Abstract
A felt tip marker pen, artist brush or toothbrush includes a pump 22 (Fig 5) actuated by pressing the end of the cartridge 19. Alternatively the pump 79 (Fig 37) of a cartridge 78 may be actuated by manual pressure at 81.
Description
1 Pump action pen
Technical Field
This invention relates to stationery.
2362354 Background On the market there are many different types of pens, drawing brushes and markers, used in School and offices for various applications.
But these pens and markers have the problem of drying out quickly, and there for thrown away. This in itself is a big waist of money.
The brushes, which are used for drawing, have the problem of being difficult to use by children.

Essential Technical Features According to the present invention there is a cartridge refill with Pump device which when the top of the pump is pressed it releases the liquid which is transport to the felt at the tip of the pen.
A specific embodiment of the invention will now be described by way of example with reference to the according drawing in which:- Figure 1 shows the complete pen.
Figure 2 shows the section for the external part of the pen including the felt and tip.
Figure -3) shows the section for the internal part of the pen including the pump.
When press down in direction A on 12 the pump 16 releases a specific amount of liquid through 14 to felt 15 and the liquid is then transported to the tip 1 -31 ready for use.
Figure 4 shows the complete pen.
Figure 5 shows the section for the external part of the pen including the felt and tip Figure 6 shows the section for the internal part of the pen including the pump.
Figure 7 shows the cartridge refill separate from the pump.
When press down in direction B on 19 the pump 22 releases a specific amount of liquid through 24 to felt 20 and the liquid is then 0 transported to the tip 21 ready for use.

Claims (1)
1 The marker pen has a cartridge refill with pump, which release a liquid from cartridge refill into a storage area ready for release to felt and then to the tip ready for use, or released directly into the brush.
This system as M claim 1, wherein can be used in any types of the colored pens, markers, brush pens, graphic markers and toothbrush.
3 The cartridge refill with a pump can be any size or any shape filled with any Liquid.
4 the cartridge refill with a pump as m claim 3, wherein can be refilled with a liquid or used as disposable.
The marker pen has a pump, which release a liquid from a cartridge refill to the felt and then to the tip ready for use and or directly to the brush.
6 This system as in claim 4, wherein can be used in any types of colored pens, markers, brush pens, graphic markers and toothbrush.
7 The cartridge refill with pump, substantially as described herein with reference to figures 1-63 of the accompanying drawing.
