にくいという問題を生じてしまい筆記者に多大の
不快感を与えていた。

着している。この口金3の形状は嵌合部3Aから
なる円筒部と円錐状の口元部3Bからなり、円錐
状の口元部3Bの尖つた先より芯5が突出するよ
うに構成されている。一方、軸筒1の後部内側に
はノツク式シヤープペンシルの機構部の芯タンク
6が延長されていて、軸筒1の後端より任意の距
離入つた所で切断されている。そして該芯タンク
6の後端内側に、適度の圧入力を有するように構
成されたボールペン体7の後軸部7Aが圧入嵌合
されている。このボールペン体7の中間部に構成
された係合具7Bは、軸筒1の内径よりわずかに
太径に構成されるとともに前後に切り欠きを設け
て数分割され弾性を有するように構成されている
ので、係合具7Bは軸筒1の内面1Aとチヤツク
スプリング8の弾発力より弱い力で圧接係合され
る。このボールペン体7の係合具7Bより後方に
は嵌合部7Cと円錐状の口元部7Dからなる筆記
部軸が構成されている。このように構成されたボ
ールペン体7の筆記部軸の円錐状の口元部7Dに
