Description

HOTSERV SYSTEMME This invention relates to a device and associated plates
or dishes that enables the serving of food without the server touching the associated plates or dishes and this particular system is aimed at the commercial market rather than the domestic market. According to the present invention there is a pressed stainless steel device of which one end is bent into two opposing claw type configurations with the lower claws fitting under the associated plate or dish and the upper claws fitting over the associated plate or dishes particular shaped edge to prevent slipping.
A specific embodiment of the invention will now be described by way of example with reference to the accompanying drawings in which Figure 1 (sheet 6/1) shows in perspective the HOTSERV SYSTEMME. Figure 2 (sheet 6/2) shows the side view ofthe HOTSERV SYSTEMME with a cut away view of the associated plate or dish with its particular shaped edge to prevent slippage.
Referring to the drawing sheet 5/1 the HOTSERV SYSTEMME comprises a pressed piece of stainless steel formed to fit an associated plate or dish.

  1. The Hotserv Systemme can be used to serve food without the server touching
    the plate or dish by hand.
