Abstract

A perfume vending machine. It is wall mounted secured to the wall by means of screws through a back plate. Any person wishing to purchase a spray of perfume firstly inserts their coin into the machine, then secondly pulls out the handle 2 and a spray of perfume is discharged from a nozzle 3 on the machine into the purchaser's hand.

<p>DESCRIPTION</p>
<p>This invention is a wall mounted mechanically operated perfume vending machine.</p>
<p>On the insertion of a coin, the pulling of a handle, a spray of perfume is dispensed into the purchaser's hand.</p>
<p>I feel there is a market for this product in nightclubs, pubs, leisure centre's, hotels etc., whereby the customer using the machine has the means to freshen up', and feel and smell more pleasant.</p>
<p>The coin (fig. 1) passes down a chute into a mechanism, by the pulling of a handle (fig.2) and an affangement of levers, a spring loaded plunger presses down on top of a metered aerosol. The resultant spray then passes through thin bore plastic tubing that in turn is connected to a nozzle (fig.3). This gives out the spray of perfume. A cover is placed over the machine and secured by means of a central lock (fig.4).</p>
<p>DESCRIPTION</p>
<p>Coin drops into mechanism through chute (a). It is held in place by outer and inner body and top of coin adjuster (b).</p>
<p>As handle is pulled forward stop (c) rides over the coin allowing outer body of mechanism to move forward. Screw (d) fixed in outer body dislodges coin allowing it to fall downwards into money box.</p>
<p>As the handle returns back, stop (c) drops back into first stop not allowing any further movement.</p>
<p>DESCRIPTION</p>
<p>(e) is attached to the mechanism as it moves forward, it moves lever (0 downwards.</p>
<p>This is guided into position by bracket (g). This is secured to.the wall plate.</p>
<p>Lever (0 and bracket (g) are connected by means of a roller washer.</p>
<p>A spring loaded plunger then pushes down on top of the aerosol.</p>

  1. <p>CLAIMS</p>
    <p>I. A wall mounted perfume vending machine, whereby upon the insertion of a coin arid the operation of a handle, a spray of perfume is discharged from a nozzle on the machine.</p>
    <p>2. A mechanism that is used in conjunction with the perfume vending machine.</p>
