Abstract
A room divider comprises a plurality of sections releasably securable to each other. Each section comprises a frame and at least one removable glass panel releasably secured to the frame. The frame may be capable of being divided into smaller pieces for storage. Removable feet may be provided.
Description
ROOM DIVIDERS
The invention relates to a room divider.
Room dividers are well known but do not offer much scope for variation once purchased, and can be large and ungainly, and even when not in use take up a relatively large space.
According to the present invention there is provided a rwm divider capable of being dismantled, comprising sections with means for releasably securing each section to another and with removable coloured glass panels, each glass panes with the means for releasably securing it to it's Bame. All glass panels being interchangeable and replaceable. The room divider capable of having as many sections as required by user, having removable means for attachment. Each section ofthe Game being capable of being divided into smaller pieces for storage, having the means for releasably securing one piece to another.
Preferable the room divider is made of wood or metal or plastics materials or from a combination of these materials and with coloured glass panels A preferred embodiment ofthe invention will now be described by way of example with reference to the accompanying drawings in which: Figure 1 shows an example of the room divider from the front.
Picture 2 shows a back view of a section of a coloured glass panel in situ in it's frame.
Referring to the drawings, as shown in Figure 1, the room divider a set of sectional frames 1 releasably secured to each other by, for example catch or fastener or similar means ( not shown) with hinges 3. Each sectional frame 1 capable itselfofbeing dismantled into smaller pieces for storage, being releasably secured by, for example, a catch or similar means ( not shown). Field within each sectional framelbeing a number of removable decorative coloured glass panels 2, each coloured glass panel 2 being releasably secured by, for example, a catch or similar means ( not shown).
All coloured glass or stained glass panels 2 being interchangeable and replaceable as shown in Figure 2 which shows glass panel Win situ, shown from back ( fastener not shown). The room divider being capable of having as many sectional frames1 as required by the user. Removable feet for the room divider being supplied.

Claims (4)
- I. A room divider capable of being dismantled, comprising sections with means of releasably securing each section to another and with removable coloured glass panels, each glass panel with the means of releasably securing it to its frame. All glass panels being interchangeable and replaceable
- 2. A room divider as claimed in Claim 1 wherein the room divider is capable of having as many sections as required by user, having removable means for attachment.
- 3. A room divider as claimed in Claim I or Claim 2, wherein each section of the frame is capable of being divided into smaller pieces for storage, having the means for releasable securing one piece to another.
- 4. A room divider substantially as described herein with reference to Figure 1 of the accompanying drawing.
