PEN-PAD OR PEN AND PAPER IN ONE The invention is a pen with a roll of paper rolled inside it that can be easily accessed It frequently happens that a paper is not handy when taking a short note or a telephone number An object of this invention is to provide a pen and a paper at the same time The pen has a roll of paper fitted around its inner part and covered by its main outer part. The pen has a plastic cover or window on its side that can be opened to expose the edge of the paper roll. The paper roll is segmented for easy use Preferably the pen is made of plastic but any other suitable material can be used. It can be of different sizes, colours and shapes.

A preferred embodiment of the invention will now be described in with reference to the accompanying drawing in which; FIGURE I shows the pen in a closed position FIGURE 2 shows the segmented roll of paper FIGURE 3 shows the pen in the open position.

As shown in Figure 1, the pen has a plastic lid'A'and a closed cover or window'B' on its side'C'.

Figure 2 shows the paper roll with segments'D'for easy rip.

Figure 3 shows the plastic cover or window'B'in open position and the paper roll'E' sticking out.

1. CLAIMS: 1. A pen-pad or a pen and paper in one where a roll of paper is attached to a pen and can be reached through a window on the side of the pen that can be opened and closed.
2. 2 A pen-pad as in Claim 1 but with a refillable paper roll.
