved according to the invention in that the bracing device has at least two horizontal transverse struts, the transverse struts being arranged in a line of sight of an operator located on an operator station. According to the invention, the transverse struts are therefore arranged in a line of sight of an operator located on the operator station and looking upward in the direction of the bracing device formed by the transverse struts and therefore in the direction of a load received by means of the lift frame. The transverse struts are therefore arranged one behind the other with regard to the line of sight of the operator.
Thus a high degree of rigidity of the fixed mast and therefore of the lift frame against bending of the fixed mast viewed in the longitudinal direction of the vehicle to the front and rear and against a torsional rotation of the fixed mast about a vertical longitudinal axis of the lift frame is achieved by means of the transverse struts and, simultaneously, an improved view of the operator located on the operator station through the lift frame upwardly onto a load received by the lift frame is easily achieved.
The transverse struts are arranged spaced apart from one another in the vertical direction and in the longitudinal direction of the vehicle according to a preferred embodiment. It is thus easily achieved that the transverse struts are arranged . one behind the other with regard to the line of sight of an operator located on the *:::* operator station and looking upward and therefore cause a small obstacle to viewing through the lift frame when an operator looks upward in the direction of a load received by the lift frame In addition, this arrangement of the transverse S..
struts achieves a high degree of rigidity and a high section modulus against bending of the fixed mast viewed in the longitudinal direction of the vehicle to the front and rear and against a torsional rotation of the fixed mast about a vertical longitudinal axis of the lift frame.
Particular advantages can be achieved if, according to a preferred development of the invention, the transverse struts are connected to one another, in particular connected in a material-uniting manner, by means of at least one reinforcing rib arranged in the line of sight. With a reinforcing rib of this type, the rigidity and the section modulus against bending of the fixed mast viewed in the longitudinal direction of the vehicle to the front and rear and against a torsional rotation of the fixed mast about a vertical longitudinal axis of the lift frame can be further increased without an additional impairment of vision with a low structural outlay.
The transverse struts and/or the reinforcing rib expediently have a circular cross section, so a high degree of rigidity and a high section modulus of the bracing device and therefore of the lift frame can be achieved with a small profile cross section and therefore a small impairment of vision. However, it is also possible to use a square profile or an angle profile instead of a circular profile cross section of the transverse struts or the reinforcing rib.
The transverse struts and/or the reinforcing rib may be configured here as a tubular profile or as a solid shaft profile.
The reinforcing rib and/or the transverse struts are expediently configured as a flat material. In a configuration of the transverse struts with a circular cross section, the stability of the bracing device can be increased with a reinforcing rib configured as a flat material without additional impairment of vision with a small structural outlay.
Particular advantages can be achieved if, according to a development of the invention, the transverse struts and/or the reinforcing rib are arranged between two side plates, which are in each case provided with a flange for fastening to the mast profiles of the fixed mast. The bracing device can thus be configured as a separate manufacturing group and can be preassembled and fastened in the
I
assembled state on the mast profiles of the fixed mast by means of the flange configured on the side plates, so simple production and assembly of the bracing device and the lift frame can be achieved. In addition, the arrangement of the transverse struts and/or the reinforcing rib can easily be adapted here to the requirements of the lift frame, for example the height of the fixed mast, and fastened in such a way that the transverse struts and/or the reinforcing rib are arranged in the line of sight of the operator.
If a receiver for a guide roller of the extending mast is arranged in each case on the side plates, the production outlay for the lift frame can be further reduced.
Further advantages and details of the invention are described in more detail with the aid of the embodiment shown in the schematic figure, in which Fig. 1 shows a thrust mast fork-lift truck with a lift frame according to the invention in a side view, Fig. 2 shows a bracing device in a perspective view and Fig. 3 shows a bracing device in a cross section.
