Description

SAMPLE DESCRIPTION
Title: Expanding Files
Technical Field
The present invention relates to Expanding Files
Background Art
Conventional Expanding Files are made of full plastic material or paper material
Summary of invenlion
The present invention is to produce an Expanding File made from a combination of paperboard and plastic material whereby the cover is made from paperboasd I () wrapped in Plastic/Plastic Coated Paper material and the expanding pocket is made from plastic The pockets are then glued or welded by Heat / High Frequency / Ultrasonic onto the inside edges of the cover
Specific Example
In order to allow the present invention more readily understood, the following description is given, by way of example, of specific embodiments of Expanding File made in accordance with the present invention Reference will be made to the accompanying drawing in which - (1) Drawing I shows the Cover made from paperboard wrapped with plastic or plastic coated paper material (2) Drawing 2 shows the plastic expanding pockets (3) Drawing 3 shows the expanding pockets glued/welded onto the mside edges of the cover Drawing 1 shows the cover of the expanding file which is made from paperboard wrapped in Plastic / Plastic Coated Paper material The cover is then creased or scored or made with gaps between the boards for folding Drawmg 2 shows the Expanding Pockets which is made of plastic This Expanding Pockets can be in Letter size, A4 size or Foolscap size or any other size The number of pockets can be of' any quantity, such as 6 pockets, 7 pockets, 13 pockets, etc The cover is first folded along crease lines H & I (Refer Drawing I) The plastic Expanding Pockets is then glued or welded by Heat / High Frequency / Ultrasonic on edges W,X,Y & Z onto the inside edges of the Cover A,B, E & F respectively (refer Drawing 3) Cover G is folded over the pockets onto side K, thus forming an Expanding File. Cover G is secured onto side K by a locking device to hold cover G onto side K This locking device can be a magnetic button, locking clasp, button with elastic band, elastic band, etc fixed onto G and Kofthe cover
