Abstract
A repositionable sun visor for protecting an occupant of a vehicle from the glare of the sun has a disc 2 of lightly coloured plastic approximately the same as size as a compact disc. A suction pad 3 is provided on one side of the disc for releasably attaching the visor to the glass of a vehicle. A pull ring 1 on the other side of the disc allows insertion of a forefinger for removal and repositioning of the visor as required.
Description
Sun Vis This invention relates to drivers or passengers of vehicles.
When people are driving, it is important that vision is clear and nothing is obstructing this.
However, sometimes nothing can be more frustrating than the sun ray beaming through the front window screen or even the side windows. Sometimes, when the sun rays is too much it can affect vision and then makes it hard to focus; even conventional sun flaps that are built in cars do not help.
To over come this problem the invention of sun vis will shade any sun beam coming from any angle.
The plastic suction popper at the back and its see-through shape disc with a pull ring device at the front means it is repositionable and easy to pull off and therefore, can be placed any where in the car to suit the driver or passenger.
The invention will now be described solely by way of example and with reference to the accompanying drawings in which: Figure 1, shows the Sun Vis at front view with the pull ring. Figure 2, shows the Sun Vis at a side view, with the suction popper and the Pull ring both showing. Figure 3, shows the Sun Vis at the back view, showing the suction popper.
In figure 1, The Sun Vis is shown as it would been seen if sitting in the drivers seat, it has an easy ring type structure (1), so it is easy to place, you place a fore-finger and pull off and reposition any where on the window screen or the side windows.
The Sun Vis itself (2) will be made from material that will protect the eyes from the glare of the sun, but will be plastic and slightly shaded in colour, its size would be the same as a CD.
In figure 2, the Sun Vis (2), is positioned at a side view glance. The suction popper (3) is plastic and should be stuck on the car window by saliva and the pull ring (1) is easily pulled off and repositioned anywhere within the vehicle.
In figure 3, the Sun Vis (2) is showing the back view with the plastic suction popper (3).
Claims (3)
- Claims 1) The Sun Vis means attaching the Sun Vis to the car window screen; it's a sun protecting disc shape structure that helps aid visual from the glare of the sun.
- 2) The Sun Vis according to claiml, in which is made from a protective material and is connected with a suction popper, which will be stuck to the window.
- 3) The Sun Vis according to claim 1, provides protection from the glare of the Sun, it is stuck on with suction popper and easy to remove by the Pull ring and place able else where on any side of the vehicle, to stop direct sun light.
