Abstract
243,265. Bray, A., and Bray & Co., Ltd. June 23, 1925. Atmospheric gas burners.- A resilient element, preferably a spring h, is interposed between a perforated steatite or like disc b, adapted to engage a seating c in a nozzle-holder a, and the fire-clay nozzle f to retain the disc in place and to prevent slackness in the screw connection due to vibration. The spring h may engage the screw-threads in the nozzle-holder a so that it will return the disc h in position when the nozzle f is removed, the lower end i of the spring being left free to engage the upper end of the nozzle.
