Abstract
237,526. Puffett, H. March 12, 1925. Fire-bars.-A fire-bar is provided with a longitudinal groove 5 having its sides 6 inclining downwardly and inwardly to a depth of not more than one quarter of the depth of fire-bar. The combined widths of the fuel surfaces at the sides of the groove is not more than one-third of the width of the upper surface of the bar. The sides of the bar are tapered at 8, 9, 10. Specification 18273/06 is referred to.
