Abstract

A paint brush comprises a handle 1 and a set of brush heads 5-7 of various sizes, each brush head being adapted to be secured to the handle by a dovetail slide arrangement or other mechanical method. The handle is slightly angled at 12 to lift the bristles when the brush is placed on a surface.

PAINT BRUSH (SET).

This invention relates to a standard paint brush which incorporates basic handle and brush head permanently joined together this known as one paint brush, one or more as a set.

With various sized paint brushes used for small to large painting application areas to achieve this requires as many paint brushes to accomplish.

The ultimate value of the invention is to enable the painter more flexibility from change over to one sized paint brush to another, easy access to suit paint application areas on site.

Brush heads of different various sizes and designs for optional approaches for adapted clip-on, dove-tail slide device or mechanical method by which the heads would be fixed to a single specialized paint brush handle. a interchangeable, mix to match paint brush head system.

The separate handle/brush heads consists of futuristic features which includes modem lime green/purple and silver colours.

Referring to the drawing Figure A.

1. One specialized paint brush handle in modem colours lime green/purple or silver colours. which 2 is a comfortable top forefinger rest, and 3 is a flat area or thumb painting position and anti-roll floor rest. 4 is the adapted mechanical method at the front of the handle.

Along with the modem handle you would have separate as many brush heads of various sizes 5 6 7.

8 9 10. entry part of the brush head for the connection part for the handle 4. 4 the handle would connect to 8 9 10. to complete the connection.

Once connected together the process can be reversed to disconnect to be replaced with various sized paint brush heads, suitable size for paint applications.

1. CLAIMS 1 A connection type of paint brush consisting of one specialized modem handle and various sized set of brush heads. brush heads that connect/fix together secured by adapted clip-on, dove-tail slide device or mechanical method. this would then be made up to a single brush interchangeable to suit the required paint brush heads for the paint applications.
2. 2 A paint brush as claimed in claim 1 means the handle has a top forefinger rest and a lower flat area used as a thumb painting position a floor anti-roll rest, side comfort hold. slightly angled handle connection part. this to incorparate decorative, small artist/signwriters paint brush handles.
3. 3 A paint brush as claimed in claim 1 means the separate brush heads to range in sizes from small to large to cover decorative, small artist /signwriters paint brushes.
4. 4 A paint brush as claimed in any preceding claims means that the colours of the handle and the brush heads are to be seen in modem lime green/purple or silver colours.
5. 5 A connection type paint brush substantially as described herein with reference to figures of accompanying drawing.
