Abstract

A fridge magnet comprises a rectangular plastics base to which a piece of magnetic tape is adhered, and a transparent plastics cover. The cover is removable so that the picture enclosed within the device can be changed.

Description

MULTIMAGNET This invention relates to a do-it-yourself fridge magnet.

Fridge magnets are well known Objects sold in every town, city or holiday resott. They have pictures on one side, on the other side, there is a round or square magnet, to stick it to the fridge. They are sold ready-made.

According to the present invention, there is provided a triage magnet that can be opened up to insert photographs or pictures cut out from magazines or newspapers. or a message or a llttle greeting card. once it is in place, the cover or lid is returned to make a pertect capsule.

Because the cover is transparent plastic, the photographs or pictures inside can be displayed clearly and safely.

A specific embodiment of the invention will now be described by way of example with reference to the accompanying

drawings in which : Fig. l shows a flat rectangular piece of magnetic tape 1U by U cms Fig.2 shows a rectangular piece of plastic @mm thick, also 10 by b ctm. Both will be stuck together to form the base ot the magnet.

Fig. 3 shows the completed base. The photograph or picture will be placed on top of it before replacing lid.

1. CLAIMS 1 - A fridge magnet that can be opened up to insert your Chosen pictures Z-A fridge magnet to display photographs 3 - A fridge magnet to display pictures cut out ot maga zones or newspapers 4-A fridge magnet to display a message or greeting card.

   5 - A friage magnet that comprises magnetic tape that will be part ot the base, not little pieces, round or square magnets, that can come unstuck and lost, like in tne "ready-made" magnets. b-A fridge magnet that has a cover made of transparent plastic that tits perfectly over the magnetic base.
