Abstract

238,320. Fisher, W. D. May 24, 1924. Convection currents, promoting. - Tubular passages increasing in cross-section from one end to the other are provided at the bottom of a kettle or other liquid heater, to promote circulation of the liquid contents. The passages may be provided by a corrugated plate 4, suitably secured by lugs to the kettle &c. bottom 2, which may be recessed at 3 and may also be corrugated as shown, or the bottom may be left plain, and need not be recessed. Specification 226,845 is referred to in the Provisional Specification.
