Abstract

An arrangement for transporting clothing on hangers in a container comprises supporting profiles (3) on inner walls of the container with means for receiving the ends of rods (7) on which clothes hangers may be hooked and bars (8) fastened preferably by locking rings to extend along the rods (7) to prevent the hangers from falling off. The ends of the rods (7) are received in apertures (6) (Fig.3) in the profiles (3) at one side of the container and in open slots (5) at the other side with stopper members (5.1) to retain them in position.

Description

<Desc/Clms Page number 1>
TRANSPORTATION ARRANGEMENT PARTICULARLY FOR USE WITH CONTAINERS TECHNICAL FIELD The present invention is related to a product transportation arrangement applied to containers utilized in domestic and international transportation of ready-made clothing and of similar products.
The present invention is particularly related to dispatch said containers without the contained products being displaced, e. g. moved back and forth in said transportation arrangement so as to be delivered securely.
PRIOR ART It is presently desired to securely deliver clothing products in containers that are widely used in TIR-plate bearing trucks employed in international transportation. It is an important issue to deliver specifically arranged and pressed products in international transportation, without said products get wrinkled, etc.
Said products are placed in boxes and then loaded into containers in order to realize this objective. Although this sort of transportation seems to be relatively protecting said products from external factors, the specifically arranged and pressed clothing become puckered, this circumstance necessitating said products to be pressed once more. This constitutes an undesired circumstance for the party that receives said clothing.
Different transportation modes are being utilized in order to prevent this undesired circumstance. In one of these methods,
<Desc/Clms Page number 2>
the hanger rod whereon clothing hangers are hooked is fastened by being welded to a profile that is realized along the lateral surfaces of the container and is settled on slots that are positioned in certain intervals on said surfaces both horizontally and vertically. But these rods displace due to jolts during transportation or the welded places get broken after a period of time, causing the clothing to fall down to the floor and causing to an unpleasant transportation. In addition, it is a costly case to separately weld each rod slot on that profile.
Said slots can also be screwed to the profile to prevent said welds from breaking, but this alternative is also a costly one, since each slot necessitates to be screwed separately.
In the light of the foregoing, it shall be very useful to realize an arrangement that provides a secure transportation and that is not costly.
BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF INVENTION The present invention is related to a hanger arrangement that is realized in a container to eliminate the foregoing drawbacks.
The scope of the present invention is to provide a durable and low-cost transportation arrangement that ensures clothing to be securely transported in a container without getting wrinkled.
The present invention contains horizontal profiles that are fastened on lateral surfaces of containers and that extend in parallel to the floor along these surfaces; vertical profiles that support these profiles and that extend vertically along lateral surfaces; open and closed rod slots formed on said profiles; hanger rods that are fastened to said slots between two lateral surfaces; and bars whereon clothing are hooked, and which are
<Desc/Clms Page number 3>
fastened to the rods to extend between two lateral surfaces along said bars in order to realize the foregoing objective.
A preferred embodiment of the present invention encompasses open rod slots that have an open top into the lateral surfaces and that are formed in certain intervals along these profiles.
In another preferred embodiment of the present invention, a stopper-like formation is realized on top of the open rod slot to prevent the hanger rod from displacing upwardly from its slot to fall of.
In another preferred embodiment of the present invention, closed rod slots are formed in certain intervals along the horizontal profiles so that they are directed into said profiles with a closed top recess shape.
In another preferred embodiment of the present invention, hanger rods are realized that extend between two lateral surfaces and that are fastened by getting engaged to said rod slots in order to make it possible to hang clothing with a clothing hanger.
In another preferred embodiment of the present invention, said hanger rods may be removed if desired, by means of the opening on the top of the open rod slot.
In another preferred embodiment of the present invention, the bars are realized with a length corresponding to the distance between two lateral surfaces of the container, that are fastened to the rods preferably with locking rings, and that extend along the rod that it is connected in order to prevent the hanger rods from moving up and down and to prevent clothing hangers from moving from their original locations.
<Desc/Clms Page number 4>
In an alternative embodiment of the present invention, a fastening collar member is realized to be placed on the connection points between the hanger rods and the open and closed rod slots in order to prevent hanger rods from slipping out of the stopper member after moving back and forth in their slots.
DESCRIPTION OF FIGURES Figure 1 gives a general view of the container encompassing a hanger embodiment; Figure 2 gives a view where the rods engage to the open rod slots; Figure 3 gives a view where the rods engage to the closed rod slots.
REFERENCE NUMBERS 1-Container ; 2-Container's lateral surface; 3-Horizontal supporting profile; 4- Vertical supporting profile; 5-Open rod slot ; 5. 1- Stopper member; 6-Closed rod slot ; 7-Hanger rod; 8-Iron bar; 9-Locking ring; DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF INVENTION
<Desc/Clms Page number 5>
The present invention contains in general horizontal and vertical supporting profiles (3,4) extending along the lateral surfaces (2) of the container (1) whereto they are fastened; open and closed rod slots (5,6) formed on these profiles ; hanger rods (7) engaged to said slots (5,6) between two lateral surfaces (2); and iron bars (8) that are fastened to these rods (7) and that extend along these rods (7) between two lateral surfaces.
Figure 1 gives a general view of the container (1). As it can also be seen from this Figure; a number of vertical and horizontal supporting profiles (3,4) are fastened to both of lateral surfaces (2) of the container (1) by preferably being welded thereto.
Vertical profiles (4) support the horizontal profiles (3), whereas a number of horizontal supporting profiles (3) formed in certain intervals on the lateral surfaces (2) support the hanger rods (7) by means of the open and closed rod slots (5,6) formed on said profiles (3).
Figures 2 and 3 give views, where hanger rods (7) are engaged to open and closed rod slots (5,6) and where iron bars (8) are located on the hanger rods (7), respectively. Said open and closed rod slots (5,6) are formed in a number of intervals on many horizontal profiles (3) that are mutually fastened to both lateral surfaces (2) and that extend in parallel to the floor along these surfaces. Hanger bars (7) are positioned on open and closed rod slots (5,6) that extend along both of lateral surfaces (2) of the container (1) and that carry the clothing products that are hooked by means of clothing hangers thereto. The top part of the rod slot (5) is left open so that the hanger rod (7) can be attached and removed, whereas a stopper member (5.1) is realized between the gap and the lateral surface (2) to prevent the hanger rod (7) from moving out of its slot. The hanger bar
<Desc/Clms Page number 6>
(7) is pushed until it leans against the inner surface of the profile of the open rod slot and then, iron rods (8) with a length equal to the distance between the lateral surfaces (2) of the container are fastened on the hanger rods (7) preferably with locking rings (9) and thus said iron bars (8) exert a certain pressure on the clothing hangers so as to prevent them from moving out of their slots during jolts or similar circumstances.
The present invention can not be restricted with the foregoing description. It is obvious that a person skilled in the art can realize the main scope of the invention, i. e. stabling the hanger rods, with similar embodiments used in the invention.
