Springs, arrangement of; wheels and axles, arrangement of.-The frame of a trolly for carrying refreshments consists of lengths of tubing 1, 2, 3, 4 brazed together. The wheels 6 are mounted on spring plungers 13, Fig. 2, the tubular casings 8 of which may be attached to the frame 1 or may form part of it.
