Abstract

The device includes a mobile sound detector triggered by sound of a certain level. The detector then sends a text message to a mobile phone.

Description

2400957
DESIGN I
1) A DEVICE ACTIVATED BY SOUND WHICH IS SET TO GO OFF WHEN IT IS TRIGGERED BY DECIBEL SOUND FOR EXA - LE: 2) A SMALL DIGITAL DEVICE SET AT DECIBEL 10 ONCE A PARTICULAR SOUND HITS DECIBEL 10 IT TRIERS A MOBILE TEXT MESSAGE (PRE RECORDED) TO THE PRE-SET MOBILE NUMBER OF TTIE OWNER OF THE
MOBILE PHONE
3) THE DEVICE CAN BE SET TO GO OFF AT ANY SET & PRE SET DECIBEL FIGURE. THE DEVICE WOULD BE SIMILAR IN SIZE & SHAPE TO A PAGER TYPE DEVICE.
4) THERE ARE MANY USES FOR SUCH A SOUND ACTIVATED TEXT DEVICE SUCH AS CAR, HOME, ALARM. IT CAN ALSO ACT AS A TYPE OF ALARM IF YOUR SMOKE ALARM SOUND HITS 9 SAY IT WILL ALERT YOU
AT WORK ETC THAT A SMOKE ALARM HAS GONE OFF
5) CAN ALSO BE USED TO MONITOR BABY IN BED IF CRYING HITS SAY DECIBEL 6 AS SET BY PERSON. CAN ALSO BE USED FOR OTHER PRE-SET DECIBEL SOUND.

Claims (2)

  1. CLAIMS FOR DESIGN 1 1. A device activated by sound, which is set to go
off when it is triggered by decibel sound for example: A small portable mobile digital device calibrated at say decibel 100. It triggers a mobile text message to the pre-set mobile number of the owner of a mobile phone.
The device can also be mains connected and have a battery led or other display to indicate if the device needs batteries when bum. "peddle a lll".' cp".ly.
The device can be set to off at any set and pre-set decibel figure / number or type of analogue sound. The device could be similar in size and shape to a pager type device.
The device would be activated by measuring a decibel sound say a car alarm for example if it was reaching decibel 120.4 and its high peak with low peak at 120.3 calibrated to go off exactly at this specific sound wave for this particular alarm and region.
It would be prevented from going off accidentally by the fact it is calibrated to measure only the particular sound wave it was pre-set by.
  2. 2 Apparatus according to claim 1, wherein said apparatus would use any number of a combination of measurements of Analogue sound to trigger the alarm system: Example: Analogue - Digita Analogue - Digital - Analogue Digital - Analogue or any other number of combinations to measure the original analogue sound. Apparatus that does not use or need voice recognition to trigger the alert.
