Abstract

A plastic or steel frame 3 with a plastic transparent front/face 2 that is fixed to existing carousel mats allowing adverts to be read, in use. The fixing method may be glue, and the frame shaped so as to allow other mats to ride up or slide over it. Adverts may be placed in to the frame via a slot 1 at one end.

DESCRIPTION C DISPLAYER This invention is for a display box to be fitted to the moving mats of Luggage carousels which will allow for adverts to be displayed whilst a carousel is in motion or static and whilst luggage is collected.
The main idea is that the adverts in the box can be changed at will and will allow for adverts to be continually displayed/viewed whilst the luggage carousel is in motion. More than one box can be used on each carousel-One box can be fixed to each mat.
The Box will be fixed in place using an industrial adhesive and can be placed upon the existing mats.
The Boxes will allow for the mats to continue to'opetp unhindered. IQP*. Figure 1: Shows the box. The part marked 1 shows wher the slot in which the advert will be placed. The Part marked 2 indicates a tough transparent front that allows for the advert to be viewed. The part marked 3 indicates a stainless steel or plastic surround that is durable and allows the other mats the freedom to ride up on each other as the carousel turns around a comer.
Figure 2: Shows the left (part 4) and right (part 3) (longer sides) of the box as it would be if it was in place and fitted flat to a mat of a carousel and the angles that will continue to allow for the other mats to ride up on each other.
The Frame will be fixed using an adhesive placed onthe underside surround.

Claims (4)

  1. CLAIMS 1 A Plastic/Steel frame with a plastic transparent front/face that can be fixed to existing carousel mats and allowing adverts to be read.
  2. 2 The frame can be fixed in place by an industrial strenght adhesive.
  3. 3 The frame allows for the carousel to continue rotating by allowing other mats to ride up on it.
  4. 4 A frame display as here in described and illustrated in the accompanying drawings.
