Abstract

A sparring device comprises a punch bag with two light rounded objects suspended in front. When the punch bag is stuck, the attachments move towards the boxer, simulating a sparring effect.

Description

<p>I</p>
<p>Sparring Partner -The Boxers Mate The sparing partner invention can be fitted to any exsisting hanging punch bag to give any person punching the bag a moving item that will similate an opponent. A boxers usual way forward in training is to carry out a punch or punch's at hanging punch bag.</p>
<p>After training with the punch bag as a non movable object the boxer can in time move onto a movable object-being another person to box with.</p>
<p>The invention allows two light objects as enclosed drawings to be suspended in front of the hanging punch bag at any height or space apart.</p>
<p>The objects are suspended on rubber strings which will allow the boxer to move and swing the objects with his fists in any direction to similate an opponents fists coming at him.</p>
<p>The boxer can then take his own position and punch between -at side or above and below the swinging object.</p>
<p>The swing object will come back to the training boxer as does a sparring partner.</p>

Claims (1)

  1. <p>Claims It The sparring partner-boxers mate allows for two light rounded
    objects which can be plastic to be suspended in front of a standard punch bag to give a boxer a movable form that will give the sparring effect rather than have another person to spar with.</p>
    <p>The two round objects hanging in front of the punch bag are suspended on elastic strings which are fixed to metal or reinforced plastic arms. The arms bend over the top of the punch bag and down the back of the punch bag. The metal or reinforced arms are held in place by two straps -one near the top of the arms and one near the bottom and placed around the circumference of the punch bag. The straps are tightened to hold the arms in place with a buckle. I refer to the drawings on page 3 which show the distance of the straps and the position of the arms.</p>
