Description

CURTAIN WALL ASSEMBLY BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION 1. Field of the Invention The present invention relates to a curtain wall assembly, more particularly, to a curtain wall with the rapid assembly, and the indoor side thereof doesn't need to be painted. When the inner panels are longitudinally assembled, each of the U-shaped grooves thereof is filled with an isolation layer. Thereafter, the outer panels are attached thereto to create an outer wall panel of a building with a nice appearance and the sound-proof, heat-resistant sealing effect.
2. Description of the Prior Art Generally, the outer wall and the partition wall of the building after construction of its skeleton (from reinforcing bars and concrete layers) have to be completed. The conventional outer wall is formed by reinforcing bars and concrete layers, or by bricklaying, thereby causing much moisture. Thus, it takes a few days to wait for being completely dried even at sunny day; otherwise, the inner structure will be destroyed due to vibration if the interior is not completely dried and solidified, thereby causing much potential danger of the building. Thus, it's a time-wasting work in completing the side walls of the building. Moreover, the sound-proof and heatresistant effects of the above-mentioned wall panel are not excellent. Furthermore, the inner wand needs to be painted. All of these causes inconvenience and high cost. SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION
It is therefore a primary object of the present invention to eliminate the above mentioned drawbacks and to provide a curtain wall assembly fitted between two floorboards includes a plurality of inner panels, outer panels, isolation layers and holding members all of which are assembled by means of relevant components. The inner panels are elongated, U-shaped in section and stovingly varnished. A hook plate is respectively bent at the end of each side plate of the inner panels while the inner panels line up next to one another by means that one hook plate of one inner panel and another hook plate of another inner panel are overlapped and fixed together by a holding member. Accordingly, the inner panels after assembly are smooth when seen from indoors, and the U-shaped rear side thereof is respectively filled with an isolation layer. Thereafter, the outer panels are attached thereto, thereby forming a curtain wall with an easy assembly, a nice appearance and the sound-proof, heat-resistant isolation.
It is another object of the present invention to provide a curtain wall assembly in which the indoor side of the inner panels is a stovingly varnished plate. Therefore, the inner side (indoor side) doesn't need to be painted.
It is a further object of the present invention to provide a curtain wall assembly in which the surface of the inner panels can be corrugated for the purpose of decoration and a greater pressure-supporting strength.
BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF THE DRAWINGS The accomplishment of the above-mentioned object of the present invention will become apparent from the following description and its accompanying drawings which disclose illustrative an embodiments of the present invention, and are as follows:
FIG. 1 is a schematic drawing of the structure of the present invention ; FIG. 2 is a perspective view of inner panels of the present invention seen from indoors ; FIG. 3 is a top view of the present invention in section; FIG. 4 is a sectional view of another embodiment of the inner panel of the present invention in section; FIG. 5 is a perspective view of a holding member of the present invention; FIG. 6 is a structural drawing of outer panels of the present invention; and FIG. 7 is a structural drawing of another embodiment of the outer panel of the present invention.
DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE PREFERRED EMBODIMENT First of all, referring to FIG. 1, the curtain wall assembly in accordance with the present invention fitted between two floorboards 72,73 includes a plurality of inner panels 10, outer panels 40, isolation layers 20 and holding members 30 all of which are assembled by means of relevant components. As shown in FIGS. 1 and 2, the inner panels 10 are elongated varnished plates and composed of a surface 11 of the proper width in the middle thereof and two side plates 12,13 at two sides thereof, thereby substantially creating a U-shape section. Moreover, a hook plate 14,15 is respectively bent at the end of each side plate 12,13 of the inner panels while the inner panels 10 line up next to one another by means that the hook plate 15 of one inner panel 10 and the hook plate 14 of another inner panel 10 are fixed together by the holding member 30.
It's apparent from FIGS. 1, 2 and 5 that the holding member 30 with resilience has a long and a short clamping arms 31,32 at two sides thereof, thereby forming a groove 33 therebetween. The overlapped hook plates 14,15 of two inner panels 10 are engaged into the groove 33 of the holding member 30 such that the clamping arms 31, 32 firmly clamp two sides of the hook plates 14,15 and no clearance among inner panels 10 is existing. As shown in FIG. 2, the inner panels line up to form a flat wall, and they are very smooth because of their varnish. Prior to installation, the consumer can choose one desired color for them.
With reference to FIG. 4, the surface 11 of the inner panel 10 in another embodiment is formed in corrugated shape 16 for the purpose of a nice appearance and a greater strength of the steel plate.
Referring to FIGS. 1 and 3, the groove formed among the surface 11 and two side plates 12,13 of the inner panel 10 can be filled with the sound-proof and heatresistant isolation layer 20 (from material available in market).
It's apparent from FIGS. 1, 3 and 6 that the outer panels 40 are also elongated plates. In order to enhance the attachment of the inner panels 10 and the outer panels 40, the inner panels 10 can be uprightly arranged while the outer panels 40 are laterally mounted, thereby forming a cross type fixing structure. The U-shaped section thereof is shown in FIG. 6. The top of the outer panels 40 is bent to form a flap 41 parallel to the panel. A substantially Z-shaped element 50 is mounted on the flap 41 while the top inner side of the Z-shaped element 50 presses against the top end of the flap 41. The Z-shaped element 50 and the flap 41 are fixed together on the hook plates 15,14 of the inner panel 10 by means of a screw 70. Besides, an engaging groove 51 is formed between the bottom end of the Z-shaped element 50 and the flap 41.
A plurality of inverted L-shaped elbow joints 60 are disposed at inner side of the bottom of the outer panels 40, and fixed by rivets 71. The L-shaped elbow joint 60 at
bottom of the laterally arranged outer panels 40 is extended into the engaging groove 51 of the Z-shaped element 50 while the top end thereof with the Z-shaped element 50 is fixed on the inner panel 10. Accordingly, a curtain wall assembly with several advantages is created.
The outer panels 40 in another embodiment, as shown in FIG. 7, has U-shaped elongated clamping bars 80,81. After overlapped, the two clamping bars 80,81 are screwed together by a screw 84 for attaching to the hook plates 15,14. A decoration plate 83 like from glass and a soft packing sheet 82 are fitted between two clamping bars 80,81 so that the outer panels 40 are variable in assembly, thereby creating a different aesthetic figure.
Furthermore, the outer panels 40 in accordance with the present invention can be replaced by the conventional panels fitted to the outer side. It's also very practical.
The advantages of the present invention are detailed as follows: 1. The present invention is an assembly structure. The components thereof are secured by screws, rivets or by engaging way so that the assembly is very convenient. Thus, the work is more reduced than conventional concrete work or bricklaying.
2. At least the inner side of the inner panels 10 is a varnished surface. Therefore, the inner side (indoor side) doesn't need to be painted. Besides, the wall panel is smooth, and the color thereof is optional.
3. The space between the inner panels and the outer panels can be filled with the sound-proof and heat-resistant isolation layer 20. This can be completed during the construction of the building. It's not only convenient, but also low-cost.
4. The inner panels and the outer panels are in elongated shape and crossed to each other such that the connection strength is enhanced.
5. The surface of the inner panels can be corrugated for the purpose of decoration and a greater pressure-supporting strength.
Many changes and modifications in the above-described embodiments of the invention can, of course, be carried out without departing from the scope thereof.
Accordingly, to promote the progress in science and the useful arts, the invention is disclosed and is intended to be limited only by the scope of the appended claims.
