Abstract
A liquid bait dispenser which is made up of a number of layers of strong permeable flexible material which is impregnated with liquid bait. The dispenser may be constructed by the rolling of a single layer of absorptive material which is secured by ties 4,1. Alternatively a plurality of layers may be held together by stitches 6,1 or bonding. In use the bait holder will release the bait over an extended period of time.

( Background) Bait consists of attractive food, liquid, scent or
sound element and such like that the quarry will show interest in and therefore approach close enough or act in a way that will enable it to be captured. The bait being made available within the quarries bounds and in a meaner that will give it the best chances of being able to be used before being destroyed or removed by the elements or competitors. To this effect bait is often made available within a perforated capsule (swim feeder), skeleton like frame (method feeder), net bag, jar, tin,dish or contained within a slowly eroding carrier conglomerate of dough like consistency which may sometimes incorporate fibres to act as a binder. When the bait is of a liquid nature a piece of cloth, felt or cotton wool can be impregnated for use.
( Essential The present invention relates to a technical bait containmentdispensing construction which features) will dispense a given quantity of bait over a prolonged period of time and which is largely indestructible, while lending itself to ease of handling and storage.
( Example) The specific embodiment of the invention will now be described by way of example with reference to the accompanying drawings in which: Figure 1 shows the prior art as previously
described, in perspective, the bait container-dispenser in deployable form, primarily in a "Swiss roll" configuration.
Figure 2 shows the devicein flat section with initial rolling commencing.
Figure 3 shows the rolling process of construction, well progressed.
Figure 4.1 shows ties which keep the roll secured. Figure 5 shows a second embodiment of a device according to the invention in which the device is compiled in multiple layers.
Figure 6.1 shows the "stitching", "stapling" or "bonding" used to hold the sandwich together.
