Abstract

A device comprises a clip 4 with a pair of wheels 5 on either side, and is fitted to the end of a MIG welder nozzle 2. The clip 4 can be fully adjustable up and down the height of the nozzle 2 for optimum distance from the surface 1 to be welded, thereby enabling a smooth application of the weld 7. At the opposite end of the clip 4, an extension with a V-shaped notch 8 may be provided. In use, the clip 4 can be reversed so that the V-shaped notch 8 straddles a corner to be welded to steady it (figures 2 and 3). The clip 4 may be secured by a bolt as shown, or by a push-fit, screw-fit or grub screw fixing. The clip 4 may be made from metal, plastic or ceramic.

DETAILED DISCRIPTION
A bolt through clip with provisions in front to attach a pair of wheels 5 of 1/3 an extended rear portion that has a V cut out for welding corners 7 of 1/3 the invention can be made of any metal or plastic. Fixing can be bolt on, push on, screw on, or grub screw fixing.
Wheels can of plastic, metal, ceramics, of any size or shape example rounded, angled, or concaved on the outer rim of the wheel to cope with various requirements.

1. A device fitted with two wheels that fits on the end of MIG welder nozzle

2. A metal constructed device according to claim I that has a fork like tailpice included in the construction with a V notch at the end to straddle a corner when welding comences it keeps the weld central and and prevents going off line
