Abstract

An arrangement for emptying containers (3) on board a vessel, into a tank, a store, etc. The arrangement comprises a frame structure (1) which is designed to be placed on the edge of a hatch (2) on the vessel or the opening of a tank or storage room, etc. Each container (3) is designed to be placed on the frame structure (1) and to be rotated around a fulcrum (9) on the frame structure to empty the container (3) through an opening (20) arranged in the centre of the frame. The frame structure can expediently comprise two parallel girders (5) with intermediate transverse girders (6, 13) which are welded to or screwed to the girders (5) at their ends.
