Abstract

A plastic covering to protect the arms of spectacles is disclosed. One end of a bag is closed and one end open. The bags may be provided on a perforated roll containing a number of the frame coverings. The cover is used to protect the arms of spectacles when worn on the head.

Description

-
PROTECT O FRAME
The invention relates to all types of glasses and spectacles worn by people. Thin, disposable, plastic covers that will be open at one end and put on each side of the glasses to protect them.
When people wear glasses in a hairdressing salon and require some sort of colour treatment, the hairdresser either needs to remove the glasses or to cover them with anything available.
1 plan to make rolls of disposable covers for glasses, that can be torn off when needed by the hairdresser and used to protect peoples glasses and enable them to wear them whilst the colour treatment is processing without the glasses being damaged.
The invention provides protection for glasses which allows them to be worn during certain chemical processes.
Preferably the covers are made from fine, see-through plastic, which will be available on rolls and will have perforated edges so the can be easily removed from the roll.
The accompanying drawings will show in detail Figure 1 - the shape of the glasses protectors Figure 2 - how they are put onto the glasses Figure 3 how they are on a roll of about 100 l # Figure 1 - each piece of plastic that will protect the arm of the glasses will be a standard length. It will be about 7cm long and 2cm wide. One end will be closed and the other end open.
Figure 2 - you will slide the open end of the protector onto the arm of the glasses.
One will be put on each side. The glasses will then be worn with the protection on.
When the plastic protection is no longer needed it will be disposed of.
Figure 3 - the protect o frames will come on a roll. When one is needed it will be pulled away and torn off at the perforated edge.
