Abstract
An exhaust system comprises a pump 1, a cooling chamber 2, a non-return valve 5, a storage tank 6 and an outlet pipe 7 having an outlet valve 8. In use, exhaust gases from a vehicle internal combustion engine 10 are pumped into the cooling chamber which has a heat exchanger 3 for condensing the gases; the liquefied gases are then passed through the non-return valve and collected in the storage tank for removal later by opening the valve in the outlet pipe. The system prevents the release of harmful pollutants into the atmosphere.

1 An environmental exhaust comprising of a pump a coolling chamber a coollar and a heatexchange a nonreturn valve a storage tank and a outlet pipe then an outlet valve 2 An environmental exhaust as claimed in claim I will be attached to the exhaust manifold of the internal combustion engine to stop the exhaust gas from getting out to pollutting the atmosphere.
