Specification / Description
Specification Through out the known world
Description Addition to Mobile Phones
Title Emergency Services/Recessed button E.S.R.B.
An addition to what is known to mobile phones world wide.
To add a further button above what is known as button ONE and below what is known as button C on known mobile phones.
New button to be in a recess with the letter E stamp to identify this to be the new Emergency Services call button with in the UK, and other countries through out the world with their own referance stamp.
At present all known emergency service buttons are of the raised type.
The new recessed button is to eliminate the missuse of buttons that are known raised type where in ones pocket or left upside down, are touching objects. There has been recorded in London alone over 30,000 unsolicited phone calls made to the Emergency Services by accident. The recessed button would prevent false calls even when the known key lock is applied to known phones, as you can still access the Emergency Services with known buttons and their application. The recessed button would prevent this from occurring.
The recessed button would be operational at all times as per the known buttons are now, and would not come under the key lock system.
2 There may be a need for a clear see through flexable membraine cover to stop dust from entering the button area with in some counteries.
Therefor alterations to the technical circuits will have to be altered, from the known Emergency buttons to the new Emergency button, or other referance for other counteries throught out the known world.
The technical application at this time to above circuits is beond this patent application and will be sent at a later date.
Therefore can I use these documents I have sent, as the priority date for the other documents on technical side ie "Drg" if required to carry out the patent requested.
3 KEY F4 FI Known mobile phone. F2 Known mobile phone. F2/1 Known mobile phone showing NEW recessed Emergency services button. F3 Known mobile phone side view. F3/1 Known mobile phone side view showing new Emergency Services button in recessed position.
4 Cliams To have fitted into known mobile phones a recessed button between known button positions 1 and C and to be used as the Emergency Services call button instead of what is known.
1) ONCE recessed button is in place it should cut down or eliminate all false calls to Emergency Services.
2) to eliminate all false calls to Emergency Services throughout the world. 3) Button known 9-1-2 will not now contactor connect to any Emergency Services world wide.
4) Button known 9-1-2 they will be normall buttons and will come under the existing known feature key lock to prevent any further false calls.
5) Any semi pointed object will be able to operate the new Emergency Services button.
As cliamed in above and Drawing ref. as follows. Fl / F2 - F2/1 / F3 F3/1, and Key F4.
