Abstract

A drinking straw includes an outer sheath <B>a</B> and a flavoured central insert <B>b</B>. The insert <B>b</B> may contain an essence of a flavour which may be released when the straw is sucked upon. The flavour released when sucked upon may mix with the chosen medium being sucked through the straw.

This invention relates to a flavoured drinking straw.
When the straw is sucked upon a flavour, which is contained in a central insert (as seen in Figure 1. b.) is released and the essence of that flavour is realised by the person sucking upon the straw.
The straw Outer sheath (as seen in Figure l.a.) can be set at any length only to be dependable on the strength or quantity of the essence wanted to be realised.

Claims (5)

  1. L,4tms 1. A flavoured drinking straw means a straw with a flavoured
    central insert, which contains an essence of a flavour.
  2. 2. A flavoured drinking straw according to claim I, in which a central insert has a flavour impregnated into it.
  3. 3. A flavoured drinking straw according to claim 1, in which a central insert has a flavour impregnated into it, which is released when sucked upon.
  4. 4. A flavoured drinking straw according to claim 1, in which a central insert has a flavour impregnated into it, which is released when sucked upon and mixes with the chosen medium being sucked through the straw.
  5. 5. A flavoured drinking straw according to claim 1, in which a central insert has a flavour impregnated into it, of any flavour.
