Abstract

The wheel comprises an inner hub part 11 and an integral radially outer part 12 and has a tyre structure comprising an inner ring 21 of relatively soft material and an outer shell 22 of relatively hard material which surrounds the ring 21 and the part 12. The tyre is integrally formed on the parts 11, 12. At the juncture of the parts 11, 12, holes 13 are filled by the outer shell material. The part 12 may have additional holes filled by the inner ring material.

Description

TITLE : AN INNOVATED TIRE STRUCTURE Background of the Invention Field of the Invention This invention relates to a tire for inline skates or skateboards, and more particularly to a tire having a soft inner ring and a hard outer shell.
Inline skates or skateboards are mostly designed for speed. When riding on a bumping road, skaters would feel uncomfortable, thus, the wheel has to have a certain degree of resilient to absorb the bumping.
Description of the Prior Art A conventional tire structure for inline skates or skateboards, as shown in FIGS. 5 and 6, comprises a wheel 3 and a tire 4 which is integral to the wheel 3.
The material of the tire 4 is made of either PU or PVC. PU material is more wearable, but has an uncomfortable feeling to riders, and whereas PVC is comfortable, but is not wearable.
In view of this, the inventor has invented the present invention, which provides a wearable and feels comfortable when skating.
Summary of the Invention It is the primary object of the present invention to provide an innovated tire structure, which is wearable and lasts longer.
It is another object of the present invention to provide an innovated structure, which consists of resilient character and provides a comfortable skating to skaters.
It is a further object of the present invention to provide an innovated tire structure, which is safer to skaters.
Brief Description of the Drawings FIG. 1 is a perspective view of the present invention, partially sectioned ; FIG. 2 is a cross sectional view of the present invention; FIG. 3 is a perspective view of the present invention of a second embodiment, partially sectioned; FIG. 4 is a cross sectional view of FIG. 3; FIG. 5 is a perspective view of a prior art, partially sectioned; and FIG. 6 is a cross sectional view of FIG. 5.
Detailed Description of the Preferred Embodiments The innovated tire structure of the present invention, as shown in FIGS. I and 2, comprises a wheel 1 and a tire 2.
The wheel 1 comprises a cylindrical barrel 11, a bulge ring 12 and holes 13 in between the barrel 11 and the ring 12.
The tire 2 is integrally formed on the wheel 1 and comprises an inner ring 21 and an outer shell 22. The inner ring 21 is integrally formed on the bulge ring 12 at the center outside of the wheel 1, and filled into the hole 13 that wraps the wheel 1 into a united body.
The FIGS. 3 and 4 are showing another embodiment which the wheel 1 comprises a cylindrical barrel 11, a bulge ring 12 and holes 13 in between the barrel 11 and the ring 12, the bulge ring 12 is also formed with holes 121 itself The tire 2 is integrally formed on the wheel 1 and comprises an inner ring 21 and an outer shell 22. The inner ring 21 is integrally formed on the bulge ring 12 and filled in to the holes 13, and whereas the outer shell 22 wraps the inner ring 12 and the wheel 1 into a united body.
In such, the soft character of the inner ring 21 provides a comfortable riding to the skater while the hard character of the outer shell 22 provides a long lasting material.
