Abstract
241,791. Steinel, H. Nov. 10. 1924, [Convention date]. Bee-keepers' appliances. -To secure the supporting wire c extending across a frame d to a piece of honeycomb foundation b, the foundation is laid on a base a with the wire above it and the latter is heated by an electric current supplied through contact members e having concave end pieces e<1> to engage the wire. A clip f secures each member e to the frame. The hot wire fuses the foundation and embeds itself therein. The current may be supplied from a transformer coupled to an ordinary lighting circuit or an accumulator may be used.