An industrial truck 1 configured as a thrust mast fork-lift truck with a lift frame 2 according to the invention is shown in Fig. 1 in a side view. The industrial truck is provided with an operator station 3, in which for example a driver's seat 4 for an operator B is arranged. The lift frame 2 is displaceably guided on a vehicle frame in the longitudinal direction L of the vehicle by means of a thrust slide, not shown any further. The lift frame 2 has a fixed mast 2a which cannot be raised and at least one extendable extending mast 2b, on which a load receiving means, not shown further, for example a load fork is arranged.
Both the fixed mast 2a and the extending mast 2b are in each case formed from two vertical mast profiles 5a, 5b, which are spaced apart from one another laterally in the transverse direction of the industrial truck and of which only the mast profile 5a or 5b located at the front in each case is shown in Fig. 1.
Arranged in the region of the upper end of the fixed mast 2a is a bracing device 6, which spaces the two vertical mast profiles 5a of the fixed mast 2a apart from one another in the transverse direction of the industrial truck and braces them together.
The bracing device 6 has -as can be seen by combining Fig. 1 with Figs 2 and 3 -two transverse struts 7a, 7b which are arranged, for example, in the horizontal direction H and are arranged spaced apart from one another both in the vertical direction V and also in the longitudinal direction L of the vehicle.
The transverse struts 7a, 7b are arranged here between two side plates 8a, 8b of the bracing device 6, which are provided in each case with a flange 9a, 9b for fastening to the mast profiles 5a of the fixed mast 2a. The flanges 9a, 9b are formed, for example, by corresponding rectangular recesses, which are adapted to the contour of the mast profiles 5a of the fixed mast 2a.
A receiver lOa, lOb formed by a bearing pin, for a guide roller of the extending mast 2b is also arranged in each case on the side plates 8a, 8b.
A reinforcing rib 11 is also arranged between the transverse struts 7a, 7b. The reinforcing rib 11 extends here -as can be seen from Fig. 2 -over the entire width of the bracing device 6. However, it is also possible for the reinforcing rib 11 to only extend partially over the width of the bracing device 6. In addition, a plurality of reinforcing ribs 11 which are spaced apart from one another in the transverse direction of the bracing device 6 may be arranged between the two transverse struts 7a, 7b.
As can be seen from the cross section of the bracing device 6 shown in Fig. 3, the transverse struts 7a, 7b in each case have a circular cross section and are configured as tubular profiles. The reinforcing rib 11 is formed by a flat material in the embodiment of the bracing device 6 shown.
However, it is also obviously possible to configure the transverse struts 7a, 7b as a flat material in a bracing device 6 according to the invention and to design the reinforcing rib 11 as a tubular profile or a solid shaft profile with a circular cross section.
The bracing device 6 is configured as a welded component here, the transverse struts 7a, 7b, the reinforcing rib 11 and the side plates 8a, 8b being welded to one another. The bracing device 6 forms a separate manufacturing group here, which, in the assembled state shown in Fig. 2, can be connected by means of the flanges 9a, 9b to the two mast profiles 5a of the fixed mast 2a, for example by weld connections.
As can be seen from Fig. 1, in the bracing device 6 according to the invention, both the two transverse struts 7a, 7b and the reinforcing rib 11 are arranged in a line S of sight of the operator B located on the operator station 3 and looking upward in the direction of the bracing device 6. It is thus achieved that the transverse struts 7a, 7b and the reinforcing rib 11 are arranged one behind the other with regard to the line S of sight of the operator B. The bracing device 6 according to the invention thus allows improved vision of the operator B located on the operator station through the lift frame 2 upwardly onto a load received by the lift frame 2.
The arrangement according to the invention of the transverse struts 7a, 7b, by means of the bracing device 6, also achieves a high rigidity of the fixed mast 2a and therefore of the lift frame 2 against bending of the fixed mast 2a viewed in the longitudinal direction L of the vehicle to the front and rear and against a torsional rotation of the fixed mast 2a about a vertical longitudinal axis of the lit frame 2.
